Seemed very small for upgrading and my wifes was extra small for regular.paid 17$ and it was a snack

Went to pita pit last night with some friends, and it was great! I want to give a special mention to Gigi, she was amazing and sooo sweet.she explained everything on the menu, recommended an amazing smoothie to us and even brought it out to our table! She’s extremely kind and very good at her job, as is the whole staff. Great food and great staff. Definitely recommend:).

Typically when you go to a “fast food” spot like pita pit, you get the same experience, food is good and service is there because they have to be. Here at this Pita Pit, they have upped the standard of what a place like this can be if you hire the right people and treat your staff well. Everyone there as helpful, guy making my pita was making conversation and even the person on the till was smiling, genuinely, the whole time. Great staff great food, thank you for an unexpectedly great experience at Pita Pit!

Friendly and caring service! Got 8 free pitas as we were all still on evacuation order from the fires. So grateful for these generous companies!

Very impressed with all of the staff I’ve met. I’ve been coming in almost everyday for the past 3 months and they are very welcoming and seem to enjoy their job quite a bit. I would just like to thank the staff again for being so kind and genuine with me and I sincerely appreciate it!

Great friendly service. Excellent food. Baskin Robins frozen yogurt also on site. Really enjoyed the banana chocolate yogurt after my gyro. Great location in Kelowna in the eclectic shopping district.

Fresh, delicious and variety of choices. We paid 30$ for two. Quite satisfied. You first order your protein. Then you can choose between brown and white pita, varied vegetables and sauces.
We took ours to eat at the lake park.

Workers were a bit quiet so it made it hard to order and hear them with the busy street outside the shop. Food could have came out a bit quicker considering it wasn't too busy in the restaurant but it was really good and enjoyable. I've had better experience at other Pita pits in Kelowna.

Used to go here after yoga, five years ago. I still think about it to this day - the manager/owner was incredibly nice.me and my husband miss him.

Haven't eaten here before. Got the smokey BBQ beef brisket rice bowl. It was very good. The Ancho vey chicken black bean is good too. Lots of menu choices. Available for pickup if you call in for take out. You can also use the food delivery apps, it's on Skip the Dishes and DoorDash. Menu online.staff are friendly. Give this restaurant a try.

Just made an order for 2 pitas, one was Buffalo chicken the other was gyro. One had completely random toppings that I didn't order, but had the right sauces. The other had no sauces when it was supposed to have 3, and also had completely random and wrong toppings, one of which my spouse has an allergy too. Super sad. Called and mentioned what happened and was hung up on.

My sister and I always come here for their falafel sandwiches and frozen yogurt.today I went there to grab lunch and they had the cutest employees (Jaden-she drew the drawing) ever that gave me this bag with an adorbake message! The falafel is amazing <333

These guys are so amazing you have no idea how cool these people are plus they even take custom orders for your food you can pick and choose the toppings and stuff

But best of all they have great attitudes so when you come in see you know Joseph and I’m pretty sure they’re gonna treat you awesome too! This place is lit

Seriously, this is the third time we got the biggest and heaviest pita in the world. First time i tried this place in 2017 and loved it. Normally i have pita every second week from then till now. But this is the third time i got something that doesn't look like a pita or feel like it.someone doesn't know what they are doing. Ruined the whole afternoon. Bad bad experience.

There was actual blood on my food (all over) it looks like someone may have nicked their finger and kept making my food or something- either way someone else’s blood on my food no thanks

It is always good to go to the Downtown location. Attention is good and they are quick on getting your order ready.

I highly recommend Pita Pit. Their food is delicious and fresh. They also have an excellent menu with a good variety of items. I will definitely be going back soon!

I ordered frozen yogurt and was given half the amount I was suppose to get. I did not tip and the employee said sarcastically thank you for the no tip. So I am guessing in order to get a full serving you have to tip? I always tip a server but places such as these I tip sporadically depending on the friendliness, rapport and service. I use to work at Booster juice and although I received tips occasionally, I did not expect my customers to. I knew if I wanted a gratuity job to go to serving, which I have done as well. I feel this employee did not have a good attitude at all, I will not be going back.

Literally one of the best pitas I have ever put in my mouth.

I asked for my order to be fixed and they told me they checked the security cameras and that as a result, I was wrong.

When I moved from Calgary one thing I miss was the yogen fruz, so I was excited to see they had opened up a yogen fruz. However I was deeply dissappointed when I ordered not once, not twice but 3 times. I got the strawberry cheesecake as that is my favourite, but The yogurt had freezer burnt chunks from the fruit/cheesecake chunks in it and it crunched when I bit into it (and no the crunch wasn’t from the gram crumbs which also tasted stale). Also it should have fresh strawberries on for toppings but alas they don’t have fresh toppings for it (even thawed out cut up peices would do) which really takes away from it. Just crunchy yogurt with sand on top it tasted like. I’m so disappointed as it was my FAVOURITE treat. I hope another location opens up or this one steps up thier game.

I would like to also mention that this review is strictly about the dissatisfaction of the frozen yogurt and not about thier pitas. I haven’t had a bad pita yet so for those I give a 5 star. Frozen yogurt however I would give 0.

I wouldn’t order from here on skip the dishes. My pita was made so poorly it’s almost like they forgot someone was going to be eating it. Got 2 sauces like I usually do but this case the whole pita was liquid like the person emptied the bottle into it. Just gross. Instantly through it out

This is amazing place to eat. Friendly, fast, clean. Very impressed with all the peta pits I have been to. Seems it must be a rule to hire funny and kind cooks. Love going there to eat. Keep up the great service

Stingy with the toppings like they had to pay for them out of their pocket. Didn't offer to grill veggies. Overall quality of the food remains consistent with other franchise locations.

Mad respect to this establishment however being open late on Thursday too would be sweet. Edit* cancel the old review, you guys just copy and paste the same response on every review. Your copy and paste doesn't help my inquiry regarding the closing time on Thursday.

Use to love pita pit in Prince George but I feel this location is not very good. Staff was unfriendly and huge language barrier made it difficult to order. Chicken was cold and felt undercooked. Hoping I don't get food poisening later.

Rep said there is no way to redeem gift groupon even when there was screenshot including the voucher and Groupon number where you can write it down and then you can redeem it later on your system which you should be having on your POS anyways as a business. Terrible customer service no opportunity to resolve any customer issue would not recommend this place for catering or any other gift coupon purposes. Too bad because the food is actually fresh and delicious. Person behind the counter said managers birthday and would not want to disturb him with a phone call to process the gift Groupon. Maybe work on hiring better employees or having more than one person that can validate coupons.

The food was very fresh, however, the service was challenging. There was a feeling of being rushed and a language barrier.
