Quality was very poor compared to the price paid. With a recent price increase, I wouldn’t expect the product to be worse.

Was in today for my very first glamorous pedicure as a commercial plumber my feet are banged up from my steel toe boots. That being said I can't remember the last time my feet felt this good I will absolutely be back and now working this in as part of my routine I finally understand why women do this lol.

Had both pedicure/manicure done at same time. Fantastic experience been almost a month and other than my nails have grown there’s no chipping/breaking. They looked amazing when the owner had finished. I will not go anywhere else again. Best service too. Thanks so much Pinkies #1 in Abbotsford in my opinion

I see Janine every two weeks for a manicure. She is amazing - they all are. I've also had services from Lana and Dana Lee. Clean shop, friendly staff, great location. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic nail salon! Incredibly talented and friendly staff, very welcoming as well as super clean and cute! They also make sure you are as comfortable as possible and offer beverages such a tea or water while you get your nails done! Ive personally been going here 6 years and its the best nail salon I have ever visited! Highly recommend

I got a gel mani-pedi here a couple of weeks ago for my wedding. Everyone was kind and they do place an emphasis on cleanliness, but I felt the job that was done on my fingers especially was a bit rushed. The edges were sloppy around the base/sides of my nails. While on my honeymoon 5 days later, I discovered that the gel was already lifting from a couple of my nails. They guarantee their gel nails for 10 days, but that doesn’t help me much when I’m out of the country. I was expecting more from the quality of their work, especially since they charge quite a bit more than other places in the area.

Love Love Love coming to pinkies, have been coming for years even brought my granddaughter for her first mani pedi for her 6th birthday and they were so great with her. The place is clean everyone is friendly and speaks english. I feel so comfortable there, no big bouncer at the door lol

I've been going here for 3 years consistently and they are by far the best nail salon I've been to. They're very reasonably priced and use the best product. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my nails done.

I have been coming to pinkies for awhile with Danalee doing my nails. They are alwaaaays perfection! This girl is so talented! If you want trendy nails, just let her do her thing and they always come out bomb! She is very detail oriented, never rushed, and loves to make sure you are happy with the shaping all the way through the application process. She takes her time and is very gentle. I have never been cut by her which is a huge bonus! They keep an envelope with the tools they use on you, everything is so clean and sanitary. I drive out from Po-Co just to see her! It breaks my heart that I now work Tuesday-Saturday: (so I now have to TRY and find someone else who is up to these standards. It's impossible. Miss ya girl! <3

I've been faithfully getting my nails done by this amazing girl out of her house in Langley, but I live in Abbotsford and no longer date my ex from Langley and figured I'd try the local, high-end nail salon out here.

I always tip well and hope that I will be treated well on future visits as well. So I spent $90 on a set of nails that weren't perfect.but she tried to please me (I'm picky, I like symmetry.) I had asked for forms when I got there, she told me i had to book ahead and tell them I want forms, they charge more and they take more time.so I'm like OK, and got the tips after telling her the tips just fall off with me.

Anyways, a nail breaks after 4 days and I call them and ask if they have a nail fix policy (free nail fix within 7 days if it breaks) they say they do, so I make the appointment.

I go in, I get the same girl. She fixes it up, and then asks me for $6 for the nail. I figured it was just a misunderstanding, so I ask "oh, I called to check to see if you have a nail fix policy and she said you did" she agreed but replied with "yeah, we do. But you told me you were rough with your nails" I'm like "ok, but it's only been 4 days? " She said "yeah, but how do I know you weren't just being rough and using them to clean and broke it yourself? " At this point I was getting annoyed. I'm like "I also told you that even though I'm rough on them, I went 6 months without breaking a nail. "

She kept going on about how I'm rough on my nails. Who cares? They should break in the 3rd week then or not at all like my last nail tech made happen! She told me "ok, I won't charge you this time, but next time you will be charged"

Ok thanks not. Never going back. You can't have a policy for everybody but me.

I've been told JJ's and Cre8ive nails are MUCH better and I've heard other customer service horror stories from here since I've had mine.
