Pharmasave Highway 97 & Ellis

Most of the people working here are super nice, helpful, and professional. However there is one gentleman who has given me misinformation about my prescription on two different occasions. The accurate information was there both times, he just didn't do his do diligence and check properly which resulted in great inconvenience to me. In the second instance he also kept me waiting at the counter for several minutes while he took a personal phone call, while the pharmacy phone was also ringing. He then acted very impatiently with me and even though my prescription was ready (confirmed by another pharmacist earlier that day) he told me that it was out of stock and to come back tomorrow. This employee needs to be re-trained.

Navi and her team work tirelessly to serve the community. Navi usually goes above and beyond to help us with our pharmacy. My girlfriend uses a blister pack for her medication with a lot of changes either weekly or monthly. We would have a great amount of difficulty administering everything without their help. The pharmacy is always clean, and other team members are knowledgeable and helpful with concerns. Their work ethic is shown by how well the team communicates with customers and other staff.

On the personal side, Navi and her team are very welcoming and friendly people, and quite enjoy my weekly trip to the Pharmasave.

The ladies were great and of course beautiful. They have a great assortment of liquor. Anything you need they have it.

I struggle a lot with health issues.
They are so friendly and accommodating.
They deliver as I am unable to get there with my walker. I feel good supporting this particular Pharmasave. They look at medication interactions and help explain any side effects. They get back to us quickly and have prompt service. So thankful for the help I get from them. It's great that the owner Navi, does whats best for the customer such as suggesting alternatives etc.

Agreed! Navi, the pharmacist, is awesome! Physicians office next door is not affiliated with this Pharmasve, so if it is " unsanitary, " it has nothing to do with this shop.
