The post office has hours posted online. The post office was closed during hours that they said they would be open.

Try calling the post office and no one will pick up. You’ll just wait on hold forever and ever and ever.

Who is managing this place?

Rude and incompetent staff. Running around trying to accuse innocent people of shoplifting, while real shoplifters clean store out. Probably staff steals more. Right Rhea?

The over all store deserves a 5 star rating. The post office staff are friendly and respectful. The other staff seem to be pretty friendly and helpful when needed. Never an issue with them. I actually like this store.

The pharmacy part on the other hand, is straight up rude and disrespectful. It deserves -5 stars Also one staff member maybe should go back to school since you don't know any of my questions but the other pharmacist know the answers too. I was looking for a rapid strep throat test. Your answer was I don't know. It's not the only time you said " I don't know " in such tone like I was dumb, you do this to my oldest daughter as well. You treat her with disrespect. She is actually a customer of yours too. Unfortunately. I will have to talk to her now. Really disappointed in the customer service there.

Again, over all store deserves 5* (not the pharmacy area.)

They had a item on the front of there flyer and from day one (they did not have it stock) they told me to keep checking back (three times). The worst customer service I have ever had and each person give different info. Not a happy customer.

I appreciate that the buyers take time to order unique gift items. The store expanded a few years ago giving it more room to include a variety of lovely home decor and gift items. Staff are knowledgeable and very kind. Absolutely beautiful store.

Just returned from mailing a very important birthday card, late as usual, and expected a high fee for delivery date. The customer rep got me the best deal with-out me asking. Saved a few $ and it will arrive before schedule! The service rep also had to deal with a complaint from a customer that had nothing to do with the Pharma rep but he wasn't listening. Great patience was demonstrated as she worked to solve his issue. BIG BOX had to be shuffled to the car. Staff helped make that happen very quickly. I'm not sure who the postal rep was, but she was working today May 12 at 2: 15. Give her a thanks.

I can't say enough good things about Jordan and Troy (pharmacists) at the Broadmead location. Both of them took the time on two different days to talk to me. They were so patient with all my crazy questions and extremely knowledgeable and kind. Very grateful for the time they spent with me.

Best customer service in town if you can actually find someone to help. I’ve been here multiple times and have always had an amazing experience until now. I walked around the whole store and couldn’t find a single person to help me reach an item. When I asked one of the cashiers for assistance she told me the other young lady working would be able to help as soon as she was done with somebody else. I asked if there was somebody she could call instead, and was informed there wasn’t. It’s a shame because both girls working were very sweet and apologetic, but I will be shopping elsewhere next time.

The staff are just the nicest people I’ve ever come in contact with and the Pharmacists are extremely friendly and professional. I couldn’t have been happier changing pharmacies. They make the experience something to look forward to! That’s saying a lot!

Drove into pick up nitro spray and would not sell to me with out a perception! Waist of time from sidney maybe they will get it together and figure out you DO NOT need a perception! Thanks for waisting my time.ah dah people

Thank You Betty from Canada Post (inside Pharmasave) - I really appreciated that Betty was able to provide me with updated information regarding insurance and obtaining a signature for my parcel. Betty was patient, understanding and reassured me. Canada Post needs more dedicated employees like Betty!

I can't imagine that there is a better pharmacy anywhere else in the country. Each of the pharmacists on staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to their customers. The pharmacy technicians fill their role equally as well.a very special thank you to Gerdy and of course Dave and Rand.

This is the best Parmasave I have ever been! It is always presented well in a clean and organized way. They kept introducing different new products that look so interesting. The staffs are mostly very nice and helpful as well! When I mentioned my good experience with the Broadmead Pharmasave, most people know what I'm talking about and had their own very positive experiences.

Overall good experience with this pharmacy.there will a couple mix ups but everything got sorted in the end.

Was in Victoria visiting family and in a pinch needed some prescriptions that were left behind. Pharmacy staff was top notch. Kind, courteous and very professional. Got everything organized for me and done up in no time at all! Would highly recommend Broadmead Pharmasave to anyone!

Broadmead Pharmasave has been my pharmacy for almost 15 years and have guided me through the toddler and school-aged years.that's a lot of prescriptions! Knowledge and service are great and I love using the app that makes pick up so efficient.

The retail space takes me into the store at least three times a week and it is nice to have right in my backyard. The store is my solution for hard-to-shop-for type gifts, dinner party accessories and home decor. I never thought my pharmacy would be where I buy handbags (I love Matt & Nat) but the selection is awesome and is much easier than going downtown. My favourite thing about this store is their commitment to fundraising for some causes near to my heart. The silent auctions are constant and I have picked up many great items while supporting the community.shopping for a cause! I accumulate all my points for for one year to spend at the annual Sip & Save for xmas gifts.

The best pharmacy in Greater Victoria! I visit the store weekly and have never had anything but the best service. The quality of goods provided were high quality and there is always a staff member close by to help when needed.

I've generally had good experiences here, but I suppose I can understand some of the negative reviews, although some seem a little extreme. The pharmacy is a good, traditional pharmacy. Yes, prescriptions often take 30-40 minutes to fill. It's a small pharmacy, it's what you should expect. I've usually had quite helpful service at the post office here. They seem to never be in a rush. They pay special attention to senior citizens. Younger impatient people, beware. The drug store itself has the basics, although as one commentor has pointed out, they do seem oriented towards a fairly upscale market. It's an expensive neighbourhood, and most of the shops in this mall are fairly upscale, so it's to be expected.

More upscale boutique clothing/decor store than drug store now. Their buyer has crossed a line and management has given them free rein to fulfill their personal fantasy of froo-froo objet d'art. And.their return policy is not customer friendly. Their return policy is not customer-friendly in the least. So, the next time I have a choice of drug stores to spend money in, it will likely be a different one.

Pharmacist was very rude and unhelpful. He ignored me for several minutes and was standoffish when he finally decided to acknowledge me.

I did not end up filling my prescription and I certainly will not return to this location.

All but one member of the pharmacy team at the Broadmead Pharmasave have been extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful EVERY SINGLE TIME I have dealt with them over the last few years! I absolutely hate having to talk to them and feel something should be done about their terrible customer service, but don't know what to do other than write this review. The only person who has been kind is a male pharmacist who has dark hair and is in his 40s and has children of his own. I've dealt with him twice and he has been polite and seemed to want to assist me.
