I ordered takeout and got a XL it’s such small portions and a scam I had exactly 4 pce of meat very small and I ordered rare and it didn’t come rare I work in the food business as well and I never seen such a scam for food portions I ordered a small as well and we weighed it and it was exactly 3 grams more then the small so I recommend getting a small
SCAM FOR PORTION SIZE FOR TAKE OUT
Plus had a random 1.52 food charge such a scam

Not particular tasty Vietnamese phone, but convenience location in Burnaby. Price is OK not overpriced for the portion size.

Spring rolls were crispy and nice.
I love the rice option with shrimp and vermicelli noodles with pork chops and chicken as well. But don’t like the pulled pork portion they gave with the vermicelli.

Should appreciate “Quin” who was serving us with a very nice smile always.

Delicious food! One of the best around this area. The portions were impressive. Miust try the chef’s special chilli oil. All ingredients are fresh. I forgot the name, but there was a dry Cambiodian/Vietnamese noodles that was superb! Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be back to try other dishes. Cherry on top: the servers were super friendly and efficient

Great local spot. Super friendly. We enjoy rare beef pho and the shrimp salad rolls frequently. Great food for both take out or eat in. I usually pick up my own food and skip delivery services. They are open on stat holidays which has been super amazing in the past.

I order 2 orders on ubereats of dry noodles but they just gave me 1 dry noodle and 2 broths they forgot 1 more order:) so dispointed. Last time, i order too but they ALWAYS give me the wrong one. I hope the restaurant can fix this problem. I really love the dry noodle here so i hope you don’t do wrong order too many time like that!

Another restaurant that doesn't give you a proper receipt. Don't even know if they overcharged you or not. The washrooms are dirty and plates are not cleaned on the table from previous diners.

My #1 post night out resto. I love going here after a night of drinking and dancing! And even just for regular times I am craving Pho and rice plates. So far has never disappointed yet. Always delicious and service most times is really good too.

Hole in the wall place for quick pho. Expect disposable utensils. Pho broth was flavorful but noodles were too overcooked for us. Prices are going rate for pho. Fortune cookies a nice touch.

Worst customer service ever. I asked them to change the dish the guy said sorry no we can’t change and further added if you want to change you will still be charged for the other dish. Don’t come here.

Can't give this one my seal of approval. The meat, noodles, and vegetables were good, but the broth was the most bland I've had short of pre-made. It was like they didn't roast the bones or let it stew for hours like most family places, which is a real shame. Better options elsewhere.

Food wasn’t the worst, however the restaurant itself was a mess with bugs all over the walls and constantly landing in my food. The service was terrible with the employees being very rude and harassing me once i made a single remark.

This place needs to get shutdown. There were a bunch of flies flying around the restaurant and at least 5 managed to land in my food. When I informed the server of the problem he was very rude and unprofessional and asked sarcastically “where are the flies? ” While picking through my food as if I was some punk just trying to get a free meal. They then started zapping flies with the electric fly swatter and killed at least 20 in 1 minute. Absolutely disgusting. On top of that some other customers started getting hostile when I told the server that I will be writing a review and informing a health inspector. Seems like they are regulars. Overall this is not a business that should be up and running until they address these simple but mandatory health and safety guidelines.

Was good timing going there, they were switching out the fryer oil so we got a good batch of spring rolls and chicken wings. Worth the wait.

Solid quality pho and salad rolls, and would go back for pho in the future in the area. The texture of the spring rolls were different than I’m used to; crispy exterior but then some resistance when trying to make a clean bite through. Taste is good but I think I’m not used to the wrap the spring rolls are made with here. Otherwise, everything else is good and I will be back.

I tried to over look the first two times I had a horrible experience from this place. First time was a hair in my food. Second time it was the edge of wrapper, as if it was cut off and fell in the food. Now it’s a hair in the food. Makes me think if any food safe guidelines are being followed. You guys washing your hands? Picking your nose above the food? Reusing the broth? Who knows how the food is being prepared or stored. Clearly no hair nets are being worn. Mistakes happen, but this seems to be consistent. I want to puke just thinking about

Have enjoyed meals here in the past, but lately the quality is slipping. Got take out last night and for almost $20 got a fairly tasteless mess of vegetables with shreds of chicken and a lump of rice. Very disappointing

Do not recommend this place, the food are so salty and most importantly one of their waitress attitude are very rude. Overall would not go to this place anymore.

Food has gone down in quality over the years. That was the only reason to visit. Will not be coming back.

My go-to place, I hate cilantro and this is the only place that actually remembers not to put any in my soup

The portions were great and so was the food. I've been to a few pho places and this one ranks quite high for me.

To be honest, it was the worst pho I had ever have. Portion is small and it is not cheap. A lady she did not use hand sanitizer to disinfect after sneezing. Instead she continued to bring the bowl to the front, and she did not wear a mask, I will never come back. Don’t recommend!

Does not taste like vietnamese food at all! I ordered the grilled pork chop noodle soup. The soup is great wonton soup but not what I was expecting. I didn't even bother eating the frozen vegetable medly. The fortune cookie makes me think the owners are not vietnamese. I'll stick to vietnamese owned from now on.

Good pho place in BBY area. Average price and big portion. I love their house special combination. I called for pick up these times, good and quick service.

I ordered the bun vermicelli plate with lemongrass beef and a spring roll from Uber Eats. If you want sauces you must order them separately for an additional fee. I ordered peanut sauce and chilli oil. The dish was really quite tasty, but I wouldn’t recommend it without the sauces. Delivery was fast and the presentation good. My only problem was with the spring rolls. They should be packed separately and not in the same dish. They were soggy and chewy from being close to the vermicelli. Also I didn’t bother crisping them up in the oven because after my initial bite I knew I couldn’t eat them. So salty! I’m not talking just a little bit, I mean burn your mouth level salty. I can only assume this was an error and not their usual recipe. I was happy with the rest so I only took off one star. I’ll try them again to see if their spring rolls win me over next time.

Food is fresh and delicious. 5 stars for that. As for as decor goes, not to fancy. But who cares when the food is so authentically prepared with care.

One of the worse pho’s I’ve ever had. Broth is flavourless, tastes like warm water. Vegetables are over cooked, noodles are terrible quality. Very disappointed. Save your money, don’t order from here!

It was pretty nice. I can't really tell the difference between good pho and average pho but I really liked that their pho wasn't spicy at all since I can't handle any spices. The reason why I rated it as excellent though is because of the atmosphere. It's quiet but not uncomfortably quiet so it's great for conversations and even though we talked for an hour after we're done eating, the employees never rushed us. We were basically the first people there but the last ones to leave. It's a pretty small place and there weren't much people when we got there at 7pm on a Friday. It started getting busy at 7: 30pm but nobody had to wait as most people left fairly quickly. I got beef balls and well done steak pho for $11.50 and was pretty full for a few hours. They also give you fortune cookies and candy at the end!

This restaurant is honestly amazing! It's always a great experience going there at night and having some amazing pho with a few friends. Jason, our favourite waiter has exceptional service, always making us feel welcome and making sure we leave with a smile. Overall an amazing experience.

The worat tasting pho you ever gonna try, the worst service you ever gonna experience. The people working there are rude and the place is disgusting. Save your money and appetite. I dont think i can eat pho for a long time after this.

The pho soup is hot and tastes very homemade without the usual after taste. The pork banh mi is very good and worth a return visit.

Some very authentic Viet Cambodian food. My favourite is the Nam Vang (#24) Cambodian noodle soup. The pho is only ok compared to other places I've been to. This place is cash only and their food comes out extremely quick. A good lunch spot. Highly recommended.

This place food is ok, but their customer service is the worst.their restaurant also need to improve their hygiene.cups still have stain! When you comes, you donot deserve to be greeted.they will not say hi, just say how many people, then you sit.the poker faces will throw cups not heavily but kind of.no checking on customers, and donot care what you need anything.we will never return to this place because we can choose similar food but good customer service and cleaner restaurant.

Late hours, nice to me and my friends every time I go there, cash only. If there is a better place for Pho, please let me know. I'm not from lower mainland but this is my go to for Pho everytime I am down south. Sorry if you are a hardcore Pho expert if this isn't the best place.
