Pho 37

A gem in Richmond! Despite the bustling atmosphere, the service here is lightning-fast. The pho noodle soup is a taste of authenticity, and the portions are generous for the price. Undoubtedly one of the best pho spots in Richmond.

I like the texture of the rice noodle and the soup base is rich. The down side is that the beef are choppy and come with small slices in my bowl. The salad roll is huge, you need to dipped your sweet and sour sources every time you bite it.

As soon as we sat down they took our orders and the noddles came in very quickly within a minute. The soup was just warm and the server was watching to finish our meal and they clear the table very fast and seems very rush. They should not treat customer like they just want to take more orders.
This is my last time I’ll go there.

The first time we went here, it was closed due to a power outage. We returned later, and it was totally worth it. The house special is amazing, the staff are incredibly nice (they found my brother's sunglasses and called after us to return them), and they give free guava candies after:)

Fast, decent, simple. We usually go to the Ironwood location. Went to this location for the first time and thought it was fine. We ordered the rare beef pho and lemongrass chicken combo rice plate. All the condiments including fish sauce are already on the table for you to use. Food was hot, tasted good, and service was efficient, friendly, straightforward. Seems like a solid option for a quick dinner.

The best Pho restaurant in Vancouver! The soup base is very tasty for all the Pho. The best spring roll anywhere! Big portions of meat in the pho and the other vermicelli/rice dishes. Large portions for all dishes. Quick and decent service and the food comes out quickly. Love this place

Review update: They will lose a star because of this. They did deal with the situation very well and professional. I'm glad they handled it well but still.what happened could have caused injury/ death.
This happened about a year ago, I should have made an update at the time, but I didn't think about it then.
So what happened was me and a friend went for dinner. The food was great and service was attentive. But in the middle of our meal, my friend was eating his summer roll when he told me there was a toothpick in his mouth. I thought he was kidding and then he pulled a broken piece of a bamboo skewer out of his mouth.
My jaw dropped, immediately made a complaint and told the server it is absolutely unacceptable this pass through the kitchen. He proceeded to discipline the kitchen staff. Gave us our meals for free and a free drink to go. That was handled well and I hope this incident has NEVER happened again with any customer at pho 37.

Since the incident, I have already been back a few times. Food is amazing and service is quite good.but like I said this incident could have caused injury or death. So they will have to lose a star.

Food is very good. Best Pho broth in Richmond by far. Staff is usually attentive and very polite. Only issue once was they forgot to make my iced coffee when I ordered it. But I was not charged and staff was apologetic and nice about the issue.
Get the No. 40 pho, it's amazing!

I usually come this restaurant when I want Pho because Pho was really good. However, few weeks ago I ate Pho in this restaurant, and my stomach was so upset. I thought it was not caused by Pho. Yesterday, I ate Pho again, but my stomach has been being upset since last night. I am feeling nausea and going to the washroom so many times. I am gonna stop to go there.so sad.
I am giving two stars because this restaurant was usually good.

Best Pho place in Richmond! And the servers there are so lovely. They served us tea while we waited for our take out order. Thank you to the gentleman who answered our questions about the tea which we really enjoyed. We visit this place quite frequently and we will continue to stop by!

I love pho and I have tried so many around Steveston Village and this is by far the best pho in Richmond. The noodles, beef, and vegetables were proportionate with the soup. The broth was delicious and full of flavour. I will definitely order from them again.

The Chicken PHO and Banh Mi was delicious here i will even say that this location is even better then their Robson St location. Definitely worth coming this far for this.

Smokey charcoal flavours dominate, and chunks of garlic and ginger float in the soup for this unique take on the regular old rare beef and beef ball pho. 2022 update - Prices have not increased much and portion size still is very generous.

My favourite here is pictured, satè peanut beef noodle soup. Serving is huge, friendly staff, clean tables, quick service. Rice plates are also good.

Their must try No. 37 special pho has a nice deep and smoky broth. In my opinion the best pho in Richmond.

Seating is very tight. They always rush patrons to order, eat and leave! Their soup is hot which is great. However their toppings are on the light side. For $16a bowl of large, there are other pho place that are more generous on beefs.

Pho 37 has a few locations, I've been to all. Happy with all.
They have many other items, not just pho.
I like their pho Tuan dac biet, bun bo hue, bo luc lac and mi xao gion.

The broth it's a bit too sweet for my likening but the services are great people are friendly and a lot of free parking.

Been coming here for years but their prices has gone up and quality has gone down. Food costs are rising so understandably all restaurant have had to raise their prices, but only if quality is maintained. Jacking up prices and cutting corners is a sure way to lose customers.broth is now watery and flavorless, more than a few pieces of beef were chewy, and only one pathetic little strand of basil was provided on my takeout order. Many better Viet restaurants in town.

While dining at this Pho restaurant a couple of times throughout the past year, I had the chance to eat the beef Ball and rare beef slices Vietnamese noodles, as well as the Charboiled Chicken with Rice. The Vietnamese noodle was good, but the Charboiled Chicken and Rice gave me some bloating afterwards.

When I had to make reservations, the restaurant staff was able to accomodate for my group size. The restaurant staff was polite even though my group took longer than other customers to finish our meals. The space inside the restaurant is not much. However, there are washrooms. There are plenty of space to park as you are in a plaza with nearby shops such as London Drugs, Canadian Tire, as well as Bulk Barn. There are fast foods such as Burger King and McDonalds as well.

If you are considering to have lunch with a large group of people, making a reservation is highly recommended.

I went here a few weeks ago to bring my grandma after having tried this place via takeout and being blown away by its Pho (specifically their Pho Thuan). We were promptly seated and began ordering. My grandma can't eat beef so she had to make many changes to her order and our waitress was patient enough to bear with her heavily altered pho. The food was great, again, I had ordered the Pho Thuan which had amazing smoky flavour unlike any pho I've ever tried. Extremely generous silky tender slices of beef, and a perfectly portioned bowl. Her spicy chicken pho was also great, quite spicy, but she loved it. The waitress was an amazing Chinese lady w short hair, we didn't get her name, but she was very accommodating and even gave my grandma an extra chicken ball:) Overall, great experience; my grandma shares the same sentiments. Will be back

Hi pho 37 Ironwood, the food is great, but I find the staff is rude, because I just ask a extra noodle. He answered me only this time and when I'm going to pay may order two staff ask me. Your order is good. I said yes. And there's another staff ask me again same question. I wonder did I did something wrong.

I tried their hot and sour soup (prawns). The small size is $9.95. I placed the order for pick up and it was ready with in 20 minutes.

The soup was really tasty. We requested it to be spicy and it was prepared really well.

We were greeted by a friendly staff and he helped us with our order.

Will definitely try more dishes from their menu.

Really surprised at the quality and quantity of the food.
It's a small hole in the wall resto with not a lot of seating. Service was very good and attentive.
Easy access and lots of free parking.
We'll definitely be back and will recommend.
