I needed a $30 part for a chandelier and they went above and beyond to find me a replacement. Great customer service feels like an understatement. Thanks again!:)

I came into the Surrey location last week with a pendant light problem. It was past warranty and I was only asking for help. It has been a long time since I received such fabulous customer service. The two ladies were wonderful. They spent time researching and printed me off the instructions for installation. They offered solutions to my problem. They were more helpful than I could have ever expected. I would highly recommend this store. Perfect customer service.
