PICS Society

This organization (PICS) has helped me a lot. And have given me the benefit of bus pass and CPP. Employees Shubhjit and Fatima have given me a lot of support while working in the organization. Thank you Shubhjit and Fatima.

PICS Society is good for all people. All staff are very helpful and respectful. But Arshdeep is not good for service. He is a lazy person, very rude and not helpful.

I never got the help from PICS. I needed to apply for Canadian passport, I called them around a month ago. A person names Jashan gave me the appointment, but on the day of the appointment, he was away and hè didn’t even care to inform me. I talked to the receptionist n she said that once he s back, he would contact me. He never reached back to me. Again today I have been calling the reception n asking for the help, but no one is taking my call once the reception transfers the call. I leave the voice messages as well but no help. Why do you guys have made thé organization if you don’t wanna help people. What kind of careless staff do you hire? I need help n still will see if I get help or not, otherwise I will complain further to your manager.

My daughter took the ISLLP program from this socity called PICS. Very bad, disorganized, dishonest service, and so rude people. When started the program, they didn't tell anything, i called and got the information. The coordinator was so disorganied.
They collect money from the government but they don't pay you. Highly recommending not to take any service from them instead there are other very good places.

I had a great experience at PICS. With WIMBI, I got a chance to explore new career opportunities and many other informational things. Very supportive knowledgeable and helpful staff.

It was an awesome experience at Pics specially WIMBI program. All thanks to Mukul sir, Ustat mam and Amanpreet. They helped alot in getting my resume perfect alongwith that also provided knowledge about marketplace and, in searching for an employment. A great place for new immigrants, as PICS does its very best in supporting them.

I am so happy to take one month’s Employment Program in PICS.it teaches me sort of things regarding employment in Canada.the trainer is the best and teaches us professionaliy he was so talented person and I am so excited to learn from him so much useful lessons.also the stuffs are so sportive and they behave very well with people. As a new comers like me it is great opportunity to join the employment program. The services they provide for people are useful and helpful.

I have learned so much from Mukul Sir that I haven't had in past 10 years was busy with my kids. I am very thankful to him. I have learned how to speak frankly in English within group of people and talk with the interviewer to present myself and crack interview questions.
Ustat mam also helped me a lot when I need her and asked about any query. Ishika mam also helped me a lot. Thank you so much

Worst experience ever. Went there to get help to apply for Maternity EI. The person I was referred to had no knowledge about it and filled in wrong information.

The staff at PICS Surrey are very warm and welcoming and make you forget how far you are from home. As an international student, I needed help with looking for employment and Fatima, Mitika Jain, and Ramanjot Kaur sat me down and helped me draft a decent resume and cover letter to aid my career prospects.
