What a wonderfully memorable experience. Some of the most exquisite wines I've ever tasted. And Linda, the Tasing Room associate/Wine Educator, was incredibly knowledgable and personable, which truly enhanced my experience. I'll definately be going back and bringing friends and family with me to share in this one-of-a-kind experience.

Linda is a very good receptionist who introduces the history of the winery and the wine-making process in detail. I was very lucky to have her on my desk. She was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. Thank her.

Fantastic tasting experiences on arguably the most beautiful property in the South OK. Phantom creek has so many different varietals of high-end wines and all of the staff is so accommodating. Blake in particular just has so much wine knowledge that he loves to share. Really fun guy.highly recommended.

Terry was amazing. I wasn’t sure when I walked in but Terry turned it around. She was knowledgeable, engaging, relatable. We loved her. Made the experience so enjoyable. I bought wine because Terry made me love it!

Very happy with this wine tasting experience. So much better than I expected. It was a much more personal experience than I had thought it would be. Our tasting host was Terry and she was warm, approachable and down to earth. But even better was her sharp sense of humour. She had us laughing the whole time. The wines were also very enjoyable. We all walked away with at least a bottle or two or three to add to our weekend of wine tasting take home supply.

Our tasting experience here could not have been more lovely. All of the wines were excellent and we were not rushed and really enjoyed the time to taste and compare. The facility itself is stunning and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Breathtaking views, this winery is worth the drive. We are so lucky that we fit this winery into our itinerary. The best experience we have had at a winery. Andrew was our tour guide, he made the visit memorable with his immense knowledge and an unmatched memory. He was such a pleasure and his passion for sharing information was evident throughout the whole tour. Recommend requesting Andrew for your tour, 10 out of 10!

My experience with Jasmeen was amazing. She was patient, understanding and very helping in assisting me with booking my wine tour and tasting.

Visited many winery estates in the area and this one was the best overall experience. Thanks to Sherry who described the wines and palate taste with her own words which we were able to relate to. This winery has many layers of complexity and we were able to appreciate all the intricacies because of Sherry’s contagious passion.

A truly beautiful winery and great experience. If you are staying in Kelowna, this winery alone is worth the drive South to Oliver. The winery is picturesque and meticulously manicured. We were very impressed with the architecture and our wine tasting experience. We would like to thank Sherry for making this visit one of the highlights for our trip! She was lovely, so welcoming and friendly. She answered all of our questions and really took her time allowing us to enjoy our wine tasting. The experience was very educational and their wines are great, in particular we enjoyed their Chardonnay's and Merlot's.
Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will recommend to friends and family and cannot wait to return!

Worst customer service. Arrived two hours before closing, the tasting bar was completely empty however we were turned away for a tasting. The representative at the hostess desk was completely arrogant. Very disappointing experience.

My fiancée and I had a great wine tasting at Phantom Creek Estates led by Sahij. Sahij was very knowledgable about the different wines and was able to tell us a lot about the what goes into them and the history of the winery and Osoyoos. On top of being very knowledgable, Sahij was friendly and made the experience really fun. We highly recommend the winery and plan on returning in our next trip to Osoyoos. Thanks Sahij!

I have never been to this winery, yet recieved a receipt for wine purchased, as well as a confirm my email for an account? I have never signed up for any email or wine club. Tried to call the tasting room, left 3 messages with their consiere desk, why have a voice mail if your not going to check it. Talked to accounting staff twice, no resolution, as well I emailed, no response. I am just wanting an answer.

Ask for Rodrigo! This charming young man elevated our entire tasting experience with his impressive knowledge of the phantom creek collection as well as the surrounding area.

What a great tour and tasting. Our tour guide Neel, otherwise known as the mocha prince, was super informative and knew so much about all the wines. We went on the tour and the facility was beautiful as well. 10/10 experience!

We had a group of 7 and Neel was our tour guide. He was very passionate, knowledgeable, personable and informative with the entire wine operations at the estate. I appreciate him taking the time to answer our groups questions and giving us an above and beyond experience. The Mocha Prince is the real deal 10/10
