My go to for the area. Always fast and friendly service. Great tasting and well worth every penny

A bit pricey for the quality of food. The Pho Ga (chicken Pho) had bad cuts of chicken, including one very large chunk of boiled skin, too much noodle, and not enough broth. Chicken chow mein was just ok, but the noodles are vermicelli instead of egg noodles, which is not a good substitute. The rice and pork was pretty dry. Probably won't go again.

Literally a staple here in our city. Been eating here since I was 13, now I'm 32.the place is a must for everyone. My go to is the Special A with the roll.

If you are Vietnamese, avoid this restaurant. Just stay there half an hour then you will understand why I'm tell you stay away from them. They treat Vietnamese people very rude, then be nice if they see white people come in.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurant around, reasonable price, good portion and very tasty Vietnamese foods. Very popular with the local Asian community but the area is kinda ghetto lol!

Overpriced.prices have gone thru the roof.bowls have gotten smaller.service has gone down hill also.have eaten here many many times but not anymore

The Pho here is the best. We've gone to more than a dozen Pho places around Canada and internationally but the taste of Pho here is unmatched. The price is also cheaper than the other places we've been to considering the serving size and the amount of meat and other ingredients in the bowl. We've been coming back at Pho Tam every time we're in Surrey and will continue to do so

The food was okay.
Negative star for customer service. It was like 32 degree out side and they gave us hot tea. We asked for ice cold water and the guy just stared at us then walk away. He went to the kitchen in the back and we can heard his laugh and talk, but our ice water never come.

Been coming here for atleast 13 years straight AND HERES WHY.

If I can give them negative star, the worst restaurant I ever been to. I have no idea why they have so many good rating! So disappointed!

I ordered a rice plate and the meat was black burn. I asked the guy to change my order, he just stared at me very rude and walked away with the plate.

I can over heard his voice and people in the kitchen at the back, they were talking in Vietnamese that I can understand.

I stood up right away and walk out the door! Never be back there again! And you should never be there! You will never know what they will put in your food. Disgusting!

Their broth for Pho is the best in the city. This restaurant is a gem and should become a go to restaurant if your in Surrey. They only accept cash so hit the ATM beforehand.

There is no dinning in as of when I wrote this. I ordered take-out and everything ordered was excellent, sizeable and delicious. The pho, bun, spring rolls, and salad rolls had bountiful ingredients and were not just noodles. (BTW Spring rolls have no noodles)

Good food, good prices, quick service.

Don’t expect top notch service, but food is good. They have some of the best pho in the lower mainland.

I've been coming here since I was 5 years old (I'm 27 now). My mom used to bring me every week after my skating or swimming lessons, so this place conjures up great memories for me. The food is just as good now as it was then. The broth is simply unbeatable. I've had Pho all across Canada and this place is still the best I've ever had.

This is one of my favorite pho places in the lower mainland, consistently tasty with a lot of good options. Definitely recommend you give them a shot.

I've been eating here for 12 years now. I probably come 3 times a month. It's not the best pho ever but definitely one of the best in Surrey. Their beef broth is so tasty (I think lots of msg) and so addictive. It's not a true bone broth but it fixes my craving when I don't have time to drive all the way to Vancouver. The portions are huge and the meat quality is pretty good. I also love their spring rolls and coconut juice with pulp.

This is one of our favorite places. We love their pho and salad roll combo. It is Very well priced. Their rice dishes are large portions and very tasty. We can't wait to try their other dishes. The owners and staff are very friendly and food is ready fast. We go to their other location Langley too. This is definitely our go to. A must try if you haven't been yet!

Pho Tam has been around for many years. I’ve been going to them for more than 10+ years.

They have a decent size dining space and before covid it was always packed. But you can get a spot pretty easily as the turn over of customers is quite fast.

The decor is what you’d expect for the neighbourhood restaurant, but the food is superb and always consistent.

Parking is quite a challenge at this location, as there’s limited space outside, there’s some paid parking in the alley way, but even then it’s hard to find a place.

FOOD:

I highly recommend getting their combo (Special A with spring roll, or Special B with a salad roll) if you are hungry. Otherwise their large pho is more than enough for me most times. They’re really generous with their meats and portion sizes. Soup is clean tasting but I do taste MSG. Overall, it’s well done and has become a familiar spot for me and my family. Especially on cold fall/winter days, it can really warm you up.

SERVICE:

Service is speedy and they bring everything at the beginning. It’s not the same as a western restaurant, so you have to flag down a server if you need something.

Best Pho I always have. In fairness I tried different places or new restaurants to compare the flavour and quality and so far after all these years this place comes to be the number 1.

In terms of flavour, it's decent. The service is quite nice and the food comes pretty quickly after your order. Portion is great compared to other vietnamese restaurant.

The beef noodle soup lives up to the sign that says "best soup in town". Fyi, it's cash only.

If I lived a bit closer, this would without a doubt, be my go-to Pho restaurant. Although, I don't have a problem going out of my way to visit. The broth always tastes clean, and doesn't leave you dying of thirst after like some other places (due to excessive MSG use). The spring rolls are fantastic. And the two combos on their walls have decent value. Service is quick. Table turn-over is high. And the place was renovated within the last year (or two) to get rid of the old, run-down pink walls. The only issue here is the small parking lot. But parking at Safeway across the street isn't too big a deal.

This place is my favorite Pho place in Surrey. The taste is great, the portions are generous, the service is friendly from servers to cashiers, and the price is good too. All in all, it's really unbeatable. I am a repeated customer since 2015, and they have consistently delivered a pleasant experience to me.

Best pho in North Surrey hands down. Somehow it is always busy but never have to wait seats are always opening up. The broth is not too oily or salty and the combo special with big spring roll is a great deal! Cash only and parking is a problem sometimes since it is in a small strip mall.
