Highly recommend booking them for your event! They were responsive and very smooth with coordination. We were very happy and impressed with the service and enthusiasm they brought to our wedding in August. They definitely helped make it a party for our guests! I hired Eric for my husband's surprise 40th Birthday party this past weekend. We didn't get the mirror photobooth, but just a regular one. I got the unlimited photos and boomerangs, with the option to text/airdrop to your phones. Everyone had SO MUCH FUN! Eric was great to deal with throughout and leading up to the event. He was punctual, professional (but fun) and put up with our shenanigans all night lol. Will definitely hire again for our next big event! Thank you!
Oh and I wanted hard copies of all the photos taken throughout the night, but the volume took too long to do at the end. So Eric mailed them to me and I got them in 3 business days. Talk about great service!

Super friendly group! Accommodated my theme really well and worked well with our schedule. Very helpful and patient with all guests. My friends all were pleasantly surprised of the whole set-up and voiced how well they enjoyed it, including the wide range of props and having the option to draw on the images. I saw the magic mirror at a friend's wedding. There were a few things to note. Most NOTABLE was the customer service level was over the moon amazing. From the moment the vendor arrived to the venue and with all wedding logistics sometimes things aren't as planned, the booth host was friendly, upbeat and calm. Throughout the entire night, he was FULL of energy, explained the booth well and didn't seem to get tired or fatigue in his high-energy booth hosting. We visited the booth 3 times throughout the night, and from beginning to end he was amazing.

The magic mirror itself is VERY cool. Think of a wardrobe mirror that is floor standing and that's it! The mirror in it's entire length is the camera and screen. There is a red carpet on the floor with an X to indicate how tightly your crew will need to huddle to get into the shot, but very clear & easy. If not, the host is there the entire time to guide you.

I also HIGHLY appreciate that the because the booth was hosted by a physical person that was HANDS ON, he was able to enter the # of copies required to print. There have been many times I've been to weddings and huddle into a photo with 6+ people or different sets of couples together, only to get 2 copies printed and having to decide who gets it. With the host being there he was able to print the # of copies required for the number of sets of people/couples/groups + one of the photobook for the bride and groom to review.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and WILL CONTINUE to recommend this vendor. Thank you for your outstanding energy (that really brought that hype level at the wedding) and customer service.

It was a great experience. Eric was SO accommodating with all of the changes around Covid. The booth was fun and his energy was amazing! My guests all had a blast and we got tons of photos. So worth it.

I was searching for a photo booth service and came across Phonix Magic Mirror, wasnt too sure of it at first. I emailed Eric and he replied very quickly so that was great. Got all the information and cost for the service and we were on it right away. The cost was 50% off due to a COVID PROMO. I gave him all the party info and he was ready to help customize the photo backdrops for me. He designed a few for me to choose from and I decided to change the theme to a different color, he didnt hesitate to redo and was willing to redesign until I was satisfied. At the party he and his team arrived early enough to set up. Eric and his team were both very helpful, friendly and most of all super patient with my little friends. I would totally use them again even at full price! You will not be disappointed to have them at your event! Super fun, easy and awesome quality prints! Thanks again Phonix Magic Mirror for making my mom's surprise party 100%! You guys were "AWESOME! "

Eric was on top of everything! So quick to respond and so professional and easy to deal with. The photos turned out great and everyone seemed to enjoy their experience. The only negative I had was I wish I had booked him for longer!

We hired Phonix to bring their Photo Booth to our wedding this past weekend and were very happy with them! The booth attendants were polite, professional and engaging with our guests (especially with my young nieces!). Our guests had a great time and loved having the printed copies to take home as well as being able to text the photos directly to their phones. Eric's customer service and communication was prompt and courteous, even when I made a last minute request to change the layout, he didn't even blink an eye. I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend them for any future event.

As an event manager, I see a lot of photo booths. By far the phonix photo booth is the most unique I have seen. The photo booth has a super clean look to it and guests look like they have a blast using it. I got the chance to use it myself and its really fun the level of creativity it gives you with editing the photo afterwards. I definitely recommend!
