Idk what kind of racket is being played here but my parcel is held at this location when it could’ve easily been dropped at my door…. Steal my time! Canada post sucks!

The Pharmacist is very helpful when I came with questions about my son's eczema and skin itchiness. She gave good recommendations and comparisons of each lotion/creams thay I give my son to try.

All the staff are very nice and friendly!

Best pharmacy in newton! I come here all the time and they are always so helpful and take their time to explain instructions to me. The staff are amazing and the turnaround for prescriptions are very fast. Thank you!

I came to pick up a package at 12: 45 and it was closed! The hours state it closes at 1pm. I really needed that package for tonight. I am so upset. Very unprofessional!

This place cannot recognize their customers. ID each time to get a simple box. Failure in community relations. Pass.

LlWorst customer service by Parm in Canada Post department. I've been having an ongoing 1.5 month issue with Canada Post about a lost package. The package is for my child for Christmas its 1 day before Christmas and I get a notice on my door with no attempt to deliver package as duties need to be paid. I called to see if my package is ready for pick up and get the worst service or lack of service I should say. Parm was rude, raised her voice to intimidate me and told me to call Canada post. Why call them I have no clue she doesn't even understand the reason for the call. So now my package won't be ready until December 28th after Christmas. No apology and no remorse. Replace your staff with quality staff members who actually love the job and are competent.

The post office is great. But this pharmacy is out for your money rather then customer care!
Did you know to fax 1 piece of paper ONE! They charge you a dollar each paper. And when I said thats more than staples. They said we are just helping the community.
Okay listen if this was a nice good pharmacy they would fax something either for free or for 10 cents 25 cents but a dollar a page! Thats just crazy. I will never ever purchase anything from this pharmacy. You can tell that their customers are not their priority.

But the post office connected to it is amazing.

Very uneducated in how it all works. Quotes are always off. Makes you decline coverage. Doesnt ask for signatures. Not worth youre time

Cant comment on drug prices because i have insurance but because its a quiet area there are rarely any line ups. Most trips are quick in and outs.wish they were open longer but understandable that they arent due to very little traffic

The Canada Post post office at this location operates only during business hours. The mails and packages get diverted to this location when you are not home during business hours to take delivery; then in order to pick up same mail or package one would have to go during normal business hours. They are closed on Saturday and open few hours Sunday morning. Very poorly planned post office with no foresight to actually make it useful for the neighborhood. For comparison, check the post office hours at the Shopper's Drug Mart in Panorama Village at the corner of Hwy 10 and 152 St.

Most disorganized Canada Post/Pharmasave location I have ever been to. Staff is very uninformed and customer service is far from a priority.

The lady at the post office doesn't know the difference between the stamps they sell. Selling US stamps for overseas parcels and overseas stamps for US parcels.
Pretty disorganized place.
