Cash only authentic pho place. One of the best broth I've had and tendon was soft & tender in my #4 small pho. Only wish they had the Vietnamese spring rolls (made with rice paper wraps and deep fried).
The owner corrected me on how to drink a Vietnamese coffee. Apparently, you only let the water steep through once, then with the thermos of hot water, you fill up your cup to your desired level depending on how strong you want it. So thankful for this experience. I will be back the next time I'm in the area for sure.

While dining here, I was horrified to see what the middle-aged female owner did. While clearing a table, she picked up a paper napkin that was sitting on the table and inserted BACK into the steel paper napkin dispenser to be reused by the next unknowing customer. That very napkin could have been used by the previous customer to wipe their mouth. Either way that is just UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING. If she can do that boldly in plain sight in front of us and other customers, imagine all the other cheap and filthy shortcuts she can do behind the scenes in the kitchen away from prying eyes just to save a few cents. You bet I will NEVER come back here and will warn everyone of her cheap and filthy ethics.

They constantly yell each other… food is mediocre and the place is insalubrious. Definitely not recommended

Owner is very detail and experienced in Viet cuisine. Soup very tasty. Highly recommended.

Best Pho I've ever gotten! Genuinely, I can't really go to other vietnamese restaurants because they can't compare to the food I get here.
I recommend this place whole-heartedly. Owners are hard-working and kind, give em a try!

Been here on a few occasions and will add to the other reviews of inconsistency. It's a hit or miss with the quality of ingredients, as well as the service. I can normally tollerate the rudeness as the owners are older and surely are just tired/exhausted. I ordered a bahn mi today and it was sogging with oil and IMO the noodles (paired with bread?) were not a good mix with the pork which was quite bland. I love supporting the mom and pop run shops however won't be going back.

Often eat here when I’m working in the area, excellent quality. Reminds me of places I’ve eaten breakfast in Vietnam. Pho stock has great flavour, the chicken curry is one of the best you’ll find in town have it with the baguette which is excellent. The owner tells me his sister sends him the coffee from back home, certainly one of the deepest best tasting I’ve had outside of Vietnam.
It’s great to know that they take the month around Tết off, psychologically I suppose it makes me feel better about the place.

Sriracha was good.
Ordered a dish with pork, there was no chopped pork, instead some noodle (can't even name it) with a few piece of meat came from freezer. It was cold. What the heck was that? Jelly fish? The portion was small especially the meat. Don't expect normal pho there.
