Dissapointed - this is my to go pharmacy and always loved it, until now. Was served and talked to very rudely when expressed a concern on decision made by pharmacist to not refill my cardiac meds for 3 months to save me money. I didn't realized that they were accountant caring for my finance instead of my health. + They proceeded to charge me for the meds covered by PBC. The pharmacist assistant responded to me with " it's common sense sir"! I guess the Pâtisson group across the street will handle my file from now on. Very dissapointed by the service provided, decision making, customer service and rudeness, but I am grateful that they are looking up for my finance!

They have always been helpful and their stock profile is varied. The staff have never dissappointed with their friendliness for our family. They are our local pharmacy and quick grab store.

Has an atm but never updates its hours so they're usually incorrect. Won't let you in to use the atm even if there are still a few minutes til close.

Only pharmacy in port Coquitlam which will do combination drugs. The area could seem a little sketchy, but overall it’s okay.

The pharmacy team works incredibly hard to deliver complex prescriptions and children’s compounds in a timely manner. They have gone the extra mile for us a few times in the last couple of months and are always kind and professional.

Top notch customer service. Brad was extremely helpful and professional. Prompt to call with regard to my request for an appointment. Left message and again called back next day to ensure I was able to schedule the appointment. This says a lot about your business. Great Store with Post Office. Highly recommend Pharmasave Poco!

This store for me was the go-to for my prescriptions as I never visited nor researched others around me. The staff are exceptional and never let me down, however now knowing how much of a rip-off this company is in prescription pricing shocks and disgusts me. For a months supply of my prescription, I was paying around $250 / month, and at the time I was devastated as that amount of money for me was in no way affordable and caused a lot of anxiety (I thought that was the cost of the pills themselves so I just went with it). Recently learning that every companies pharmacy can charge for prescriptions differently, I went ahead to save-on foods and asked about they’re pricing. My jaw dropped.save-on charges $118 / month for the exact same med, dosage, and supply. Pharmasave has been charging me $130 more for the SAME medication… and in a time where I’m unemployed due to mental health, I was really struggling to keep up on the payments, times where I had to get off for a week because I couldn’t afford it. I am disgusted and extremely disappointed that this company that prides itself on being exceptional in every aspect, caring and loving about their customers, is really just this greedy, selfish and careless company that profit off their customers needs; customers that REQUIRE and NEED these prescriptions to feel normal or be happy in their day-to-day life, with conditions that they never had a choice in, and have to pay unlike others that don’t deal with it just to be okay. I can’t even imagine how it is for people that take medications for seizure prevention or other severe conditions that if not taken due to these high pill prices due to being broke, can have severe if not fatal consequences, all because they demand more money. I will never shop at this pharmacy, and that makes me question how pricing is for ANY product in that store, not just pharmacy. You guys have disappointed and lost my entire trust, and to this day I’m still shocked at how poorly run this company really is.

What an amazing experience. I have already lost 20 pounds in 1 month and the fat is still just melting away! The program is really quite easy to follow once you get into the routine.
