Pita Pit

Okay so I placed an UBER EATS order for PICKUP, order was confirmed, drove to the restaurant and as I was walking in the order got cancelled. Then I asked the girl why they cancelled my order. She had a frightened look on her face and responded with “I had too many online order and it was busy”. There were no other customers in the store lol. She said she’ll make the order because she obviously realizes what she did now. But she turned the whole store OFF on UBER EATS. So I couldn’t even reorder my food. She wasn’t busy doing anything in the store but sweeping, she obviously was not busy with making any orders. Clearly just wanted to …. Not do work at work I guess and lounge around. Wasted my gas money driving there. I couldn’t reorder my food because I only ordered off of Uber Eats because there was a discount deal. A 2 for 1 actually. So obviously I wasn’t going to pay twice as much as I would have if the employee just did her job right. Absolutely ridiculous. Gas is expensive these days Pita Pit!

Service is the worst. Cheap on how much veggies they put on. But Service slow only one in the store it took 10 mins just to place an order and then another 5 to make it

Been eating here at least once a week for 2 years. After today WON’T be back! You have to ask over and over to get vegetables. I got the scrapings of the bucket on everything. Don’t get carrots - they’re usually black and look like they’ve been sitting out for weeks. I ordered bacon, paid for bacon and told them to keep it as they don’t know what well done is. It looked like raw and slimy. To top it off I think there was more mustard than all the toppings put together. The service was terrible. The last 3 visits have been beyond disappointing. Three times- strike you’re out! You lost a good customer today. See ya
Oh yeah and it’s expensive too. So not good food, bad service and costs too much!

If i could give zero stars, I would. I come to Pita pit on south fraser regularly after my workout. The same old white lady with grey hair is always there. I dont think ive ever met such a rude lady. Everytime i come in she never greets me or any other customers. I asked for lettuce she said “well theres 2 types pick one” then sighs and rolls her eyes. Not to mention, the way she speaks to her employees is so rude, Ive seen her yell at the employees. If shes the manager, she needs to get fired. Theres another location by fraser highway. I highly recommend going there. She needs to check her attitude because myself and couple of my friends who also go to pita pit have had similar experiences. I really hope she reads this review because she needs to learn to be kind and welcoming rather than arrogant and rude.

Ive read all the 1 star comments and they ALL said the staff is rude and unwelcoming starting from 4 YEARS AGO? Why hasnt anyone taken action to fire the old lady that works there? I didnt order attitude with my pita pit. Please take action instead of asking customers to reach out to head office.

When the employee was making my pita, I asked for hummus. She scraped the almost empty container and put what she could in my pita. She said that's all I get. I told her I'd be happy to wait for her to get another container of hummus. In a very curt voice she said they don't have anymore as she tried to hurry me along. (You seriously don't have anymore of a product you offer every day all day?)

I asked for a refund (that's how much I love hummus). She said she couldn't give me a refund. She said only managers can give refunds.
I asked her when a good time was for her business to provide refunds and she said she didn't know. She said her manager may be back in an hour (which would have been 6: 30pm) but she wasn't sure.

She gave me zero reason to come back. They staff the store with people that can't provide full services at the register and they don't seem to have backups of their very basic ingredients. (They ran out of a prime ingredient in the middle of a dinner rush without backup? See ya. Lots of other restaurants around provide the exact same product that they do.)

Always such a great experience at this location. Fast, efficient, polite. Great customer service, great food!

During a pretty busy rush they struggled to take our order, over charged me after we tried several times to clarify a kids order instead of a regular one. Everyone has days that aren't perfect I'm sure others will have a better experience

Rather strange experience.when I was getting my pita made they decided to put random vegetables that were out of their tray and that I never ordered. Instead of putting the excess parmasean cheese and carrots slices IN MY PITA, why not throw it away? What if I was allergic to carrots?

Ok food but lacked sauce and direction.

On a positive note everyone was friendly and the ingredients were good. Well sized wraps. However.

This was a rather large order $250 to be exact and there was one request for absolutely no tomatoes or onions on all 21 of the wraps and they all came with them except one, THANKFULLY NOT AN ALLERGY. That one that was special ordered was requested to have double the sauce.it had absolutely none: (A bit disappointed that the simple instructions were mistakes on all of the sandwiches at least the 4 salads were fine.

Always a delicious option when you need a good meal! Service was good and the food is well priced.

I visit almost 2 times every week. They always have fresh food and it tastes good. Great service.

On my quest for a great pita, I found this one to be very ordinary. They are very sparing with their sauces, even when you ask for additional. The best description that comes to mind is DRY. For some this may completely hit the mark.

What's not to love? The fro yo is a little pricey but everything is delicious and staff are nice.

Very bad. I ordered South Stake Double meat and got pita with 97% vegetables.its wasn't even full. Where is meat? Double one? ! Hello?

The lady was rude, i had to repeat myself so many times, the smoothie i got my extremely small and not blended well, she gave us attitude Once she finished grilling the filling for the pita she dropped half of it into the grease catcher then continued to grab it and try to out it into my pita, i had to ask her to stop and she gor defensive and rude. Terrible expérience would not come again

Love this place. Just one person thr who doesn't smile at all. But no biggie. Food is awesome over all

Rip off for the amount of meat they put in there wraps. It's not just this pita pit, it's all of them.

Service was good, ordering was confusing. Looking to buy a specific pita, but they amount of additional options they me off. I thought I could just order a Southwest pita and that was enough.

Screwed our orders up! Touching hair and face and then on our food with no gloves. Very dirty store and staff standing around gossiping to each other! We found that there's 2 staff whom were being very disrespectful and rude to a very sweet disabled and handicapped couple ahead of us. They were rolling eyes at them and laughing! NOT COOL AT ALL!

I love this pita pit, there salad bowls are great for someone who is gluten free. Fresh ingredients are always offered. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They are also on Skip the Dishes.

I've been to many Pita Pits and admit this is probably the location with worst service. Floors need to be cleaned, lots of ingredients missing or not fresh. It was 2pm and go to get cookies and they realized now they only had raisin cookies.
