I have been here many times and am very satisfied with the service and food here. The service staff is also very enthusiastic

As a vegetarian, I often struggle to find restaurants that offer tasty and satisfying vegetarian options. However, Pho Hoa has become my go-to spot for a delicious and filling vegetarian meal. The Vegetarian Pho is one of my favorites - the broth is rich and flavorful, and the tofu and vegetables provide plenty of protein and nutrients. I also appreciate the generous portion sizes, which make for a filling lunch that leaves me feeling energized and satisfied.

First time dine in here, Bun Bo Hue is surprised me, tested like what I ate in Hochiminh city.

I visited Pho Hoa today and had the Epic Combo, which included a delicious Steak & Brisket Pho and a refreshing Thai Milk Tea. The food was fantastic + the price was reasonable. The steak and brisket were cooked to perfection, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The Thai Milk Tea was the perfect complement to the meal, with just the right amount of sweetness.

The bowl of pho was big, I was very surprised about its taste. I' try the next time <3.thank you

Fresh noodles made daily in store, along with a low fat content beef rib from Alberta give you a perfect meal

The food was good, I just didn’t like their packaging. If their packaging improves I will give 5 stars.

I have tried many different Vietnamese restaurants, but I have never been able to find noodles that are as fresh, flavorful, and satisfying as the ones that you make at Pho Hoa. I am grateful to have discovered Pho Hoa and your delicious homemade noodles. You truly are one of a kind, and I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

Good service and tasty food! Broth wasn't too salty and good level of spice. Generous amounts of meat too. Definitely recommend!

The quality and portion size of their pho is nothing great, and has gone down quite a bit since when they first opened in early 90s. I've had pho and other dishes there many times over the years since they first opened - from childhood on.

It's disappointing that one of the oldest and biggest Vietnamese restaurants in the neighbourhood cannot deliver at a decent standard anymore.

I have soft spot for this place - many memories.

I do hope they can improve and get back to where they were.

PS. Pho Hoa, if you are reading this, I strongly recommend you get rid of the bubble tea side business. It's a distraction and confuses your customers as to what you are good at making, not to mention if your Vietnamese products are authentic.

Also, the lighting is not great, nor is the layout, but this can be changed easily.

If I could give this place zero stars I would because it does not even deserve 1.

I have NEVER had such disgusting pho in my life!

First, they forgot my taro slush in my order.

Second, the pho was absolute s*it. The broth doesn't even taste like pho broth, it tasted like watered down soup of some other kind. The noodles were uncooked and hard. The meatballs tasted like rubber. We could barely take a few bites before we felt like vomiting.

I will NEVER order from here again.

One of my favorite eat out places. Wait staff are friendly and helpful and the meal arrives quickly. Can't say enough good things about the popcorn chicken.

They have a buy one get one 1/2 price deal. Two can eat for less than $20.
I would rate the pho 7 out of 10. It's my go to place for a quick, cheap takeout meal.

I have never given any business bad rating other than this one. Our family took dinner here, meat was not fresh, noodles taste like frozen and reheat. All of us vomitted and spent 4 hours in Burnaby hospital at midnight after dinner. Likely food poison. We were scared of eating pho for years after this incident. Strange they are still open.

Always good service here. I usually eat the same thing when I go there so the staff know what to do usually without my asking. Good service and good food. Also the place is very clean.

The broth has no flavor and very watery.noodles are super soft.bad services and environment.felt like sitting in a cafeteria.wont come back the second time.definitely the worst experience I have at a Viet restaurant.

They take 30+ minutes to prepare simple food and staff is very rude they don’t even respond

They were open but ignored us - they refused to serve us - we even called on the phone while standing there by the cashier

This restaurant is clean, following Covid-19 protocols. Staff are helpful. The take out packaging is impressive, presentable and clean. We eat here frequently even we drive 20 mins from home.

Nice people but sometimes there are instances that our favourites are not available and they can't make suggestions. But they are really nice here the food is great too! The service is quick.

By far the worst pho establishment I have been to yet. Severely understaffed and very poor service. If they manage to get your order right, it will arrive late and cool. I won't even mention the mouse I saw run past the kitchen. They will also comment on your tip percentage

Chicken popcorn's taste was okay but too dry and tiny portion compare to the price. The fried roll was tasteless and not crispy at all.

Food is good but price not cheap, for sure no service. Need to go counter order and pay first then you can sit. Order a large bowl noddle soup looks like just the bowl is larger of cause more soup, but noodles and meat is same as regular

Not bad. Really deserves 3.5 stars. Tables were well spaced-out and appears to be clean inside the restaurant. Ordered a couple of phos, spring rolls and salad rolls. Portions were OK and enough to fill you up.the noodles were a bit on the softer side (which I wasn't a fan of) almost like egg noodle texture instead of rice noodles. A bit pricey for spring rolls at $3.5 a piece. However, got 10% off all food so it was OK. The lady staff was friendly.

Service is great for their pricing but food quality is lacking. It isn't as flavourful as other resturuant kinda feels watered down.

A tricky place to review. For their mission, product and execution I would give them 5 stars. But in the grand scheme of things a three is more fitting. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this place, you just got to know what you’re walking into. It’s a quick, healthy and cheap place to grab some Vietnamese. Nothing on the menu is going to blow you away but if your looking for a quick bowl of pho, this wouldn’t be a bad choice.

Good portion. Price is fair. Service is fast and friendly. Noodles were better than rice dishes. Groupon and gift cards available. Plenty of parking nearby.

Very clean and spacious inside. Lemongrass rice is good - the pho noodles aren’t too much but flavour is okay. Their jasmine milk tea is quite good!

Got takeout from here today! Had a combo with a Meatball Pho and an Original Thai Tea. The pho was good, I thought the soup base could have been a bit more flavorful but the size was fair (poured it into my own soup bowl as it would have overflowed in their containers with all the ingredients!). I liked the chew of the noodles.

I love their thai tea! Not too sweet and it comes with lots of pearls. If they were closer to home, I'd be here more often for the drinks as the pricing is on par with a lot of bubble tea shops.

Coconut Thai Bubble tea taste like water, honey and food colour, I do not recommend. Waste of money and cannot returns. The drink have weird consistency after 10 minutes, it’s basically just flour with water and honey. Don’t go to this place to get Bubble Tea, $5 to get diarrhea.

Worst customer service ‍️ we came in not busy.they rather clean tables than to come take our order.they dont know im vietnamese and can understand they when talk bad.not professional.sorry pho hoa.used to b my favorite but after today.

First the good; their jasmine milk tea with honey Boba is very tasty!

Now the bad; I ordered the vegetable pho off of skip, so all the components came in separate containers for me to assemble. I only got 2 triangles of tofu, 3 small pieces of broccoli, 2 slices of carrot, and 2 pieces of cauliflower for veggies. There was so much cilantro in the broth that it was all I could taste and some of the sprouts were browning and half slimy.

Overall, it wasn't worth the $15 for a noodle bowl that I could've ruined on my own.
