Phở 99 Langley

Tried to call to place a pickup order, called dozen times rings forever no pickup.
Took my business someplace else

Me and my girlfriend were just in, honestly wasn’t good at all. The only saving grace was our bubble teas, they were the best part. Not worth the $56 for two soups that lacked any kind of veg and the overpriced bubble teas

Was very disappointed with the rude service. I showed up at 9: 28 on an evening where their advertising says they’re open until 10pm. Even though the restaurant had 15 people dinning in it a gentleman that worked there continued to tell me they were closed and kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak or show him their advertising. He wouldn’t even give me a soup to go.

I would give this place 5 stars except I’ve gotten hairs in my soup not once.but three times. I know I could choose to not go back, but honestly the broth is so good and it’s worth the risk.

Not the same restaurant I used to dine, things went down hill since I visited 3 years ago.

If you want a cafeteria experience but pay prices equivalent to a service oriented restaurant, this is for you. Never been more disappointed in a Pho 99 than this. We had to fill in a form to then take to the counter. Yup. No servers. Then the food came but in a disheveled order so when we got the sprouts and basil our soup was like warm. Zero tip given. Never coming back. Sadness.

My veggie tofu pho is always perfection, its so delicious, always get my takeout right, my favourite ️️
