Pet Smart is a nice friendly store, and has everything I need for my pet. My dog likes going there too!

Had everything and more, including the Advantage Flea & Tick Meds normally mandated to veterinarians. Of course prices a bit steep but location & inventory really diverse.

Came here with my cocker spaniel for a few grooming appointments. Once for a wash with Matthew, once for a trim with Jade and two days ago for a sanitary trim with Julie. (A sanitary trim that I had to get after getting my puppy groomed somewhere else - not petsmart - where they failed to do this, leaving mats and leaving me needing to bring him somewhere else.) I have been nothing but happy with the professionalism and detail of work shown by both Jade and Julie. I regrettably took him somewhere else for his last groom, a mistake which I will not be making again. I will be back to Petsmart for his next full groom before we move cities. Thank you!

Very Happy with my Experience. I came all the way from Langley to pick up my new puppy. Tonight I made it just in time before this Petsmart closed. The manager helped me find everything I needed to care for my new puppy and he made sure I got the essentials for my puppy.very helpful and my puppy is really happy with his treats and chew toys.

Sweetest staff, today I was struggling to pick up a kitty litter and this bearded buff staff member with the biggest smile on his face offered me a cart and lifted the 40lb litter with one arm like it was nothing! And put it In a cart he brought me. It was the first time anyone in any store has done that for me. Amazing job petsmart! Glad to be shopping here.

Convenient place. A bit different to park but with a little patience you will find a spot. Nice employees. Some discounts for aquarium stuff are pretty good but you have to take chances.

The staff is amazing and so so sweet! I bring my dog Milo here every month for a groom and his groomer Aline is the SWEETEST. I used to take him all the way to Vancouver until I read great reviews on Aline and decided to try this location out as it is much closer to my house. Each time I pick Milo up, the staff is super warm and welcoming. Aline does such a great job and I have no complaints. One time I got confused about his appointment time (thought it was later) and she was super sweet and understanding through it all. Can't recommend her and this location enough.

There's a lot of pet supplies, and it would really be a solid 4/5, but I just can't with the fish.: (

Super friendly staff at this location. Never had an issue. Their grooming services are usually very booked up, so I’d recommend trying to book a couple weeks in advance

Decent PetSmart, but stock seems always a little worse than the Grandview location (Bentall), the parking here is absolutely terrible if you're only going to PetSmart and not into the mall.

I've also noticed that a lot of things on sale at the Bentall location isn't on sale at the same time at this location, if you can, I'd recommend going to the Bentall store.

The young Asian lady working here is very nice and kind. I would keep coming back to petsmart because I feel appreciated & valued as a customer.

There is a woman who has short hair, She is disdainful to answer the question. Just heard someone said she is manager. How come she is a manager?

Sometimes when I purchase 50 superworms it only came in 40, including dead ones. Not a big deal to go all the way to return but still, a bit annoying:/

Decent selection of Bettas this time. Just rescued this guy. They are carrying the Glo varieties too.

If you love your dog, don't bring them to get grooming services at this location. I've had negative experiences from bad haircuts, bleeding paws, to horrible customer service.

The latest bad experience was today when my wife and I got rudely spoken to like a dog by a lady named Suzanne. We definitely were not comfortable leaving our dog with her, especially with the way she treated her customers. Go elsewhere for grooming services please!

I made an appointment to get our toy poodle groomed at 9: 30am this morning. We arrived 15 mins early and wanted to ask if it would be possible to drop our toy poodle off early as we had another doctors appointment we had to rush to. The grooming parlour door sign showed it was open from 8am onwards. We went in to try and explain our situation. Instead we were met with an extremely rude staff member Suzanne who would't give us half the chance to explain anything and kept telling us she was not open yet and if we had an appointment we were clearly at the wrong location. Before we could even get a word in she kept cutting us off. We would totally understand if they were not open, but her whole attitude sucked. Since we couldn't get half a word in and Suzanne was rude the whole time went to cancel our appointment at the cashier, while we were doing so Suzanne came out and kept reiterating that the grooming was closed, we must have the wrong location, and tried to summon us over to her like a dog showing no curtesy or manners. The whole while not letting us explain anything and once she heard we were cancelling walked off. I definitely will never be making a grooming appointment here again, if your groomers cant even show manners and patience to people, I do not trust they would be able to show this towards animals.

I like PetSmart sinced we bought our hamsters their. Friendly and helpful staff. They have good variety of Pet food and toys.

We got to a beautiful Betta, and the whole set up for around 45$ but they have a wide selection of fish and accessories, they have pretty much anything for fish and their matentience.

Great place to grab affordable and good quality pet supplies. I also got both our family hamsters here. This location is always clean and well stocked.

Was there for dog grooming for the first time after my usual salon was fully booked that week. I paid extra for nail grinding but I guess it was only done on a few nails not all. Even then it was rough and had sharp edges here and there. Some were just cut with plain clipper. I even came back and tipped her with cash. Total dissatisfaction and disappointment. I would not come back here.

Store manager at this store (Josh), is simply Awesome! Very understanding about the concern I had while retuning an item.

Tbis is an awesome petstore, I got a betta there and they check its water for free each time I take it there and they are knowlegeable in giving advice how I should take care of my fish. Good job! & Thank you.

The worker at the front knew my son was autistic so she understood the position when we got to the front of store. Excellent customer service skill.

Amazing collection of fish. I do not have any other pet, but as far as fish is concerned, this is a one stop shop for me. I can stop by any time and walk away with the species I want. Not to mention they have a wide range of fish food, and other accessories as well.

Parking is my only reason to drop a star. Park underground is far easier but it's a gong show nonetheless. Staff and store rock.

An old white lady told me not to put the cash on the counter, and complained to me that she had to disinfect it again. Isn’t part of your job to disinfect your work station?

Good nice people, relatively good selection for aquariums and we'll maintained fish and tanks. O was in other pet store for fish and there was 1-2 dead fish in almost every tank so I was afraid of buying from there.

The girl in fish section refused to sell me a catfish because she thinks catfish and goldfish doesn’t get along (nonsense)

For a large store it has a surprisingly limited selection of certain items.and in my experience trying to find a worker to help you locate an item is hard to say the least.

I had an experience with adoption section and found that they don’t care about customers. Applied to adopt a cat and were told that application will be reviewed and let you know, no update for few days and when went back to the store and my daughter was very excited to see the cat I applied for and expecting to adopt, they simply said that it’s gone, and they fave it to somebody else! My daughter was very upset and I said why nobody called to let me know as I was waiting and waiting for call, they said we don’t call! Why we were not approved? We can not tel you.

I always get treated very well here.also have Geek Squad fix my computer issues. Never had a bad experience there ever. Have bought TV's and everything there.

Very convenient to see items online then find them in stock in store.
We were very happy to get a dog tag made in store in only a few minutes. Very convenient.
Good value and their selection is vast.
Took one star away due to the store being a little cluttered and a bit confusing to navigate. It may be due to the Christmas marketing season and they had extra stock. I will revisit and update review at a later date.

Idk what happened that day, but I was ask if I needed a receipt and I said yes for a receipt. Also asked for both a emailed copy. There was no receipt in my email, spam folder and in the bag. The next day I wanted to return 1 of the 3 items I bought but couldn't.

This location does not have as much stock as the other locations due to being smaller, and finding parking above ground is inconvenient, but it may be able to tide you over if it's your only option, and it's certainly better than not having a PetSmart here.

Awesome place for products and information on looking after your pets and the staff are awesome and will answer all of your questions.

Long story short tried to save money and cut my dogs hair. Did not work out lol.

Highly recommend Suzanne she really saved a bad situation she was able to do exactly what we wanted and fixed all the mistakes we made.

She is kind and has great customer service skills would definitely go back to her.

Our furry friend thanks her.

This store has everything you need for your pet. We were choosing a scratching pole for our cat. They have lots of them already assembled and ready to use. We bought one and a cashier was very friendly and gave us advice about how to use it properly, so our cat would understand where she should do scratching. At home we put the scratching pole in front of our sofa, so the cat can see us watching her scratching and amazingly! - she started scratching it right away to please us! Thanks a lot for the pole and for the advice!

There is a ball python who has been there for two years. I know this because I always come here and I remember its pattern. It is the skinniest snake I have ever seen in my life. There are folds under its chin and its body is thinner than the thickness of two fingers! It never grew since we first saw it years ago. You animal abusers should be ashamed of yourselves.

Not the greatest store. Always out of stock on items I need for my ferret and the staff is extremely unhelpful and uneducated. Any time I haven't been able to find something the staff is never able to tell me when it will be back in stock. I have also overheard the staff give terrible advice and inaccurate information on keeping animals.
If you're looking for great sales and certain pet products this petsmart is pretty decent but if you are looking for information on pets before or after purchasing them you are better off Googling it.

Tess was amazing! I was adopting two baby rats and she recommended the right products and overall was really helpful.

A great pet store with a large variety of pet food, toys and other products for your fur friends. The customer service there has always been wonderful and super helpful and the environment is always clean. Even if I don't need anything for my cat I still drop in to see what is new.

A big shout out to Eddy! I went in today to get cat food and litter. I wrenched my lower back and was unable to bend down to lower shelf to get the tins I needed. Eddy was an Angel and also helped me with the litter! Many Thanks Again Eddy!

The staff was rude have absolutely no knowledge of the reptiles they are selling. They didn't even sex the ball python and were selling it as a female. I was not happy with the how I spoken to but most of all I was angry at the lack of care towards the reptiles. The ball python and corn snake both are going to end up with scale rot if they don't smarten up and the ball python is very under weight.

I see they have you staff all the time but what can you do when somebody is not doing their job I would be disappointed in my employees if they weren't doing their job especially when I'm paying for their time overall great please
