Pharmasave Downtown Surrey (#179)

Love this pharmacy! Everyone is always helpful; and accommodating when necessary. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone who lives in the area.)

I had a wisdom tooth pulled out at the opal dentist next door to this pharmasave. Literally in a haze post removal. So I walk over my t3 and mouthwash prescription to them figure it'll be easier than going to the reg place I go to I just wanted to go home lay down. So they ask if i been there before I said no. They tell me it will be 1 hour at least. Mind you not a single other human was in there yet two pharmacy techs. I was hurting so of course I said no thanks and went to the pharmacy by my place walmart one. They made the scrips in I kid you not 5.5 minutes. Either I'm missing something or these people don't genuinely care. I bet if I was a family member son or daughter of the techs they'd of been more proper and put some effort. You could literally see the pain on my face as I'm holding my jaw even.

HORRIBLE location. Mousa/mouffa (maybe the owner) has horrible customer service skills. I waited over 10 minutes to buy one item. Once I finally paid, their machine showed that there was an error on the receipt after the transaction. Their machine was down and the lady had to restart their machine. I paid by card and it showed a charge on my bank statement immediately. Just really inconvenient. Save yourself the time and headache.

Best service always takes the time to explain in detail any information you need also does his best to save you money!

If any pharmacy is not busy like they are there is a reason. Antibiotics they give for not real. I don't have proof. But at 3 cycles of antibiotics and they didn't work. Until I got some from a different pharmacy. Then my infection went away.
