The Grilled lemon grass chicken was fantastic, and they have an excellent vegetarian pho option

Had this place before about a year ago, the meal and portion is great but me and my fiancée usually get it to go. We where out tonight and remembered this place existed, and thought we would dine in for the first time. We where pointed to our seat from afar, and brought hot tea in a glass cup with no handle… strange but whatever. The older lady our server was packing up orders, before she came to collect our order. She was preparing our utensils, I heard one utensil drop on the ground and thought “no way she is gonna give us that. ” From my point of view I seen she picked it off the ground and put in the small see thru utensil bin and proceeded to place it on our table. I told my fiancée, he said it’s fine shrug it off just use the chop sticks. I did. She got our order, she was wearing blue gloves? Cleaning the dirty tables with spray, and sweeping the floors with the same gloves. Our food was ready! I seen her walk to our food without changing her gloves, no hand hygiene and brought our order to us… I was pretty disgusted at this point. First the tea, then the utensils. Then this! So I pointed it out to her “can you wash your hands, you've been using the same gloves you served us with to clean or change your gloves. ” I said it as nice as I possibly could! She got offended and proceeded to tell me “I use hand sanitizer, over my gloves to clean them it’s just as same as washing your hands except it’s with gloves. ” Yoooo I’m no rocket scientist but use your brain, but you have to change gloves after each use to avoid cross contamination. And it’s common sense. And I was watching her, she never used any hand sanitizer. I seen the hand sanitizer. Anyways she went on, I just turned away and ignored her. The kitchen staff must have over heard, and she went to the serving window to laugh about what I had said. I told my fiancée, “just pay and ask for it to go. ” He went to the counter, and she had the stankest attitude towards him about it. This place needs to be checked for a health code violation. Well I be eating here again? Probably not! Never. Wash your hands, in between serving and cleaning especially for a restaurant.

They had a new batch of customers walk in, it took a lot of will power for me not embarrass her they way she tried to embarrass me by laughing with the kitchen. To tell her new customers about her hand hygiene.

It was easy to access there, facility was clean, and staff over there was polite. Quality of food, sauce and side vegetable was fresh. I tried seafood noodle and roll at there. The broth had a deep taste. The roll had a good taste. I would like to visit there again.

Fresh, flavourful food in generous portions at a fair price. Service was fast and friendly.

Had the Vegetarian Satay Noodle Soup and Vegetarian Vermicelli Bowl. Both were flavourful!

Ridiculous, server took 15 minutes to get to us and then she took people who came after us first. Been going here for long time but not anymore.

Pleasantly surprised by this hole in the wall. Service was just passable, but the food was nicely seasoned, cooked, and there was plenty of it. The spring roll had a lot of filling and was fresh and crispy. Standard Vancouver pricing these days at $15.50-$16 a bowl.

This has been my go-to Vietnamese spot for years now, but I will absolutely not be returning. My family recently ordered takeout and my father bit into a spring roll and chipped his tooth on a rock. Really? It was 1cm by 1cm. How does a rock that size even make its way into your food? It makes me question the cleanliness of your facilities. What have I unknowingly ingested over the years? My father now needs to get a crown for his tooth, which was chipped down to the nerve. Too bad… The food is tasty.

The pho here was amazing, the broth was so hot and fresh. Their customer service was amazing the moment I stepped in. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants authentic vietnamese food.

This is my first time to eat at this restaurant. My grilled lemongrass chicken noodle is good. Chicken put separate on a side.

Oh. This is my favorite vietnamese restaurant in town! And my husband and I go to a lot of vietnamese restaurant!
They have really good chicken! Highly recommend the free range chicken pho and satay! Absolutely delicious! And their grilled chicken vermicelli bowl is really good too!

This is my favourite Pho place ever. I love # 60, the Spicy Huế Beef Noodle Soup. Its always so good every time, same with the crispy spring rolls and salad rolls. So delicious I crave it all year round. Very reasonable prices and great service.thank you!

First experience was great, food was delicious. The next time I came there on a day they were suppose to be open, but they were closed. Disappointing I drove all the way to a closed restaurant. Next time I went, I waited 10minutes to be seated and then another long wait to order. Upon ordering I was told there was no chicken or beef left, just pork. It would been nice to be told this before the long wait. Good food but very poorly run restaurant. Not going to take my chances again.

Ordered Banh Min (subs) it was so delicious and was ready for pick up at the exact time given. So impressed. Will definitely go back again.

Their lemongrass chicken is A tier, super tender and flavourful.
**One thing they need to change especially during these covid times is not having utensils on the table in case someone sick touches or coughs on them.

The food was good, but the service was horrible. We waited at least 20 minutes to order, then after that 3 tables that came afyer us (and ordered after us) received their food long before us. I never received the water I asked for when we ordered and not once did our server check to see how our food was or if we needed anything else.

One of the best Pho's I've had the pleasure of eating. Really enjoyed the little extras, such as more condiment options. Fast service, reasonable prices too.

After leaving neighbourhoods with very good pho places I was hesitant to try this strip mall restaurant. To my surprise, they were on par with many of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants. They have excellent service, consistent execution, and are fairly priced. Definitely my favourite Vietnamese restaurant in New West.

I felt like I was put last place they served everyone else that came in after my son and i, and my son has disability but loves pho.

Ordered the BBH + 2 Spring Rolls.

BBH: Taste was meh. Not spicy. Very light. Very bland, and not flavourful. I swapped out the thick noodles for the thin ones as I don’t enjoy noodles slipping and splashing all over my clothes. Noodle portion was adequate. Ingredients however, left more to be desired. A few paltry slices of beef, less than a handful of tiny chicken balls, 2-3 slices of ham. Left unsatisfied and unfilled. For sides, there were only limes and basil. No sprouts.

Price: $12/large bowl. Which honestly, is pretty darn small.

Spring rolls: Super crispy. Chock full of ingredients. Perfectly fried and flavourful with each bite.

Price: $5.50 for 2

Service: Meh. Servers took orders, brought our food. And never once bothered to refill the water.

Location: Pretty spacious, brightly lit and ventilation is good.

Would I come again? Not really. Many other places with better BBH. Good location, but pity about the disappointing food and service.

Of all the Pho places in New Westminster, we come to this one. The food is so good and well prepared. I've had no bad experiences here.

Absolutely an amazing place - food is so delicious that you have to try to understand how great it is! Service is next level! Professional, down to earth lady served us with always positive attitude and smiley face. Plenty of place to sit, clean place and free mall parking. I highly recommend anyone looking to eat healthy food as well as trying out a delicious Vietnamese cuisine! Try out their lemon grass chicken combos!

Spring rolls were good. The soup not so great. The broth was bland and just tasted like pure beef stock. Lemon soda didnt have any taste either

This place is pretty good but recently they lowered the amount of food you get. Overall a pretty solid pho place to go to.

Consistent great tasting food. I am never disappointed after a meal hear and I never have any stomach problems after a meal. Great food and speedy service

Solid food here. Very good selection and tasting. Love the pics of the dishes in the menu and all over the walls. Service was decent. Not the best. Wish the food all came out together so a table can eat at the same time

My boyfriend and I stopped by on a Friday night after being recommended by 2 friends who live down the street and pleased to say we were not disappointed! My boyfriend ordered the BBQ Lemongrass Chicken & Springrolls on rice & I got the Spicy Sour Soup with Prawns and Vermicelli. It was delicious! We will definitely be back // Also the washrooms we're clean which is always a good sign.

Nice Pho restaurant in New Westminster. It is in the Royal Square. Food quality and quantity are just right. Servers are attentive. Prices is reasonable for the food and services.

Before the owner changed, it used to be awesome taste, awesome prices, and awesome service.
Now with the new owners, it's ok taste, not so ok prices, and awesome service.
Well, at least they got the last one down good
