Pho Mimosa

This was the best pho soup I have ever had! We did the number 33- beef brisket and added the peanut satay sauce SO GOOD. I tasted the brothe before the sauce was added (accidentally forgot to add it but our server fixed that fast) and it was sooo good too. Also had the pork spring rolls and shrimp salad rolls. Salad rolls lacked a bit of flavour but spring rolls were delicious. Price was great too.

Some of the best Pho I have ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on food quality and price.

Service was average, and the atmosphere was fine, but it could be improved.

We came here for dinner and had the lemongrass chicken salad wrap and pho. Mine was beef and tendon pho while my friend had Bun Bo Hui. All dishes were pretty excellent. Prices were very reasonable. Love the ambience as well. Plenty of space for standing room for drinks. Alcohol is served here. It is also wheelchair accessible.

Update.
We came back again the following night.
This time we had the rice with lemongrass pork chop with egg, and the green papaya salad. Really impressed with the lemongrass infused flavor of the pork. Same great service.

No wonder this place got 4.9 stars when I checked last.

Chicken was too salty, dry and thin. I think it was just a chicken thigh beat thin to appear larger than it is. Fish sauce was also on the salty side so didn’t use much of it. Spring rolls were average-good.
I enjoyed the beef short ribs vermicelli bowl though. It was tasty and did not disappoint. I’ll be back to try the pho and other items but won’t get the chicken again.

Delicious pho with rich broth, tender meats, and authentic flavors. Cozy ambiance and friendly service. Must-visit for pho lovers in downtown Vancouver!

Definitely try the special beef noodle soup (#31 on the menu). Such a cozy atmosphere with great hospitality.

A Vietnamese gem in Vancouver!
Our family of 5 came here today and all of us were very pleased with our orders. I especially loveeeee the papaya salad it’s legit the best I’ve had. The spot is clean and service was polite and personable, and definitely lives up to the hype.
I don’t normally write reviews, but we happened to meet the owner today and learned about the business and how they strive to bring the best quality of Viet food to the city. Being Vietnamese born and raised ourselves, and being abroad now missing good Viet food constantly, we really appreciated the sentiment and the quality of food reflected. Will definitely come back!

This was such an amazing experience, amazing customer service and pho-nomenal. The pho was amazing, I really love their diverse selections of dishes and has vegan options, I will definitely come back as this is 100/10.

I was curious this restaurant since it has more than 200 reviews with 5 stars. The overall taste was not bad but the papaya salad was quiet bad. Since the price was affordable, I would give 4 stars.

Got the special noodle soup for $14.75! The broth was delicious, and the texture of the noodles was perfect. I finished the whole bowl, and it left me wanting more.

Excellent Vietnamese restaurant! Place is clean, reasonable pricing, convenient sitting and friendly staffs. Tried the special beef noodle soup and I can say that it is one of the best if not the best pho in town. I will surely return to try the other foods in their menu when I am around the area. Best pho I’ve ever had (and I have had a lot of pho). Better than any I’ve had in Ottawa and Toronto (where I am from and where there is a bigger Vietnamese population so you would assume there would be better pho). This place blew past all the others I’ve been to. The noodles were the absolute best I’ve had- so silky and smooth. The meat and tripe were cut so perfectly and thinly- just the way I like it and of course the broth was delicious!

First time at this restaurant. It’s really comfy and spacious. I ordered the lemon grass chicken with egg on rice. It was delicious.and it came with a little bowl of soup. I miss that. A lot of restaurants are trying to cut corners and don’t give you that small bowl of soup. Because the food was so good I was still hungry. I wanted to order more but the waiter never came back to check up on me or even asked how was the food. Anyhow, I will come back again. I like their menu.

Legendary food mann, the staff is dope, and the environment makes me feel at home. Further, you can not beat these prices, it is what the kids call a bang for the buck you feel? Mann with all inflation and everything going on the Mimosa crew showing love and blessings. I love pho, so when I saw Pho Mimosa had just opened up I had to try it out. While looking their their menu, I saw something I've never seen at any local pho restaurant that I've been to. This is a great new spot for some top-notch phò. Lovely stylish place, lovely staff, and gorgeously presented food. The only thing missing is a few leaves of ngò gai… I look forward to trying more of the menu offerings in the future!

If you're on Granville street and looking for something savory or comforting. This place has got you covered. Interior was clean and service was exceptional! We had a large group, and ordered a variety of things which were all packed with flavor. Give this place a shot if you're ever in the Granville street area.

If you enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine, you gotta try this place! Excellent service, good portion, and really affordable. I had the Special Pho and the taste is on point. I was so surprised because it’s located at a prime location and so spacious as well. I highly recommend this restaurant

Great spot for Vietnamese food

Great price for downtown, it's one size for noodle soup but you can adjust/add items individually (e.g. More noodles, more brisket, etc).
I got a bun bo hue and the broth has a good taste; also the spring rolls are good.
They give you an insulated flask of hot water with the coffee so you add more fluid to your drink. Service is great and we went around grand opening so they gave an additional discount. For the price and where it's located, it's a great option. There are also vegetarian options.
Its also got a bar.
