Installer on first visit did not install locking mechanism so a second visit was required. Both visits were on time and handled well.

I ordered two Phantom screens for balcony doors that were manufactured by Cascadia windows, and they look great and operate well. So far, service from the Phantom office has been excellent.

It started with calling for a quote. I called 4 companies. Only 3 got back to me. Ashley was so pleasant and knew what she was talking about! We had an easy conversation and she booked me for a quote. She told me about the company, the product and how they stand behind things. The other 2 companies I had called couldn't keep things straight and one didn't even show up for the quote. Mark from Phantom came to quote and was just as great! He explained everything and gave me suggestions too. They gave me 2 quotes and let me decide which option. I chose & they delivered right on time. 2 guys came to install. They were quick and cleaned up well. We had a small incident a few days later (my fault). I called and they came by to help. So far the service has been incredible and their product is great! I'm so glad I choose this company!

Had a double door sliding insect screen installed behind my double french doors. Finally can now open the double french doors and let the fresh air in without insects flying in. Phantom screen product seems well built, professional installation included in price, so far so good. Well pleased with the choice.

Absolutely love my retractable screens from Phantom. Incredible customer service (Ashley) and Ian who installed the screens was courteous and efficient. I would recommend the latch mechanism rather than the magnetic closure if you have an attack cat or live in a windy area. Will probably upgrade to this feature in the near future.

We bought a Phantom screen many years ago when it was introduced at a Home Show. We were very pleased with it and the service we received when the screen itself had to be replaced. Actually it was replaced twice over the years.
Now that we have moved we needed to once again purchase a Phantom. There are others on the market but why not stay with what we are happy with and know that if there is another replacement needed, the company will stand by their product.

Best screens by the best screen manufacturers and all made in the lower mainland! Still the best!
