Pita Pit

I typically enjoy the food here, but it was really disappointing to come in during your listed hours tonight and be told that we couldn't order because your staff member was getting an early start on cleaning.
Either your hours need to be updated, or your staff needs to be reminded about appropriate customer service.
We drove out of our way specifically to visit your store and did so based on your listed hours.

Meat had good flavour but was smaller portions, salad was also small portion. It was nice that you get to pick all your toppings and they have a wide selection of vegetables and sauces. They also overcharged me for the salad.

Was good need more for your buck. But good food. Hmm need more still hungry but pay for good products I guess so.

The halloumi pita I had in here was very good in taste. They offer a lot of different ingredients to add to the order. I kept it vegetarian and I was quite satisfied with the result. I would return!

This is a terribly-run business. I feel bad because the man working there was very nice, but I’ve been here several times and it’s always the same: there is 1 employee who needs to do everything, so it’s very slow. And they seem to prioritize Uber orders, so you’ll be standing there for like 10 mins while he makes stuff for people who aren’t even there. The food is okay, but the place is kinda dirty. The grill and toasters are always dirty looking. This time, I was told that they were out of large pitas, but he would make it in a small pita and fill it up with the same amount of ingredients — and still charge me for a large. Fine. But it burst apart and disintegrated as I ate it because it was too full. Maybe not the best policy… anyways, Pita Pit is very understaffed and as such, the quality of the food, restaurant cleanliness and overall experience and wait times are honestly pathetic.

I went in store and waited for 20 mins even there was no customer and guy told his name daniel and he took the order after that he told me that we are out of the food.disgusting

Average tasting Donair. Is the buffalo chicken even chicken? Tastes like spicy potatoes… Service a bit slow for a fast food joint.

Really bad. The ingredients were old and tasted like it. The spinach in particular was visibly rotting. To top it off, the portion size was about half that of any other Pita Pit I've ever been to. Bad experience all around. Honestly, I'm just hoping I don't get sick.

Their food is excellent. They have so much variety and you can dress your pita the way you want with many different toppings. The service was good too.

Really enjoyed eating at Pita Pit for the first time. The employee had a great smile and explained me the differents products. First time in Vancouver (I am from Quebec) and would definitely go back to Pita Pit when I'll come back!

The gentleman working tonight was amazing and working as fast as he could, but severely understaffed. Poor guy! Deserves a raise and an extra co-worker!

Service was excellent - however I didn’t choose the lettuce or the spinach as they were limp and the lettuce was not fresh, it was brown in spots. Suggest you have staff keep an eye on that for freshness

Excellent service. Got 3 pitas for takeout. Prices are reasonable given that you can add on all the toppings. Our family found the food delicious.

Aashni gave us a ton of stuff and was very honest about the current stock of the kitchen. Great food!

I've been to UBC for 4 years and I only recently discovered PitaPit. The store just opened up again and the place is definitely going to be my go-to from now on. Healthy food and friendly staff too!

Ordered food from UBER Eats, delivered was fast and perfect but I have 2 ordered of cookies which it should be 4pc and I only got 2pc, that’s okay! BUT! The cookies that I have ordered isn’t M&M cookies, I have ordered the double chocolate cookies and this is exactly what I got… I mean, if you guys didn’t have any other cookies than M&M you’d have to remove the item from delivery app.why did you guys let customer receive the cookies which they don’t want it and get disappointed? Only thing I can do from Uber is just got refund, but honestly! This RUIN my day so badly! Please someone be more care about the situation and also manage the item on the app. I appreciate that.

Staff are always friendly and attentive to making your pita perfect. Thanks for never disappointing
