Had everything I was looking for in stock and friendly/helpful employees. Not the biggest location but had a little of everything. A bit dark in the aisles, however everything was clearly labelled.

Always habe what I'm looking for and the staff are well trained.clean for doggies to visit the store

I went to buy one specific item, I couldn't find it but staff found me one. They also found me other items that I was asking about. Staff at this store went above & beyond what I expected.

Great experience. The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. She knew the incoming dogs really well and control was fantastic.

The store was well organized, the only feedback I have is to have more variety of best sellers. And have less pets for sale, we should focus on products and not animals. Thank you.

Very good store to purchase food for your pets. Sometimes there are good deals. If you are looking for something new though, go to bigger stores.

Ordered online for store pickup and everything in the process went very well. Online was straight forward and the staff at pickup were very friendly and helpful.and my cats love what I bought! Hyde, Arlo, Sweetpea & Josie like my buys from Petsmart

Very convenient location, the parking is a bit tricky when the shopping centre is busy. This location is always clean and the staff are always friendly.

They have poor management.
Nonsense staff
They have no washrooms for customers.
Every time when you will ask for washrooms they will tell you OH SORRY ITS BROKEN.what the nonsense it is

I take my dog there for his grooming. Amanda does an incredible job. She always treats him well.

This is a very small PetSmart but the staff are very friendly and they have beautiful fish, snails, crabs, shrimp and plants. They have a wide range a fish food, even frozen blood worms.

Super friendly staff. If only the have cat grooming services, would have given 5 stars. But for all pet needs, they got you covered.

Visit was very good, brought my kitten in and some of the employees adored him, they were super nice and helpful with finding what I needed. I would suggest going to this PetSmart if your in the area and are looking for some pet supplies, a great visit indeed!

Really enjoyed the smaller store, very clean. Pet food is getting so expensive, greet selection of cat food at this store.

Staff there is very rude and they follow you around doesn't matter who your with and think that your stealing things all the time I've seen it happen to people that are regular looking folks

Staffs are so friendly and I asked some of the items where they located. They guided me friendly and helped me out to find it quickly.

The groomers here are absolutely Amazing! So kind and funny and dedicated to their job.they took on our minpin, who hates her nails even being touched. They managed to get every nail done and were so kindto us and her. Hands down best experience we have had in over 5 years with this tiny little furball. We will definitely be back.

I really find that they are not as knowledgeable as I would like and that the fish that are in their care are not treated as valuable by way of that they are an actual living creature with a life force in them as I would like to see and that hurts my heart to know that the fishes are not really in any pet store in particular cared for in a way that they are a valuable living life so that being said I understand it's commodity in a pet store but my fish that I got from them is right now in fighting for his life with a bacterial infection that he had when I got him so I'm trying to save him by way of the medicines i can put in the water right now and I blame them and the farm that they came from for the care they had

The stocks from the app/website is not accurate in the store. Wasted my time going for what I need that they don’t ended up having.

Honored a misplaced sales tag.wow. The best petsmart around. I like the small local area feel. Not that big box one in Langley or Coquitlam. This feels more personal

Very busy but lots of stuff on hand, lots of dogs and shoppers. Went to the groomers and staff was super friendly and great but extremely busy as mentioned, one of our favorite PetSmarts to go to because of the great staff.

I shop here for my foster dog! The staff have been great with any questions I've had! And I've asked some real headscratchers! The clothing is really hit or miss, but my dog is a mutt and oddly sized, which is not their fault. Their prices are definitely not bad, but some items can be purchased elsewhere for less.

All the pet smart stores are all above excellence on all fronts. We love the grooming service the most.

I have been shopping here since they first opened at this location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is a small store but they keep it well stocked and clean.

Staff is always friendly here but big thanks to Kyra for going out of her way to get what I wanted for my dog when other Petsmart locations did not want to help.

On a different note, I hope this location can expand in the future to carry more stock/selection!

Service here is so awesome. I returned food that didn't work out for my pet and they processed everything so quickly. They also are covid friendly with hand waving door openers and they wipe down their counters.

Normally 5 stars but they had a groomer on vacation and the other was off sick. Basically nothing wrong with this location except low staffing. Good people.

Great COVID protocols in place, the staff are all still super attentive and friendly and take their time to help customers when needed. Love the groomers here especially, they take great care of our dog and go above and beyond!

A fairly small PetSmart so it doesn't have everything you may need, but I always find it really well stocked with what it does offer. The staff are always super friendly and kind as well.

Great team that works at this location, I bought the wrong food for a ginnie pig and other food they dont like and as long as the hay is still half full I will get refunded, to me that is some good customer service

Amazing and friendly staff. Answered questions I had to ask with professionalism and ease. No need to ask someone else and knew exactly what i had to ask. Highly recommended to anyone with fur babies at home

Was served by the delightful Bailey at the PetSmart in Surrey on 101 Ave. She was unbelievably attentive and so great to be around. She handled all my questions regarding my fish tank and honestly was super great

Wow, didn't know this pet smart was here. Walked in, was greeted and taken to the bugs. Served up right away by staff that weren't half asleep like the other locations and wasn't shorted any bugs and none were dead this time! Way more efficient staff than the Grandview and coq pet smarts. The mealies are still very, very small. Disappointing as my reptile won't bother with them. Thanks for getting me in and out right away! Nothing more frustrating at the other stores when you can't quickly get help and get out.

I love the selection of things for my senior cat and my new puppy.
I had to buy multiple items.collar, leash, bowls, brush to name a few.
And of course cat and puppy food.

Friendly staff. It's a smaller store but still have essentials. Easy parking. Has Covid19 measures in place.

Amazing staff, always there to great you with a hello and a smile! Making sure they cant help you find anything! Smaller store then the rest but just as mighty! Has all your pets basic needs supplies!
They also have a grooming section with a great groomer katie!

None of the staff ever say anything to me in this store until I get to the checkout. No greeting and no assistance

This is one of the smaller PetSmart locations. The staff is very friendly and approachable. They had a lot of what the other locations carry however a very minimal live fish selection. I would recommend a visit for the atmosphere and helpfulness.
