Store clean and happily dogs are very welcome. Staff friendly love to great the furry family members. And some even provide a little treat. Find product easy. Isles are nice and wide some even in a wheelchair could acess these isles

We’ve been lucky enough to have Chris C grooming our dog for about 4 years. She always does an amazing job and we appreciate her immensely!

Yesterday, I was at PS Langley with my daughter and the service on the floor was terrible. There’s no way it should’ve been that complicated and if none of the staff in proximity are knowledgeable or even willing to help then here’s an idea: Put QR codes on the fish tanks that provide an itinerary of recommended products, tank sizes etc to take out the frustration and uncertainty. Asking apathetic staff 3 times about basic questions, getting contradictory info and only stumbling on the right answer from a helpful customer isn’t good enough. Please take some pride in your business and do better!

Went there on July 27th around 2pm, got worms and crickets for my bearded dragon and dog food. Well I was in the dog food aisle this worker came and helped without us even asking she was the sweetest person and very helpful. She even gave us a 5 dollars off coupon for the dog food and read us all the ingredients in the food choices. I didn’t get her name because it wasn’t on her shirt but she had shaved haircut and glasses with a pretty helix hoop that had spikes on it. Who ever you are thank you for the wonderful experience at petsmart, you are truly an amazing person.

Been taking our dogs here for years and they always come back so sparkly and HAPPY! The groomers here love what they do and are so gentle with your little loved one used to have a pug, and they would take the time to clean her fat folds and her ears which were a notorious problem. Now, with my shepherd mix, they spend extra time treating her long fur that she’d like crazy. Everytime we come home my shepherd dog has significantly less shedding for at least a month. Great job!

We have used the grooming salon at the Langley Petsmart many times over the last 10 years.

The groomers are always very nice with our pets - Saint Bernards, Salem (deceased) and Luna along with Blu our chocolate lab/Nova Scotia Duck Toll Retriever BUT Hillary the groomer for our latest session was an absolute stand out.

Hillary gave our rescued St Bernard Luna an incredible makeover. Luna was very mistreated before we got her so it is important for her to be treated gently.

Thanks Hillary for the special treatment you gave our wonderful fur baby.

One day I was in a long light up that reached like halfway down the store, and there was one teller, a young man I believe to be a manager, seen the lineup, and immediately added another cashier in the line. Quickly moved along, was very much appreciated. Also any place that you can go and pick up a brand new pet has got to be one of the best places in the world.

It's the cheapest place to buy gigantic boxes of cat litter, and their cat litter is consistently decent unlike Costco. And Pet Smart often has pet food close to expiry on sale for very cheap prices.

I’m usually not one to purchase aquatics from big box stores like petsmart, but this one in Langley are incredibly knowledgeable and caring with their fish! Shoutout to the manager with blue hair in particular (sorry I never got your name!) So refreshing to hear questions like “Is your tank cycled? ” and refusing to sell to customers who are just looking to put goldfish in bowls. If you’re looking for common, well-kept, and decently priced fish, I would trust my business here.

They cancelled my appointment for the second time in a row just one hour before the appointment. They called my “your dog” your dog and said he has behavioural issues. Simba has been going to them since he was a puppy and now he is eight they have never ever complained even once.
The manager was yelling at me and didn’t allow me to talk one word.she was not listening to me at all. When I said so you now call my pet dog, she said yes he is just a “dog”
Are these the humans who are supposed to love animals.
I have a function and they always let me down.
The previous manager was so nice, I’m so upset the way she yelled at me.
