Me and my friends went to get pericings and the service was very slow, un-professional, and crowded.my friend got her septum done and she is in extreme pain.the piercer told her the piercing nor the healing process would hurt at all.she texted the owner that she was in pain and the owner was no help what so ever.and for my boyfriend who got his nose pierced, they had the assistant i belive do his and she clearly had no or very little training and she didn’t place it in the right spot and mangled it.she peirced him very wrong and unprofessional and i personally feel i could of done a better job myself and watching i had to sit down because i felt i’ll from how terribly slow she put it in his nose.i have a nose pericing myself and it took less than 10 secounds to get the needle threw and the piercing in, while it took a minute for her to put the needle in and put a jewelry in.i would not come here.

I didn’t get the name of our piercer but my friend and I went in today for their 50% off piercing sale and our piercer was incredible! Super knowledgeable and friendly, and made us feel so comfortable through the whole experience. I have tons of piercings but this was one of my best piercing experiences. The prices were insanely good and they gave us a cute little gift/aftercare bag when we left. Will recommend and be coming back for future piercings:)

This place is incredible. The owner is a really great guy, in fact I can honestly say I've never met anyone quite like him. He's always going out of his way to help people, especially those in need in the local community. The artists are extremely talented; Blake is phenomenal, I am truly amazed at his artistic abilities and am so often blown away by his work. I've never seen portraits anywhere near the quality of his before. Kevin, another artist at Phoenix Tattoos, has done some of my own personal favorites that I still regularly get complimented on; he truly is a seasoned veteran in the industry and it really shows.

All times I went there I was never disappointed.

Great work, very impressesd. Amazing hardlines done and color is holding well after 1 week. Healed really good in just a few days. Looking forward to getting more work done by Blake really soon.

They are high priced for what you get. Friend got a small basic nothing elaborate (not even 1 hrs work) tat and the price outrageous twice what it would have been at any other studio with good reputation. So. Shop around

Good place for tattoos, he's been around for years and his piercer is so wonderful, so patient and I have lots of piercings already, I've been going to the same guy for 30+ years but glad I tried her, I got to watch her color my jewelry with a machine while she explained it all, crashed from the piercings and she was so patient and took such good care of me, will definitely be going back for more

Friendly people they listen to u like when I went to get the daith piercing I said no hoop earrings so she never did put a hoop earing in. I got a curved bar instead

Got my wife's first tatty here, was done in 20 mins and done to her satisfaction. Would recommend!

Went as a walk in they took me right away and had me done in 20 mins they where nice and explained everything so I knew what was going on since it was my first tattoo. Reception was good with my toddler while husband had him there all round great experience

Omg this place was amazing. I called last minute and they were able fit me in. Kevin was the artist and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back amazing job!

SEAN JONES IS A JUNKIE HACK. I repeat do not get tattooed by him. He infected a couple of my peices, even tho i cleaned them accordingly.not to mention waiting for hours on end for a tattoo.now i got a bunch of wrecked tattoos cause Sean cant leave his personal life at the door.jesus!

Great job done by Sean. I showed him the tattoo i was going to get, while doing the tattoo he improvised it a little bit which was very promising.
Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get a tattoo.

Made an appointment and whn i called they told us that we have only 2artists in and we dont have time today. Like seriously, people are working And getting off early to make it to an appointment and you guys are wasting their times.

They managed to squeeze me in as a walk in, few hours before closing. Staff was very friendly, felt comfortable. Listened to what you wanted to get done. I had a quote on my shoulder that was done in the same writing as the actor I admire (who inscribed it for me). Kevin copied it very well. I'm happy with my tattoo

My fur baby passed, and i wanted a bracelet on my wrist of her name and paws and have some of her ashes in my tattoo, kevin on the artist was so thoughtful and caring and made sure it was exactly what i wanted and needed! So thank you kevin and the pics of you doing the work and the pic of us will go in her memorial photo album, i def recommend kevin as he was so kind and has a huge heart and can make you laugh alot.i needed to laugh! Thanks again, phoenix thank you for letting great artist work in the shop!

There is a staff there who is actually very rude to people even his fellow work mate. However they are skilled artists and my friend's Tattoos came out great.
