Foods are fine a little more on the bland side but they have some sauces on the side to adjust the taste.

I will start off saying they do make really excellent spring rolls as a positive! Unfortunately as someone who really enjoys Vietnamese food and has tried many places, this really didn’t hit the mark. The pho was some of the worst I have ever had. Very little to no flavour for the broth, and mainly just noodles.

I’ve been eating here FOREVER best food best staff! Honestly this is an amazing restaurant with incredibly kind staff.

Very good place to eat always busy, but they get you in fast. You won't be disappointed.

From all the viet places Ive been to over the years, this one had the most tender and tasty meat by far in the bun bo hue. I would recommend the dish to anyone looking for authentic viet food, i just wish it came with purple cabbage! It was amazing still, one of the best ive had. If you’re visiting Victoria, do not miss this place!

We order from here weekly. Usually a pretty good restaurant. This time not so much. The serving of steak was a 1/4 of the usual amount. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again.

Pho Vy is iiiiiincredible. Love this place. We went two days in a row on a short week visit to Victoria. Really great place - super tasty and decent prices.

This is one of the best lunch spots. The food is quick and the taste is exactly what I want when I want pho (wanted real pho not modernize pho or any twist to it)

THE BEST PHO Ga (chicken noodle) soup. This is my 5th bowl at this restaurant and it's so delicious. I ve tried other Pho restaurants but this one is the best tasting.

Bun Bo Hue was light and packed with flavour. A must try if your a fan of the noodle soup dish.

Best place in Victoria for Pho. Absolutely love this place, and the owner is hilarious. I come here as often as I can.

I am not a Pho connoisseur by any means, but I definitely enjoyed this simple but very flavorful pho. I had the basic beef version for lunch, and it was plenty of food, and served extremely quickly. I liked the sliced Jalapenos served with the bean sprouts to enhance the soup. I will be back.

Finally found an authentic Vietnamese pho and vermicelli bowls restaurant in Victoria. It was the best Vietnamese restaurant I have been to so far, but I only tried a few places so far which were terrible. We were quite hungry and forgot to snap photos of the food, but I'll be back again.

Friendly and very speedy service despite it being busy. Food was great and I highly recommend the iced coffee.

Hands down this is the best pho in town. The broth is incredible and the meat tastes fresh unlike some other shops. Service has always been good every time I go. Extremely well priced and so satisfying for lunch or dinner. The spicy lemongrass pho is a must try!

The food was tasty and the service was fast. We came with a larger group of 6 but they were able to accommodate us quite easily. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the customer service, it was very pushy and it felt like they were trying to get us in and out as fast as possible. They would come over every 20 seconds to ask if we were ready to order when we had just sat down and as soon as one bowl was taken away they were giving us the bill and asking us to pay.

The food again was great but feeling rushed after a really long day sightseeing wasn’t a great feeling.

The best pho I’ve had including Vancouver, montreal, Hawaii and LA.
Fresh ingredients and very generous service.

Came here and ordered the Pho dac biet and Bun Bo Hue, literally the bun Bo hue was swimming a pool of spicy oil with no lemongrass flavouring to the broth (that’s the authentic way) and the broth to both bowls were so bland. On top of that they have the nerve to charge you for more herb condiments? I’m Vietnamese and I can tell you this place is trash. Save your time and money and find a better pho restaurant.

Dropped in Dec 5 for dinner. Had the Pho Tai special - wonderful. Busy place for dine in and delivery. I can see why!

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town. I like Special Pho and rice dish, the food is authentic.

The only place in Victoria I could find pho with vegetable broth. Delicious food with excellent and fast service

I'm always seeking out good Bun bo hue, and Pho vy never disappoints. I prefer it with flat noodle. Best in Victoria. 5/5

Standard pho place here, nothing really innovative or different but solid execution. The low point was the spring rolls which are just average. But the pho and other noodle soups we ordered were somehow light while having lots of flavour. Big thumbs up on them.
If you've got a craving for pho, definitely come here. It's just not a destination location for any special dishes or out-of-this-world execution.

They make the best lemongrass chicken I’ve ever had. I like it on vermicelli with the prawns in mayonnaise choice as an accompaniment. The lemongrass pork is equally as good and the phô is very good. One thing I respect is the quality of the beef in the phô. It’s tender without veins of gristle running through it like many places. They may use less but it’s better quality.

Basic Asian restaurant, small town cafe like. Not fancy.but inexpensive tasty food. I had pork with prawns, mayonnaise and vermicelli. Did not disappoint. Served fast and hot

Always a good choice if you're after some pho or coffee or other delicious dishes. Often busy, but the wait is never too bad. Attentive and friendly staff.

Good vegetarian Vietnamese food. There are several vegetarian/vegan options. Not amazing, but good enough. Friendly service.

I have heard good things about this restaurant so was eager to try it out. We ordered a large house special, regular chicken pho and ice coffee.

Large was more of a regular size, and regular was small. Broth was not very flavourful for either bowl. There was a decent amount of chicken but it had no flavour and tasted like it was boiled in water. The house special also had a good amount of beef in it. The coffee was also disappointing and was not strong - I have never been to a pho place where the coffee was weak. Service was good though but will not be coming back.

Bun Bo Hue was alright but too much oil fat in the bowl, for my liking.
Bun Tom Nuong Thit Nuong was also ok. It must be closing time and they were out of lettuce & cucumber (?) because there was hardly any of that in the bowl, mostly noodles, pork & prawns. My husband ordered this dish bc he wanted a balance of vegetables to everything else that comes with it

The pho tasted fairly good compared to other restaurants in Vancouver. I had the Pho Vy Special and the only down side is that broth was not served steaming hot. Not too long of a wait for your meal after it's ordered.

Hands down the best Pho in Victoria. Quick service with delicious Pho. If you like spicy try the number 16, the lemongrass broth is amazing.

Very delicious and authentic! The staffs are friendly and polite! If you wanna get some Pho on Fort street, PLEASE GET PHO VY, DO NOT GET PHO FROM THE OPPOSITE RESTAURANT!

It was very tasty and big portions for the cost. Definitely recommend it and will be back there for more. Fast friendly service and nice and casual decor. Mmmm mmmm good

A truly incredible restaurant. No frills, nothing but excellent food and lovely people. The owner is a polite, kind man who remembers you when you walk in. The food is top tier, the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl and the spicy special pho are supurb dishes, even now as I type my mouth is watering.

Go give them a try and you will not regret it. Best Vietnamese in the city, without a doubt!

The best pho I’ve honestly ever had. The spicy beef pho is incredible. Aromatic, spicy and umami rich. The lemon grass chicken is heavenly! The staff and owner are warm and welcoming. It is our favourite place to eat in the city!
