Phone Guru Delta - Cell Phone Repair - iPhone, iPad , Samsung

I was not a customer of this location but my good friend was and I was the person the company contacted to get in touch with her about her phone. She had the worst experience here. They broke her power button and motherboard, kept the phone for 2 weeks, didn't update her about any of the complications and still insisted on charging her full price. I was roped into this whole ridiculous situation for two whole weeks and am incredibly annoyed by the unprofessional manner of this company. Not only did they drag us both through this but they have deleted her negative review and they seem to delete all negative reviews, which is why this place maintains a 5-star rating. Do not trust this place with your phone.

Update: this company claims my review is false, it is not this is 100% what happened. They further broke my friends phone, gave no updates and kept it for over two weeks and ran us around trying to get it back. The reply to my review is just trying to save face. She was never trying to get a free fix. She felt that she shouldn’t have to pay for a service that was not done. Seems fair right?

Brought my iPhone XR in, paid the lowest price I’ve found to have my screen and shattered glass fixed! Great customer service & was all done within an hour. Definitely will be back for any other electronic needs.

This location is fantastic! He was considerate, helpful, and perceptive. In less than an hour, he mended my phone. I would have to buy a new one, according to three other stores that indicated it couldn't be mended. He spared us both money and time. He will always own our family's business!

My phone's camera was damaged and incredibly unsteady when I tried to capture images or videos. I took my phone in to be examined and mended, and CJ was able to fix my camera in just 20 minutes, so it now functions flawlessly. He also gave my phone a good cleaning.very impressed.

I decided to come here solely based on the reviews. You hear about so many places that upsell and overcharge you for repairs, so deciding on a place was very difficult for me.

I came to get my OnePlus 6 screen fixed, and on my initial visit, they informed me that they didn't carry my screen parts in stock. They advised me on where to order my parts and to bring them in and they would be happy to install it. I ordered to parts in, but Sam (technician) informed me that I ordered the incorrect parts (somewhat - casing and screen Vs just the screen). Sam could have easily turned me away and told me to come back with the correct parts, but he told me to leave the parts there and he'd try to work on it (it would take significantly more time and labor to do so with the parts of ordered).

Long story short, I returned and he was able to fix it, and didn't charge me more for what had to be done. I later returned because a button was not working, which he gladly took a look at and replaced for me free of charge.

Overall I had a great experience, and have no issue recommending this company and Sam for any of your cell phone repairs needs. The gentleman working at the front also has exemplary customer service skills.
