Honestly, one of the worst car dealerships i’ve ever been to. From the moment i walked in, i felt like i was a burden to the sales staff.considering i wasn’t looking for an expensive car, they treated me like an annoyance. I would much rather burn my money than buy from here, and would advise you the same.terrible management, top to bottom.

They were honest in the mechanical review that some minor work was needed for the vehicle beforehand, and they took the time to make the necessary repairs before selling me the vehicle. Pioneer Chrysler Jeep - Shout out to the service department! Rahim and the two ladies in service have always been a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, we had to make a decision to purchase both our Jeep vehicles in Langley as our personal experiences with the sales department was not as positive. I have also had the misfortune of requiring the services of your body shop, also was not a pleasant experience. My point being, if the sales staff and body shop staff wanted to spend an hour shadowing the staff in the service department, they would learn what great customer service skills are. Always a smile, always feel valued as customer and positive energy! Today they met and exceeded my expectations in service. I would consider my next trade with Pioneer if that level of customer service was consistent throughout the dealership. 5 Star Service

I talked to and visited just about every Jeep dealer in BC in the last couple of weeks. Pioneer was the best for price and experience. Don't waste your time with other dealers talk to them first. I live on Vancouver Island and it was worth the trip to see them!

Purchased a used Jeep $16447 and was assured it had no problems, within days of owning it there is no heat no defroster, key fobs dont work, engine is ticking, they said it will be around $5000 to fix it all and no dealership cost …. They refuse to fix it on the dealership and ignore all our requests … would give 0 stars if I could! The inspection for presale was obviously looked over with a 10 second inspection and deemed no problems … absolutely do not go here!

I bought a vehicle a month and a half ago. It was used but “ In perfect working order” the salesman Kary assured me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Within a few days, the key fobs didn’t work- turns out that one didn’t even have a battery or buttons inside. Service added a battery and reprogrammed it. A week later it was possessed. Within a couple weeks, the vehicles engine started getting loud, turns out, the cam shaft is going- that’s a pricy fix and a big job to do. The rear drivers door lock doesn’t work, the heat actuators are temperamental and work when they want, the rear window defroster grid is dead, neither key fobs really work, and guess what…. They won’t fix it for free! I haven’t even had the Jeep for 2 months! I paid a lot of money for this vehicle, I couldn’t afford an extended warranty and I thought I wouldn’t need it due to there being nothing wrong with it! I was lied to for a quick sale. Their solution was to trade it in for a fraction of what I paid for it! That is not an option for me. Tried calling the manager only to be ignored, salesman ignored me, thanks for nothing pioneer

I bought my Ram truck though this dealership in 2018. The truck is fine, the service I recieved while buying it was adequate. But for the last 4 years I've had to endure endless text messages and phone calls trying to sell me another vehicle. Discussions with salesmen and managers at the dealership have been fruitless. It feels like harassment and I cannot get them to stop. I've never had this kind of treatment from any business I have dealt with before. Be warned they will not leave you alone.

5 stars for the team at Pioneer. My sales associate Logan was friendly, helpful, and managed to remain calm and reassuring with my picky husband and I. Not only did he help me get into my first big purchase comfortably, he personally picked me up at my home (while I’m 9months pregnant might I add) and took me for a test drive in one of our options. The whole team throughout the process was friendly and awesome! And let’s be real, the customer loft was a life saver with snacks and AC.

It was a great experience! Went in there looking at a 19 Ram Classic, Jerome pulled me aside saying that a brand new would he cheaper, showed me the numbers, gave us above what every dealership appraised our old truck at and got rid of our negative equity!

A couple of weeks ago, the navigation system in my new Jeep began to act strangely (had me, at one point, driving through the middle of the ocean). Worried, I contacted Jeep Canada who advised me to take it to a dealership immediately - I called the dealer who sold me the car, but they told me it was a low priority and that I would have to wait well over a week for an appointment. I called multiple others and had similar issues with getting the vehicle looked at. Pioneer was the only one who made space to take a look at the vehicle and ensure its safe operation. I drove over 90 minutes out of my way to bring the vehicle in and was glad I did. I was met by a service rep named April who could not have been more pleasant. It was a busy Saturday and she was completely overwhelmed with work, but took the time to make me feel like I was literally the only person she had to work with that day. She personally took care of my vehicle, had it checked, explained everything, told me what to do, walked me through the process and provided advice. Not only this, but she knew the distance I had travelled and went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road as quickly as possible. To say I was appreciative of the kindness and empathy is an understatement. Truth is, when you buy a car, it is important to consider the dealer and who might be maintaining it and people like April and the service department at Pioneer are great reasons for shopping at Pioneer - to be truthful, when its time to replace my vehicle, I will drive the 90 minutes to speak with them first.

I took my 2016 Ram Eco diesel for oil change at Pioneer for the first time and really wished I had been doing so from the time I bought the truck back in Jan 2017. My truck had a factory recall which they took care of right away and told me they'd wash my truck. I told them not to worry about the wash and vacuum as I had just taken care of that a week earlier. Few hours later, my truck was done and DEF fluid was added without them forgetting:). Factory recall was going to take some time to order the parts; however, they must of pulled some strings and got the parts on the same day. When I picked up the truck, they had washed and vacuumed the truck anyway making it sparkle like new. The staff was very professional and friendly, April on the phone and Marc at service department. Highly recommend Pioneer as they are just awesome.

The best experience I have had with a car dealership. Kent was my sales rep. And he was awesome. The car process was made easy. I purchased the 2017 Mazda CX 5.

I dealt with Jeanne who was my salesperson. Bought a used wrangler and came from Vancouver. Some issues with the car but Jeanne and Jerome looked into them and helped which is what good customer service is all about. Started with a look on the internet for a 3500 dodge. Found one I really liked 120000km with 40 thou left on warranty. It had the 4 wheel drive shifter on the floor, which for me is huge. 40,000 bucks, but it was from a big dealership so I thought it would be fairly safe.they have a good rep. They drive the truck to Prince Rupert and not to my home, which is on an island (haida gwaii). I take an 8 hour ferry ride to meet them. It was a day before I realized that the dpf was deleted. I wasn't told.
One morning, the first day it got cold I went out to warm up the truck before work. I heard what I thought was the starter drag. Bought 2 batteries and a starter 1400 bucks. Took it to the shop and the mechanic and was told the motor was toast. I shut the motor off at work seemed fine.was hard to believe so I had another mechanic look at it. They both said someone had the the motor out of the truck as it had black silicone around the oil pain and around the front of the engine. Get the run around from the dealership and the truck sits in my yard for 3 months. The bank calls that I have the loan with and I explain the truck is a flower pot.
Since then we have traded the truck back to them at huge cost to me. Thousands out of pocket ferry travel, plus getting the old truck back to them, barging it it back to Vancouver. They put me in a new 2021 ram classic for top dollar with the promise to pay my ferry back to my island. (didn't) They had me totally out of my wits. Very rough time for the wife and I. Not going there again. There is some really nice people there.

I would recommend to anyone! I had the best experience as a first time buyer with Kent at Pioneer in mission. I never once felt pressured or rushed. I was made to feel comfortable and Kent did everything he possibly could have. I am so unbelievable happy with my purchase and even more happy with the service included. Kent made sure I didn't leave until I was reassured that I didn't just buy a car/was a one time customer; but if I had any questions, concerns and needed assistance to always keep his number handy. Never in my life have I own a NEW vehicle and have always HATED the thought of a dealership but these guys made it soo easy and painless. If you're looking for a new or new to you vehicle, go see Sunday Oladiti at Pioneers Burnaby location at 1502 Boundary (one block north of 1st. Ave.on the East side of Boundary). Sunday will make sure you're happy with your interaction at Pioneer. I recently financed a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee through Sunday and he made sure I was happy with my decision in purchasing the vehicle. I'm sure there are other salesman there that could've helped me get it done, but I couldn't be happier that I got Sunday as my salesman. So if you're looking give Sunday a chance to find what you're looking for, he'll go to the wall for you.

Where to start, first the salesman basically tried to push the sale the moment we mentioned what car we wanted to view. He said he had to bring the car to us from where it was parked. When the car arrived it was hard plated and clearly was being used by someone as a daily driver. Skewing the Km's from 33000km to 35500km that were actually on it. The vehicle was filthy, clearly had a someones pet toted arround in it and had someone personal garbage in it. Definitely not properly cleaned for a covid safe test drive.

We noticed that both the front and rear bumpers colors didn't match and there was other evidence of damage. At that point the salesman said he was sure there was no major damage to the car and it was a one owner car. We asked for the car fax and service information for the car. At which point the salesman tells us it was brought in from Alberta. I asked for the provincial inspection for a car imported into BC. The salesman then started to seriously get flustered and said something to the effect that a BC provincial inspection wasn't done and they only just recieved the car. A lie, on the website the car had been listed as 100+ days on the lot. I brought that to his attention and explained to him lying to buyers could get him in trouble with the VSA. He walked away for a bit and then returned with the sales manager. They had the car fax and dealer inspection with them. The car suddenly went from a one owner car to a multiple owner car. It had been passed back and forth between BC and Alberta yet they could not produce a provincial inspection from either province. They also presented a very questionable carfax.

Avoid this dealership like the plague, surprised they've not had their licenses pulled.

Honestly the best dealership experience ever, atmosphere was very friendly. Brandon Ahuja was the most friendly and full of good vibes. We are from Vancouver Island and shortly after returning home there was a small issue, and I contacted the dealership at Pioneer and spoke to Jerome and his team, and they immediately took care of the details, sending me to an island dealership for a repair work.

Lets be honest, when searching for a new vehicle, all Chrysler Jeep dealerships sell the same vehicle for pretty much the same price. Some may have different options installed, but you are looking at the same base models. So when deciding on working with a dealership, beyond that specific vehicle, you want to know your time, money and sense of being treated fairly is being respected. Unfortunately we got none of those from Pioneer.
From negotiating the offer, we were told how the offer would be structured, we were not allowed to present an offer the way we felt comfortable. Then while going back and forth they just moved the numbers to appear we were getting what we wanted, but in realty it was always in the dealers favour and what they were saying we were getting, was not the truth.
After we accepted the offer, it was a full 2 1/2 hours before we got to see the business agent to actually pay. Hanging around a dealership for that long on a Saturday afternoon waiting to make payment arrangements is not respecting our time or money.
Just remember, its their game and their rules. If it was not for the fact the vehicle we wanted could only be found there, we would have walked

The best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. We had Josh as our sales rep. And he was awesome. We were extremely pleased with the professional way Josh handled our purchase. He went over and beyond regular service. We had use of a loaner car that was a 2016 new vehicle. The service dept.did a great job in fixing deficiencies and bringing our used car purchase up to safety standards and beyond.
