Tasty broth however online menu prices are not the same as the restaurant menu for some items like pho which was about $1-2 more.

Got "e2" on the menu. Broken rice with grilled pork chop and he lemon grass rice. Chicken was good, pork was decent. But the rice was not "broken rice" and it didn't come with the usual Vietnamese egg meatloaf, adding an egg is extra. For 17.25 I expected more. Otherwise it was alright.

One of the best Pho restaurants in Burnaby! The ambience & decor was super neat and clean, great tasting Pho P10, the owner and staff (Hedi) were really sweet and welcoming. Much love to this single owner restaurant! Kudos

Got their beef special Pho and 2 items rice. Very good broth, friendly staff, super clean store. Bonus: they have free hot tea!

Tried pad thai, their specialty.

Very average taste for a 20$ serving.
Noodles were very sweet and sticky with very little portion of chicken.

I usually order pho and chicken wings. The meat quality they used very good. Their foods are consistent, we’re always happy and full.

My partner and I tried this Pho restaurant as our original choice had already closed for the night.
Very good food at a good price with great service.

The shop owner is a wonderful lady who conversed with us and gave us some fresh Jackfruit to try while we waited for our meal.
Our drinks were refilled quickly. Great service overall. My only gripe is that they don't accept MasterCard.

We got salad rolls as an appetizer (actually priced as an appetizer). They were very large and very flavourful. Ingredients were very fresh.

The pho had a terrific and well balanced broth. It was a larger than expected portion and was very filling.

This will now be our regular local Vietnamese noodle shop in the area. We will definitely be going again.

I had a very nice vegan ramen. Very tasty. Nice cozy place. The server was very friendly. When we arrived she was preparing a big plate of jack fruit and she gave us a few to taste.
I also ordered vegan salad rolls as an appetizer, best salad rolls with peanut sauce I have had so far.

I would recommend this place.

I have been to many Pho’s place before around BC. However, this place is the closest to the flavor that I had when I came back to Vietnam. Definitely a place worth trying at least once due to its authenticity! Will come back again soon!

I used to come here all the time and their pho used to be decent. But since maybe 1 month ago something changed. The noodles didn't taste fresh like they're some left-out overcooked noodles. Came here again today because I thought maybe they were just having a bad day but got the same weird noodles. The sriracha sauce has also been replaced with some watery hot sauce that tasted very bad in my opinion. Sad to see this place go downhill

Pho was not good, noodles came in a large clump and broth was bland. Salad rolls were decent, good size and lots of peanut sauce. The server forgot half of our order and never brought us sprouts. Establishment was clean and bright. Would not come back again.

I had the lemon grass chicken on rice with a spring roll. It was good. It came with some lettuce tomato carrot slaw and daikon. The restaurant was quaint and welcoming. The washroom was very clean.

I ordered a Vietnamese drip ice coffee and chicken meatball pho. The ice coffee was definitely not drip coffee and tasted more like instant coffee and the noodles in the pho were extremely over cooked that every time I tried to pick it up with my chopsticks it would break. Seriously such a disappointing experience and underwhelming food. I would not come back. Also, waiter never checked up on us and there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant…

Save your money and go to Viet noodle guy.

Came here because viet noodle guy was closed, this was the closest Vietnamese restaurant in the area and decided to try it out. Got the chicken pho- noodles were undercooked and not a very generous portion compared to other pho places, and my coconut water was so watered down it was like I was drinking iced water. My least favourite pho in Burnaby so far: (save ur money and go elsewhere, there are many other options in the area.

Got a che here and it doesn’t even come close to any other Vietnamese restaurants, I think they cheap out with using coconut sauce over coconut milk- tastes like a banana slush.

We always order in and enjoy the food at home. Our number one choice is the vermicelli bowl with lemongrass chicken, Vietnamese roll and fried eggs, it's a great combination! The vegetable rolls are very tasty too. Satisfied. Recommended.

Got takeout from here a little earlier today and everything was packaged well and tasted fresh. Broth is very hearty and much better than other competitors. Support this great restaurant!

My to-go place for Vietnamese food in Burnaby. Definitely the better place I’ve been to in the lower mainland. Highly recommend the P2 (chicken pho) with satay, it will change your life:)

The price is too much for the number of meat serve in a soup for 13.50 and the tendon its too hard. Not worth it, we always eat out and tried different Vietnamese soup, this is the only one that we tried several times when it was less expensive, now it's not worth of your money.

Always fresh and great, fast service! Their menu has everything we love when it comes to Vietnamese food. Pricing is very fair for what you are getting

Good location, plenty of parking. Soup is a bit darker but very good, good portions. They like to rush a bit at the end of the night so try not to eat-in too close to closing.

This location used to have line ups for lunch time. Now, the quality is down significantly. So is my rating. Mushy carrots, somehow overcooked brisket and pools of oil on top of the soup broth are to name a few issues.

Pho Bo Kho — 10/10 amazing broth, loaded with fat pieces of meat, big portion of noodles
Com Thit Kho — 10/10 very delicious, generous amount of rice and meat
Spring Rolls — 10/10 chrunchy and tasty

Great food for a good price. It's our go-to Pho spot in the Brentwood area. Somehow cheaper than pho places in Coquitlam, and the quality is just as good if not better. Salad rolls are also really nice and a good size.

I rarely write reviews but this one has a SUPER RUDE STAFF with horrible service. I got yelled at (zero exaggeration) because she had to return to kitchen twice for her own mistakes on accommodating customer’s request. Never going back. There are many better places to eat pho else where.

Technically I was the only customer there at 2pm today.

Please look at the dish and it has a huge broken area that easily to get injury.

I ordered a drink but it hardly had any liquid on it. I can only see those Solid ice pieces and those beans and jelly.

Had a good banh mi (vegetarian sub) from here a couple weeks ago. But today, it was the worst banh mi I've ever had, there was no tofu at all, the bread wasn't toasted, so it was soggy, with just cucumber, lettuce, carrot and turnip.it cost $15.75 for two veggie banh mi, won't order from there next time.

Used to like this place a lot more, not sure what happened. Seems to have new management. Still good but not as good as when it first opened. Food is solid but I wouldn't say amazing. New staff seems a bit uptight. Might just be because during covid but one of the staff members wasn't happy when I grabbed the sriracha sauce on the table next to me because ours didn't have any. It's a spot I'll continue to go to no question but it seems to have taken a step back in my personal opinion.

Store hours online and in their window say open until 10pm. I showed up at 8: 45 and they were closed.

This is last resort if all the other pho places are not open. I had the worst bowl of pho where noodles all clumped, because they had been sitting in the bowl and rare beef had all been cooked when they bring it to you.rather than make it fresh per customer.

Service was friendly, food came out fast. Had the lemon grass chicken on rice. One thigh is ~$12 which is a bit more expensive than other places that give two thighs at least and it was a bit thin. Chicken had nice char to it and crispy onions on top. I found their rice a bit undercooked/hard so it didn’t soak up the vinegar very well.

The large is ok for the size and price, but the flavour is a nothing special. Actually I find it in the sour side. The chicken wings were expensive and dry. The people are nice and the food was hot. That's really the 3 points. There are so many better places out there.

Im a pho junkie and the only reason i dont give this place one star is because it opens earlier than most of the competition and you can pay by card. It also has a great location, but you guys here need to up your game and get some higher quality ingredients.maybe go and steal some deadly broth from your neighbours in the area cuz they got it going on and you will see my pho feinding face more often then when im desperate for a hot bowl of goodness.

Standard Vietnamese pho restaurant, nothing special IMHO. I had a large P7 (rare beef and beef ball pho) and enjoyed it. My friend had E4 (beef and carrot stew), I tasted the broth and it had a nice satay-like flavour to it. Both had plenty of noodles and a good amount of meat.

I was profiled and given water instead of tea, without asking me. I actually prefer tea while eating.

The garnish provided was basil and lime, but no beansprouts?

I ordered a salad roll and never got it (but at least was not charged for it). There were only 2 of us and the lady memorized the order, I'm guessing she just forgot to ring it in.

Parking is limited right out front, but there's more underground. It's a busy area with more apartment towers going up all the time.

My favorite pho place in the Brentwood area. Always great service and food. Their bun bo hue is tasty. Service is fast. Great seating for groups too

Delivery - The pho lacks certain elements. The pho broth was salty and masked the flavors of clove cinnamon etc. The pork and prawn papaya salad was underwhelming heavily garnished with mint which dominated the pallet, a hint of basil would have been right. There was no roast pork either just a little shredded pork loaf sandwhich meat and a few slivers of half prawn. The "special" dressing was nothing more than typical fish sauce that would be served with a spring roll. Wouldnt bother going back.

Had the chicken house special pho. Delicious. But pricy for pho ($9 for small bowl, which was a good size), but worth it, and considering their location it makes sense. Customer service was excellent and eager.

They lied and said my moms friend didn’t pay tax or tips so my mom paid for her but my moms friend did pay for the tax and the tips it was on the receipt and the guy played innocent and said “oh I guess you did pay taxes and tips” this place lies do not recommend

If you are able to skip their peak lunch hours this place is great. We had the absolute best service possible provided by a young gentleman by the name of Haylen (excuse the typo or mistake if any, horrible with names). Top notch attentiveness and service down to the smallest detail. This is just a pho restaurant! Not to take anything away from the meal itself which was also excellent. Good price, very clean and inviting environment, this place is a must go for locals or visitors alike; highly recommended!

This is the best vegetarian pho I've ever had.seriously. It gets super busy around lunch time, so I better to order a pick up if you're in a hurry. Neighbourhood gem for sure!

I'd rate 3.5, but rounded down. The food is pretty nice, flavor and taste is good. However, the portion is a bit small (lots of soup, but not so much noodles). I didn't get my drink either. They've got veggie options though, which was good for my friend.

Finally a place that serves Vegetarian Pho with vegetable broth! Serving size is great, flavors are impeccable and nice, cozy clean place to eat.

Awesome first-time experience for me. The menu layout was clear, and precise. I ordered the Calamari as my appetizer; crisp, with the chilli plum sauce on the side, prepared just the way I like it. Finished with a Veggie Pho, I am impressed. My Pho was delicious to both price and taste. I am giving my five star to the younger gentleman, my server, he was not only polite, respectful, but also very thoughtful. Thank you Pho D'elite.

Food is decent but poor air ventilation. Not a place for nearby office workers for lunch, unless you dont mind the smell hanging on your clothes the rest of your work day:)

Visited the restaurant for the first time on May 22,2019.
Please avoid eating the bean sprouts, or get ready for a day off work with food poisoning puking your guts out. It will be my last visit as well.

Decent food but chaotic for no obvious reason. Was asked today to sit at a table bumping elbows with the group seated beside us when there were 2 booths and a 4 seat table free. They refused when i asked for a booth; then the very next group was a party of 2 and were seated straight into 1 of the booths. About midway through our lunch, they asked us to move so they could have our table to seat a party of 6!

I have been a regular for around 2 years but won't be going back. I was going to give 2 stars but I think 1 is reasonable too.

A good pho broth is the start of it all and they have it. Very generous on portion. The prices are reasonable as any other vietnames place. The staff are friendly. Cute little modern place. Great place for lunch and dinner.

Best pho in brentwood - better than viet noodle guy (but no bahn mi, which would be great for lunches also)

Broth was bang on. The noodles and beef were just slightly off and the reason for me not giving 5 stars.
