Pho Japolo

On vacation in Van, Got a 70 & 73, shrimps cold, pork cold, noodles cold chicken cold. Restauraunt has old photos still of menu when their food was actually priced for how good it is. They sneakily have their website with old price of $16, google photos show $13.75, which i'd say is the maximum someone should pay for this. But now they charge over $18. No sauce in the food, no flavour really, no way i'll go back to this place & neither should you. The restauraunt is fine but slightly dirty too.

I have been in Vancouver for half a year, and I have been looking for delicious Pho. This time I asked a Vietnamese colleague for lunch. I offered to eat Pho, and he introduced this Vietnamese restaurant. The temperature in Vancouver is also very hot recently. I don’t know if the restaurant has just opened, and the air-conditioning is not enough, but fortunately, the tables are not crowded, so it is acceptable. I have eaten so many Pho restaurants, including this one, which seems not to be as good as the ones in Hong Kong, but it is still good, and the price is generally not too expensive. This time I also drank a cup of Vietnamese coffee, which felt good.

Always love going here! The staff are so friendly and personable! The pho is so yummy and always hits the spot! Best place to go for pho in my opinion

We order from them regularly but the last order me made, we felt scammed. We ordered a large but was given a small. It was also missing toppings. We called to inquire but was basically told "too bad".

The pho ok, not the best around. Reason for the 2 stars 1. They do not use sustainable packaging, take out was in a plastic bag when plastic bags are banned in Richmond. 2. I was given one very small napkin for the order 3. The gentleman at the front came across rude and didn't want bothered. Not a place I would make an effort to go back to.
