First review December 23rd, 2023: gave 1 star - Used to like the place, they always had an issue with respecting the time. But this time I came waited to 20 mn to be told if I want my appointment I have to wait another 15 mn minimum or have to come back. Very unprofessional and disrespectful when you don’t respect people’s time. Will not be coming here for sure.

I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars because after the incident I had I was contacted by the owner of the salon who apologized for the miss understanding and offered me a 30% discount to visit the place again. Like I said in my previous review it was not my first time going there so I decided to give it another try. I was able to do my mani & pedi, the nail technician was nice and did a great job. The place is good, few things to improve but overall good. I appreciate that the owner owned up to the mistake and contacted me.

This was my second visit, both times I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They spent that extra time to really make sure they made the best shape and style I asked for. Facility clean and comfortable.

Got a gel over lay manicure by Judy, she did a beautiful job and was very friendly! My nails look amazing. Nina is very skilled and and gentle while doing a gel pedicure. I am very happy with how my nails look and the service is always consistent.

Coming with my guy friend, and we both tried pedicure service here. The space is cozy and the staffs are friendly. Recommend especially Richmond area.

Bring my girlfriend for a haircut, keratin treatment & a mani pedi combo. She loves it. Staffs here are like family, they are funny and skillful.

I love this place. They finish a good job fast, at a reasonable price. I was able to get my acrylic fill with pedicure done in 1hr15min which was great! Judy, the lady who's been doing my nails is detail oriented and a sweetheart <3

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible. Obviously talking about customers to each other and making everyone uncomfortable, zero friendly conversation. Started my nails 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Simple short nails with a single letter on one nail took 2 AND A HALF HOURS! She took so long I genuinely couldn't believe how ridiculously long it took for such mediocre results. Really pricey and not worth it. Don't go here.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at this salon. As a customer, my recent visit left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

During my visit, I initially requested a nail removal service. I had previously had my nails done at this salon in September, and I found them to be quite thick and unattractive. Two weeks ago, when I returned to have the nails removed, I assumed that any staff member could perform this service, as it didn't involve a new set of nails.

The issues I encountered during this visit were as follows: Rough

Nail Removal: When I requested the young lady to be cautious while removing the nails, she gave me a displeased look. She proceeded to use a nail clipper to remove the nails, which was done roughly and resulted in cracks close to my nail bed due to the thickness of the previous application.

Unnecessary Actions: Halfway through the process, the technician pulled out a box of fake nails, which was confusing, as I had explicitly mentioned that I only wanted the nails removed. When I reminded her of this, she responded in a loud and rude manner, saying, "I KNOW. "

Incomplete Service: After she claimed to have finished the nail removal, I noticed that three of my nails still had powder residue on them. When I pointed this out, the technician dismissively said, "IT IS DONE, AND IT WILL GROW OUT OF IT, " which was not a satisfactory response.

In light of my recent experience at another salon just two days ago, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism exhibited by the technician there. Not only were they able to clean the white spots before applying a new set of polish, but their approach was notably different from my recent visit to this salon.

This place is buzzing with young adults. Situated in a rundown strip mall in Richmond (don't follow GPS it takes you around in circles) you walk in and drown in toxic fumes of polish. They need better ventilation. The staff is nice and quick. But polish doesn't last. The man who did my pedicure didn't speak English and proceeded to use a dremel to take of regular polish. I questioned him and he smiled. Yikes. The polish was uneven and chipped within 3 days. I wonder if they follow health protocol. The gel polish however has remained. My only gripe is why don't they soak off rather than sand it off. Very harmful to nails. Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable. But please ventilate for your own sake and customers.

I did my lashes and I'm not entirely impressed. I showed a photo and it came out nothing like it. Rather I have these spider legs and unnatural curl lashes. I'm really disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic. Went in for a haircut and got a masterful, beautiful style. Ya girl got bangs for the first time since she was 6 and Brian (my stylist) didn’t disappoint. My go to from now on

Such amazing service and top quality nails! Just got mine done for Halloween and I love them! Amazing prices as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants any of the services they offer

Love this place! It’s super easy to book a time online and I am always impressed with the quality of the work (I get shellac mani and pedis)

First time here, Mya did an excellent job! She’s an effective communicator who recommended the colours and helped me understand the different types of services better. My shellac manicure was completed flawless and within the expected time. Love it.

This place has bad skills and horrible customer service. My Gel nail broke the second day without doing any housework. It took them less than 5 mins to fix it and they made me go back three times. The first two times when I was there it was not even busy. When they finally fixed it they were very impatient and treated me like trash. They said the reason why two of my nails broke the second day was because I did not upgrade to their expensive Gel. So I asked them how many days would their regular $55 Gel last and they couldn’t answer. Not going back again. Strongly not recommended.

I really love their services that they do especially nails and hair. However i did have one problem it didn’t involve the actual service itself. I called them for a removal and a wax and the person who answered the phone seems to be quite young such as in college and i asked her for the prices for both and i asked her if there were any special combos prices for the wax and she straight up said “no”, in quite an aggressive tone after when i said ok that i would like to book she said “ok what time” i told her my name and she said “will that be all” i said “yes” then i proceed to ask a follow up question but by then she hung up the phone without saying anything. I let that slide, then when i got to the appointment the girl who did my removal was polite then my sister waited on the chair beside me until i was done, then my sister got up to get her bag from the chair and came back, right as she was about to sit she was probably like 5 steps away, another worker sat there and started talking, i realized it was the girl from the phone, my sister was gonna say something to her but she just let it be and stood beside me instead, the girl honestly was quite rude and it just didnt make my visit happy, i don’t remember her name but she had short hair and bangs. Although i loved the services that were provided it was just that the girl kinda ruined my experience
