I spent almost 6 months looking for my dream truck and ended up working with one of their sales associates, Ryan on a deal. He was able to hold the vehicle for me as being in kamloops I could not make the trip down for a few weeks. The overall process was the simplest transaction I’ve ever encountered with a dealer and would highly recommend Ryan and his associates to anyone. For how competitive the market is these days I was thoroughly impressed to see customer service stay true as a value to businesses and look forward to dealing with them in the future. Thank you again Ryan for the clear communication and even working late in the evenings, and on a Sunday, to answer my texts and push the deal through. Very happy customer!

Morgan the Finance Director with Pioneer Auto group mobile devision (yes, that's how Morgan spells division) claims I'm "Cody" who has applied for auto financing in the past and won't stop reaching out to explain the amazing incentives I never applied for! Tried to call to have my number removed, but naw they want more info so they can just update the CRM system with my details. Remove my phone number and figure out your client capture.

I bought a truck from a dealership in the pioneer auto group. Around a year and a half ago. The service was terrible and had issues from the start. Once I did get the truck all figured out I got a cold call from them a month ago telling me that I should buy a new vehicle from them and that my truck is basically a beater (it’s a 2017) and that I should get a new one. I would not recommend them to anyone as it was a terrible experience for me both times

This is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. When it comes to finding the right dealership, size isn’t everything. Pioneer has consistently giving me outstanding customer service time and time again. Tyler has always worked his magic and has always got me into vehicle I wanted. If you want a dealership that’s not going to treat you like another number or just another sale, see these guys. I even went to try a much larger dealership for a very short period of time, I was so unhappy with the customer service that I came right back to Pioneer, they definitely know what they are doing.

I bought my 2017 Journey threw them and after it was driven out to me in Alberta I was promised i would get a free paint touch up from a few scratches as well as a deep clean, that never happened then last year I wanted to trade the journey in on a Ram and omg the run around I got because I refused to buy it if it wasn’t trailered to me! So I went elsewhere and now they keep harassing me! Texts, phone calls, emails like come on people delete my name out of your system because I have asked around and this is harassment!

Bought a car almost 4 yrs ago at the Coquitlam location, that was an ok experience. Since then the calls and texts won't stop. I've asked and asked, then told them to stop and it won't end. 90% of my blocked callers list is their company. STOP!

A few weeks ago my father and I went to the Pioneer Auto Group dealership in Mission to see a 2017 Cadillac XTS which they had available. We ended buying the car and the staff there was outstanding. Even when there was a matter of a misunderstanding following the purchase, the management of the company was extremely professional and courteous. We would be happy to recommend Pioneer Auto Group to our friends and acquaintances.

Broke down out front, and the employees all stopped what they were doing and came out to help. Gave us a gallon or two of gas free of charge, and offered to let us park for as long as we needed to. All very polite, honest, and reasonable, would feel very comfortable buying a car from them.
