Wasn’t too impressed with our experience at this location. Counters and floors looked dirty and they needed to be cleaned, benches in their booths are falling apart. Couldn’t imagine what the back looks like if that’s how the customer facing area looks.
They had only one type of lettuce to offer (out of spinach and iceberg lettuce). Tomatoes looked mushy and looked like they were sitting in a bowl of soup, no olives.
Hard to want to spend money on a restaurant that doesn’t seem to care or put in the effort for cleanliness and freshness. Overall really disappointed: (

I love pita pit and am always excited to order. Today, 11/19/23 I ordered on UBER two pitas, on top of only getting one, it was wheat instead of white and it was super salty and dry. When I called, the person working was almost calling me a lier, saying that she did two. So unless the UBER driver stole one, she was the one lying. Horrible horrible service. Sad actually, before UBER, I used to drive 30 minutes to just get pita from this location.

I am a regular customer Love eating at this location, special thanks to the girl Parul who works at night time. She is spot on with what I need or what options are available she guides perfectly well. Never ever got disappointed when she is working. I request to the franchise to really take care of this employee as she is very hardworking and honest and I hope this company helps her in every possible way.

I love Pita Pit but won’t be back to this location. I went there yesterday for lunch nobody was in line but me a woman at the front said I will be right with you she then walked in the back and never came back after 8 minutes I left. I told the girl cooking I was leaving and why she then apologized but it wasn’t her fault she was busy cooking. The coworker or manager should have helped not hid in the back

Barely any veggies, small portion of meat and drowned in so much sauce it was uneditable. Don’t go here.

When I’ve been here in the past it’s been pretty good. The last 5-ish months they’ve been out of their chicken shawarma which has been disappointing.
The staff that works here are very nice and friendly, but they need more help on during lunch hours. It gets busy and you can end up waiting 20-30 minutes. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush.
It’s a particular hot day today (30°) and it’s hotter inside the restaurant. It was extremely uncomfortable standing around waiting, felt like they were blasting the heat. Can’t really blame it on the sun coming through the window, didn’t even feel like they had any A/C on at all to help. Not really fair to the employees to work in that heat all day, let alone have dine-in customers.
They’re nice and generous with their toppings, so no issue there. But I don’t know if the heat was contributing to this or if they just didn’t change it out or if it was actually bad, but the romaine lettuce was very brown and wilted. So I opted for the iceberg lettuce even though I know I would have preferred romaine, but even the iceberg lettuce was a bit wilted. Kind of threw off the taste of the pita.
Hoping this is a one off and hoping it will be just as good as I remembered it next time.

I’ve been to Pita pit twice now, both this location. The lady working there is very helpful, very good at her job and always makes an awesome pita that makes me wishing I got 2 instead of one. Looking forward to trying different items as I can only imagine they all taste amazing.

Devansh made an amazing recommendation for a wrap. Food was so fresh and very satisfying. I especially enjoyed the great service with a smile I received from Devansh!

I have ordered twice from your restaurant , in the last 2 days, both times were the same order 2 pitas and one choc banana smoothie via skip
First order, the smoothie was replaced with a Milk 2 go bottle, I requested a refund it was processed.
The second time the smoothie came half empty? Why are you guys charging, 8.50 for this when its half empty, please do not offer it if you can't correctly fulfill it.
Edit: the Smoothie tastes extremely watered down as well.
