This place is a hidden gem! Great food, fresh and affordable! The service is also top notch! It’s not a fancy place and could use an upgrade but with the cost of eating out going sky high I would choose this diamond in the rough over the more trendy places any time! We had Pho and some other appies! Yummy!

Best pho king food in Kelowna! Recommend bun bo hue and their services are excellent. My go to restaurant fo sho!

Authentic, delicious, friendly staff. I make the extra effort to come in from the suburbs for a meal here.

I had the worst experience ever. I'm a vegetarian by religion and apparently they still use meat products in their vegetarian option menu. I asked for noodles with veggie and tofu. They said we use meat powder and sauce to cook to tofu and I politely asked to cook my tofu without it. The server shows up with a plate of noodles and veggies and no tofu at all.
What I'm trying to say here is that if you have a special page in your menu indicating vegetarian healthy options and you use meat products in it, why to care to even put that vegetarian option page there.

Food is alright but pricy. For the price, I wish there are more meat. There's barely any in the soup for a Large bowl of Pho.

Love their selection of food! Service is fast and the servers are polite and friendly. Food tastes excellent! Highly recommend getting the Vietnamese Coffee (comes both as hot and iced).

Foods are delicious but can be a little bit more of meat. Chilli dip fried tofu is delicious.

Delicious, flavorsome pho! Ordered the beef and the chicken. The large size is pretty big - I ordered the small and it was more than enough for me - couldn't finish it. I didn't need to add any seasoning to mine the broth was delicious as is. Rice paper rolls were super fresh. Would definitely come back.

The only thing I would complain about was that they put my “rare” beef in my soup. This is something that the customer should add later, as it should be “rare” and it was tough by the time I ate it. Broth was great and beef balls were good!

The portions were filling for the price and the customer service was great. The meat skewers also had great flavour along with the phở.

Ordered Shrimp Fried Rice, 4 color bowls, and salad rolls. There were hardly any shrimps in the shrimp fried rice as you can see and even the portioning was too less. I was surprised to see that in the salad rolls, shrimps were cut into half, they were not even full. Have never seen such a thing before. Only the 4 color bowl is what I can recommend from this place. The pork skewers were good, chicken was also good but was again cut into half or quarter, spring rolls were also tasty and rice noodles were nice too. So overall an average experience.

First time leaving food at a pho restaurant. Noodles were left out in the air for a long time before broth was poured in, that noodles clumped together upon serving and breaking out into pieces because they were soggy. Would recommend to order something else.

In Kelowna, it's got one of the more authentic phos! Great place to grab a quick casual meal and stay warm during winter.
