How do I say this.in an industry full of medical "professionals" and doctors that treat patients as numbers, this pharmacy is the best I've encountered in my life. They are kind, efficient, understanding, accommodating, and go above and beyond for their customers. I have had so many negative experiences with pharmacies, but I will never stray from this one.
It may seem a little silly to love a pharmacy, but when you have regular prescriptions and illnesses to tend to, knowing that they will help you every way they can, is really comforting.

Who'd have thought I'd want to rave about a pharmacy? But I do. Pharmacists take an active interest in customers and take active care to ensure we have the right product and know exactly how to use it. They have caught mistakes in my prescriptions and asked me about the inconsistency instead of assuming my doctor intended to change my dose and saved me from having an awkward time with the wrong dosage.
When my boyfriend has had issues with post nasal drip for months that keeps him up at night and multiple doctors have done nothing for him except to say "maybe try Reactin or Allegra", the pharmacist talked us through different causes and treatments and led us to figuring out the solution that's let him deal fully with the issue.
In the era of COVID-19, they remain friendly and professional while taking active measures to provide a safe environment and enforce those measures when needed, something multiple other establishments could stand to learn from.
Bonus the pharmacist who gave us flu shots a couple of years in a row remembered and had great patience for my phobia of needles.
My boyfriend and I feel safe coming here and trusting the pharmacists here with the aspects of our health that fall under their scope of expertise.

Everytime I go in they are super quick to help me. Always informative if I have a question about anything doing with medication

My mother whom is a senior was sent to this pharmacy by our dentist next door, upon bending over and reaching into her bag was accused of SHOPLIFTING! My mother is a very humble and elegant First Nations woman and was very insulted. I, myself wasn’t treated or welcomed warmly.

Superb neighborhood pharmacy with very knowledgeable, personalized service by excellent staff who really get to know their customers and truly care. It’s always a pleasure coming in here.

I love this pharmacy! Patient, wonderful, competent staff. It is now further away from where I live but worth it!

This pharmacy is my all time favorite. I've been going here for a number of years now for all of my prescriptions and for all of my questions about a medication or an alternate medication. The staff always go above and beyond, are always pleasant, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. And they compound! I would recommend them without hesitation.

We are SO lucky to have Ja and Kunakar (and staff!) on the Drive! Besides always being warm and welcoming every time we step inside the pharmacy, they are also so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to health questions or concerns. Can’t recommend them enough!

The BEST pharmacy, with the LOVELIEST, MOST COMPASSIONATE and PATIENT pharmacist. A truly fantastic business. Lots of natural products available as well.

Hands down THE BEST SERVICE of any pharmacy I've ever been to! The pharmacists truly care about you and your health and will spend time with you to make sure you know everything about the medication you are taking. It feels like talking to family. I will never go anywhere else!
