Pilot Mortgage Group is the best! My wife and I had an amazing experience with the team with buying our very first condo. All communication was seamless, and the team was extremely helpful with answering all our questions. We were provided with multiple options to choose from to finance our mortgage, and after we made our choice, the team was able to get an additional discount for our variable rate. We also got small gifts from them after our mortgage financing went through, which was a very nice and personal touch! We started talking with Pilot almost 2 years ago, hoping to embark upon buying our first property. We didn’t know much about the process, mortgages, or the general financial side of going through with something like it. From the start, they went out of their way to educate us about everything we needed to know, including our own finance and all systems involved. They spent sessions with us where they patiently went through all the details and gave more than enough time to take it all in and understand. And it was incredibly easy to follow up with them on anything. They are very responsive both through phone and email.

When we finally found a place to buy, they helped us through the whole process, making sure we understood each step and had enough information to make the best decision that fit our needs. They also helped with any questions about insurance and other relevant things we needed to clarify for our mortgage agreement.

I cannot recommend them enough. Tyler, Rob and all of the wonderful people at Pilot we interacted with were incredibly helpful through everything. Showed us all the patience, commitment and supported us throughout. Thank you!
