Pho Hillton

You guys need read the “special request” section in Uber eats orders, I ask for a chicken lemon grass and small side of beef broth and you didn’t send me the broth, also I didn’t received any cutlery neither a napkin. The food is delicious but is frustrating received incomplete orders, you guys need to learn how to send an order “to go”.

I ordered P6 and P15 and the salad roll for pick up. All was tasty but the soup was spilled out of the container.

Hadn't been to Pho Hilton in a bit because they had new noodles I didn't like. Tried them again today and they have the thin noodles I like, but you can get different noodles if you want. Great broth, cuts and noodles, and the appies are great as well.

Pho portions are large and pricing is in line with how much pho is at nearby competitors.
Inside is very bright and clean, more modern than the usual Vietnamese restaurants.
Bubble tea was powdered- also received a custom charge of 0.50 for making it two flavors. Would be nice if it was actual slush for $7.
My critique is charging $1 for hot sauce for takeout when it is usually a free condiment. And it wasn’t placed in the bag.

Overall- a nice place for the ambiance, pho and salad rolls.

Friendly service, but soup wasn’t great and meat was dry. Also the server smelled like cigarettes

Very stingy with the meatballs, I’ve ordered on Uber, the first time wanting more meatballs? But there’s no option for extra meatballs. They gave me one meat ball lol, then the second time ordering the pho with rare beef and meatball”s”, there was only 1 and half meatballs. Don’t get me wrong, their pho broth is good, but my son loves meatballs so I usually request more and both times he was disappointed. He didn’t eat his pho both times.

Got the vegetarian pho and veggie sub. Happy they had a vegetarian broth option but not a ton of flavour- make sure you add all the sauces! The sub was SO tasty! Love the big chunks of tofu and fresh veggies. Bun was soft and crunchy. Veggie ham salad rolls were also very tasty

I Love this place. My family go here whenever we want to eat out. The price is great and I love the new look of this restaurant. Thank you to the new owner for the beautiful update and fantastic food! Wonderful place to eat out.

Food is good but they charge xtra for take out paper bags and and a lot of other charges — chilli oil.the old management was better!

Overpriced! Other pho restaurants in the area are 20%+ cheaper and have much better food. Their noodles are disgusting! The place was empty at 5: 30pm on a Saturday night.

A nice and neat and clean restaurant, keep opening during the whole afternoon, very convenient when I need to have some good food for a late lunch or early dinner Typical venianmise food, visited many times. Ingredient always fresh, food quality and taste is reliable and match my expectation. My favourite is noodle soup, the side order of the lemongrass chicken is surprisly fantastic. Recommended.

Excellent customer service, they check on you often. Food is delicious, this is the best pho I’ve ever had and I’ve tried TONS. Definitely will be coming back regularly. Food is not Only delicious but also plates are very filling.
My husband had the soup and finish the entire thing when he normally doesn’t.
Can’t go wrong with this place. Highly recommended

EDIT: New Management change to 3 stars satisfactory - This new review is now reflective of the new management of pho hillton. The service is still great but there are some differences - mainly how the pho is, but overall it is still a good spot to go to. Their pork banh mi was very good. I find the portion slightly smaller than usual spots and their broth isn’t quite as flavourful. The BBH is a specialty dish and only offered in the Large size. The prices are a bit higher than the previous owner but again that was then and this is now (and of course inflation doesn’t help). The restaurant has a clean interior and ample seating - when we were there there was a family of 8 comfortably enjoying their meal.

Really enjoy this little hole in the wall! Went June 14,2022 and they have hand sanitizer at front and staff was wearing a mask. Tables are spaced out and plexiglass at cashier. I felt safe and really like their pho. We also usually get special banh mi of grilled chicken and they always do the trick.

Went over the weekend with the family.the owners have changed since we’ve been here and the place looks a little different. Food was very good and we are pleased with the service. We will definitely return again.

Price is too high. $17 w/ tax for your standard fair large house special pho is not worth it. Not to mention they have the owner's socially-awkward teen kids running the tills, answering the phones. Doesn't exactly live up good custumer service IMHO.

Food is great, place is very nicely decorated and clean, staff are very friendly, efficient and accommodating. My family and I have been here 3x already and food is always consistently delicious. It's one of our regular, go-to places to eat when no one feels like cooking:) highly recommend this place!
