Awful customer service, rude staff and pharmacist! Horrible pharmacy! The pharmacy assistant named Kristen or Kirsten is very rude and unprofessional! She shouldn't work as a pharmacy assistant. The pharmacist (I did not get his name) is very rude and unprofessional too. But the pharmacist named Francis is so polite, professional and has great customer service! The owner of manager of this pharmacy should do something about this! Look the the reviews! Mostly said awful customer service because of that pharmacy assistant and one pharmacist!

Staff is very rude, there is no customer service. I have never been treated nicely at this pharmacy. Once they charged me although the medicine was fully covered through my insurance. I reached out to my insurance and they advised me to ask them for a refund as they made an error on their end. I did receive the refund but no apology. They will make you wait for an hour even if the medicine could be ready in 10 minutes.

This is the first pharmacy where I encountered rude staff pharmacist in the pharmacy section (the cashiers were friendly). If you don't like your job you can either quit or change your job.

Avoid this pharmasave at all cost.

Don't get the prescription medicine from here rude and mean pharmacist.

They have a rewards card now and an app that allows for modern conveniences.

Old European sounding pharmacist is rude to people for no reason, even when they are trying to be friendly or asking normal questions.

It has happened to my mom multiple times. I thought she may be exaggerating when she spoke of it but I saw how he talks to people for myself now too.

Sucks to see in a neighbourhood that is otherwise pleasant given the kind nature of the people here.

It is unfortunate that they are this way.
