Pho Fusion

Updating rating as its definitely gone downhill since COVID, other issues as well but I'll just not factor it into the review. Better off going to pho sate downtown. Broth is way better, service is quicker and the ppl there are way friendlier and have been a staple in the downtown community for years and years

Place was not busy but we were not glanced at until they were ready to greet-seat us. When we sat there was one menu on the table for 4 of us. Our server seemed to have bad allergies or be sick as she was sniffing heavily while taking our order and again when she brought our food. Then we were asked what utensils we might want to eat our food. Drinks/water was brought promptly. Food was not hot- seemed reheated? Flavours were ok. Prices were higher than some other places.

The meals at Pho Fusion are excellent. Deep rich flavours, fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked food and lots of variety. The staff are friendly. We highly recommend this local family owned and run restaurant! Can’t wait to eat here again.

Lived the Pho! This place is great. Great service! Can wait to get back and try another variety.

The food was good but they have not updated there prices on the website. The prices have doubled which is totally fine. But not knowing when you pick up your order was a shock, especially when they tell me " everyone else knows the new prices"!
Was a joke! Also telling me their prices are lower than others, not true either.

EXTREMELY slow. Waited over 1/2hr for rare beef pho. You don’t even have to cook anything. Not like you make the broth bowl by bowl. The portion of the bowl and the noodle amount was good but the meat portion was laughable. Literally 4 2” x 2” pieces of meat. Wasn’t clumped together or anything either, I checked. This was a large bowl as well. How much meat is in the small bowl? 2 pieces? LoL. Literally the only reason this gets 2 stars and not 1 is because the broth itself was good…. Other than that… extremely slow and where’s the beef? ! First time here, we have our regular spot but the wife wanted to try somewhere new. She wasn’t impressed either. We will go back to our normal spot that actually gives you meat. I get it… food costs are rising but if you need to raise your price to give people what they want, so be it. People want meat in their pho…. If they didn’t, they would go get a Mr Noodles from the store for $0.50.

I am from Vancouver, were we have endless Pho hot-spots. I gotta say, Pho Fusion has one of the best broths I have ever tasted. I will surely be back again once I come back to visit my family.

My first visit to Vernon and Pho Fusion.
I love the Vietnamese spring roll and over the last 30 years, living in/around Vancouver, I never had a bad Spring Roll.
As they say, there has got to be a first time for everything and Today was it for me.
I ordered the pork spring roll to go with my grilled chicken rice meal. Roll was thinner the the usual and it was not pre-cut.
The filling was just OK, but nowhere near the taste/flavor of what I regard as Vietnamese spring roll. The main, grilled chicken, was chunks of chicken breast that were pre-cooked/boiled and just barely grilled so as to show the grill marks with no special flavor.
On the plus size, portion of the grilled chicken rice meal was good and the staff at the counter were nice and friendly.
I don’t think I be returning to Pho Fusion again. May be I was just unlucky and my favorite dishes were not their specialty, as I see many good reviews.

Didn’t know I liked Pho. But I do. In fact I love it. Pho Fusion was the first place I tried it. Been to a few other Pho restaurants in the Okanagan but I keep coming back to Pho Fusion. Amazing food. Friendly service.

I think the best vietnamese foodin Vernon it's always consistent you can depend on a great meal. The vercimille bowls are my favorite and the spring rolls.

Great decor, good food, friendly staff, decent price. Owner was nice. Came over and chit chatted about our motorcycles

Ordered over the phone. Answered right away politely. Placed my order. They ran out of something, they called me back right away and we made a substitution. Excellent food. Fantastic staff. Highly recommend!
