Pho Extreme Xe Lua

I've been going to this place for the past two years and never a disappointment. My favourite is their Pho with only briskets. Staffs are super friendly and service is always great.

I've read some of the reviews here, instead of criticizing a small business. Let's highlights those who've persevered post-pandemic. Despite the ongoing construction in front of the establishment, kudos to them for staying open. I've been a loyal customer for years, the food is consistently excellent, the staffs are hard workers, whether it's the lady or gentleman, they do it all. Show some love for your local restaurants!

Spring rolls No vegetables, just noodles and shrimp? ? ? Selling for 11 dollars? Don’t be ridiculous. The grilled beef ribs are mushy. Most of them are beef slices instead. They are not beef ribs at all. A small portion costs 20 dollars. Chicken wings cost 18 dollars for 6 pieces. The worst dining experience ever

Restaurant accepts only cash. They have an ATM machine inside that charges $3 per transaction. Weird ambience. All this takes credit away from the good food.

Needed a quick bite after a late work night and was pretty dissapointed. Salad rolls were tiny, and barely had anything in them and on top of that my banh mi was thrown into the plastic takeout bag completely loose and unwrapped, just secured with an elastic. Could you not of at least wrapped it in some paper?

I don't leave bad reviews often but place should at least be cheaper for the poor quality and lack of effort. Won't order again.

Friendly, good service, good price, smoothie soooo good. I like the restaurant we will come back.

Ordered the vegetable pho soup. It was certainly bland even with chili oil. Portion size was decent and staff were abrasive even with the restaurant nwxt to empty.

It is what it is. A decent place to go when basically everything else is closed. Big portions but inconsistent with flavours.
Pho itself is most likely from a package of some sort because I have never seen a pot of bones on any time we go. Could be wrong. I'd probably return because it is relatively convenient.

Really enjoyed the Brisket Pho! The staff was very courteous and really enjoyed a delicious early dinner!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to to Pho Extreme Xe Lua. The pho was very tasty with a balanced amount of saltiness. Noodles and brisket were also very good. Staff member I dealt with was friendly and polite.

I have had a chicken bahn mì from there in the past which I can also recommend.

Eatable, but definitely some of worst pho I've had, no taste broth, mushy texture of noodles very cheap, cash only, normal service.big thing is broth not that good for a $15 pho

Small bowl here was tiny. Noodles were undercooked, and the broth was underwhelming. Customer service non-existent. Didn't even ask us if we enjoyed the food.
Only brightside is they are open later than most Pho places

Unbelievable ripoff. 70$ for lunch for 2. I asked to see receipt and was shown some unintelligible scribbles on a scrap piece of cardboard. Food was ok, westernized Vietnamese. I also had a 'fresh' orange juice which was undrinkable sugar syrup with perhaps a splash of actual juice. There is a far better and more affordable Vietnamese resto just a couple blocks away on Broadway and Oak. I know prices are up everywhere and I should have looked at menu pricing but this was obscenely overpriced. Also cash only- although they 'conveniently' have a high fee ATM on site.

Prices for most menu items are higher, noodles $14-16. Noodles are very soft mushed up texture and soup has barely any taste. Meat has fair quality. It's also cash only; they have an ATM that has ~$2 withdrawal fees, so bring your own cash. Overall average pho location but there are better locations

It’s not cheap but if you find yourself looking for a Bún bò Huế at 3am like me, this is probably as good it’s gonna get. $17 after tax+tip for a small. Cash only

Girl, do not come here.i got the vegetarian pho and the broth literally tasted like dog water.
