Needed to replace my cracked iPhone screen. Within an hour or so it was done! No need to set up an appointment I just walked in. As well it was half the price compared to Apple. Not only that but they went the extra mile to make my iPhone work even better than before!

I have taken several phones in for different reasons. The cost has always been exactly what I am told. They always fix my phone way faster than I anticipate and the guy who runs it is extremely nice. I wish my kids would quit breaking their phones but I will continue to take them here! Great Service!

Bill quickly diagnosed my crushed screen problem and helped with specifying the phone model to procure the correct replacement screen. He rushed the part in and had it installed right away. He provided helpful, timely updates via email to keep me updated. Overall service, service, service.

Had the battery changed in my iPhone 8 about 3 weeks ago. It has worked perfectly since!
This shop is fast, efficient and thorough. The price was quoted at the beginning and that is exactly what I paid. No extras or hidden nonsense.

I dropped my phone off and had it back in my hands in less than an hour (I'm sure time is dependent on service provided). The employee also showed me the battery health tab in settings and gave tips on how to get the most out of the battery/keep it healthy longer.

Great and fast service. Had my iPhone 10 screen replaced twice in two days (yeah. Don't ask.) but they got me out of my pickle each time! They take lunch between 1 pm and 2 pm so don't plan to drop off your phone during this time. Typically takes an hour depending on on how much work they have that day. Prices were very reasonable too!

Every time I have visited the phone-ER, I have pretty much expected the worst of the worst news. This business being named the ER couldn't be more appropriate. They have been a lifesaver during a few phone accidents and tragedies, have always had an incredible turnaround time, and everything is completed with the utmost of skill and professionalism. I would recommend them 12 out of 10 points, and can confidently say you won't find a better repair shop on the North Shore (or perhaps, Vancouver).

Went in to the phone-ER today on short notice and my phone was repaired in just an hour. Had a great experience and very pleased with the results.

Replaced battery and headphone jack on my LG G6. Took a week for parts to come in (older phone) and he clearly communicated everything. This old brick of mine is in top top shape again. Excellent service and on point communication

I went in the store with almost no hope. My phone had a full cracked screen and it was water damaged. I brought it in just to see what Bill would say, and 2 hours later he had my iPhone X fully repaired and looking better than when I first got it. Again, 2 hours of waiting only and really well priced! I wish I could give phone-ER more than 5 stars. Thank you so much.

I am completely dismayed with the outcome of my phone (HUAWEI NEXUS 6P) under supposed to be their repair. Actually my phone's problem was not a repair its just a complete straight forward change of battery, that 101% I know only the problem. My phone function and keys was completely in great condition because its a well cared phone. He never heard me any complaints with regards to that aside from battery issue.
So, there he goes done on my phone, came to pick up.he handed it to me together with old battery. Im so excited coz finally I got my phone back and use it again normally. At that point, I was still in his shop, I didn't left yet just to make sure my phone is not going to shut down on me because that used to do.
But then here's comes the PROBLEM.two of the major important button which the HOME and HISTORY KEY BUTTON it wasn't functioning anymore. I asked him why the those keys are not responding, and he get my phone and restart it, then he said your screen is broken and that its already doesn't work when I brought it in. I said "huh? ! " could not believed it. That was completely blown BS, because I didn't had and has a problem with my phone functionalities. In fact I was still clicking those keys before i hand and lived my phone to him, and it was working. He even blame my phone of being old and the way I clean it, as if saturating it with water, that in fact just a mist on clothe. I mean come on, how many million of cellphone users has so called "UV" cleaner like he was talking about we should be using to clean. It made me even more upset.
I just couldn't grasp the thought spending over a hundred dollar. Why I'd bother if I know that my phone was completely dysfunctioned.
I'm just hoping he did not broke my screen deliberately so he grab more money aside from $112 just for changing the battery.

Exceptional!

I've been in here on two occasions but the most recent was just an exceptional experience. I came in because I thought I needed a new jack on my iPhone because i was having problems charging and with headphones. Bill took a look and said that it was just really dirty. He then took it into the back and proceeded to clean it out for me using all his special tools. He must have put at least five minutes into it and didn't stop until it was completely cleaned out. He didn't charge me a thing and the phone works super well now. I will definitely give him my business in the future and trust him completely.

I've come here several times over the years, and the work is always fast, and quality for a fair price; never any shady business like I've seen from some other places. I always recommend this place to my friends for their repairs.

My wife broke screen on her Apple Iphone 7 plus, was repaired within the hour (she uses it for business). Bill, the owner is professional, courteous and offers truly exceptional service that you will not find in malls. This is THE place to get glass fixed on any phone; DON'T go anywhere else you cannot get better service than this. You will not regret it.

Would just like to know how much may it cost for a screen repair that is cracked along with having some water damage with it if u have apple care warrenty for your phone?

I've only gone here twice but they do such a great job with replacing everything you need for a good price depending on your phone. Really good communication with the people there

Great service and fast repair.he stayed late to make sure i had my phone for the evening. I like this place and will go back for sure.

Went to get my water damaged phone repaired. Good clear communication throughout. One major issue was that during the fix I was told there may be some short circuiting which might shut off my phone. I was told this only happened once during the repair which led me to believe it wouldn’t be a major issue. I agreed to take the risk and have the phone repaired.
After I got my ‘repaired’ phone back I quickly realized that the short circuiting and phone shutdown occurs a lot more frequently than once or twice a day. The phone shuts down after every couple of minutes of use, and while charging making it almost impossible to use.i went back to discuss this at the store and was told there is nothing they could do, but could refer me on to someone else who may or may not be able to fix it. Again very good service, was just unlucky with the issue.

I can’t say enough about how helpful this repair centre was in talking /texting me through the steps of restoring my 88 yr old Moms iPad!
They were so patient and after following their instructions I am happy to report that my Mom is once again scrolling Facebook and playing her games!

These guys were great. Busted screen on an iphone 7 plus was repaired within a couple hours. Quote was done right away without a change when I came back to pick it up. They even installed a tempered glass screen protector for me. I would definitely recommend. Thanks!
