Pharmasave - Walnut Grove

The staff that helped me, Andrea, was quite knowledgeable but I found her to be somewhat abrupt and a bit rude. When dealing with customers one should exhibit some degree of social courtesy. Especially being a store manager.

It's always a delight going in that Pharmacy. They are all so very friendly and helpful.

I go to this post office almost every day. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Seema is a constant cheerful figure there. She is knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in today just to have a look around. I had questions and the lady I spoke with went above and beyond for me. I wish I had gotten her name. I ended up buying a candle and absolutely love it ️

Donna in the post office is the best Canada Post employee I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be taking all my business here in the future.

This pharmacy is MUCH better than the Pharmasave in Willoughby Town Center. Accurate waiting times, no games, good place to get your meds.

Awful Canada post service, will never be returning. I don't know how this old miserable clerk labelled as a "supervisor" is still working with her absolutely terrible customer service behind this counter, but you should really be reviewing how your staff treat customers.

I like the convenience of the location and check out staff are very friendly but I find that i'm being watched when looking at makeup and other items in that area which leaves me feeling a little uneasy. I understand they must have to deal with a fair amount of theft but still, it doesn't feel very nice.

I had saw a product on the shelf that had a discount, but it was improperly labelled. When I went to make a purchase, I saw I was charged the full amount. The cashier went to check the sale price and said it was for the same product, but different flavour. So she asked if I would like to return it and I said "Yes, please. " But she didn't give me my receipt and took the product from me and said "Don't worry about it, " and just told me it's okay to leave without making the return in front of me. I checked my credit card statement and was charged the full amount of the product. I would never shop here for these unscrupulous business transactions.

The staff here are excellent they all enjoy working there also. Very supportive of each other and customers. The pharmacists review your medications including vitamin intake and advise if a medication doesn't work with a vitamin etc. Very knowledgeable and courteous - the entire staff and management have pride of ownership in the way they handle the customers.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful. My first review written for any store/place ever, just thought it was deserved =)
