PG Klassic Autobody

Worst place I’ve ever had any work done on any vehicle I’ve ever had repairs done. Not at all recommended.

PG Klassic = make appointment in 2 months, leave vehicle for 4-5 hours, get put in a pile for 3-4 weeks until they get around to it?
They were aware this was a time sensitive estate issue & led me to believe this was normal.did not mention the 3-4 week pile until I asked what the hold up was, then told about the extra wait.three months later still no estimate I call 1 other shop, drive in 5 min later I have an estimate on a simple repair! Beware!

Absolutely terrible communication and management. Relied on an estimate that was poorly worded and changed after-the-fact. Workmanship was very poor. Paint job was incomplete and clearcoat was a terrible finish. When there is an issue they avoid all responsibility. Could not produce the staff member spoken to an lied about who actually worked there. Please avoid this business and save yourself the headache!

I'm still waiting for them to call me back for my repair in the past they were really good I think they need to work more on their communication,

Loved dealing with them, they kept me updated as my vehicle was being worked on.
