The customer service is very good and food is very delicious, I would definitely visit again.

Staff are just lovely and friendly. Just this shrinkflation. $11 for a small wrap.pretty sure it use to be regular and large, not small and medium.barely any meat in there. Boo on you!

This was our FIRST time ever trying this chain restaurant. Trying to navigate through the menu the staff where patient and friendly. We ordered a baja chicken ranch and when we finally opened it up noticed nothing but bacon. Granted who doesn’t love bacon, this bacon had a smoky sweet flavour and they gave a fair bit as well. The amount of veggies was a fair bit. We also ordered a tropical thunder sherbet it was full of flavour, presentation could have been better for both. But all in all nice change.

Went to this location on Tuesday, May 24th 2022 and I wish I knew the girls name serving me because she has messed up my order more than once now on separate occasions.
I came up to the counter and asked for a ‘southwest chicken rice bowl’ and she literally asked me about 3 times to confirm if I wanted southwest chicken in which I replied yes every time. She finally put the chicken on my bowl only to ask me again if it was southwest chicken I wanted and told me she ‘forgot’. Only for her to just drown my bowl with chipotle sauce to fix the problem. Lesson learned.

While it's the menu is technically accurate, calling something "Philly Steak" and then trying to charge when someone asks for cheese on it is incredibly deceptive. The general expectation of a "Philly" is that it it's a cheesesteak sandwich.

Anywhere that closes their washroom for covid gets 1 star, ridiculous for a paying customer who is eating cannot go to washroom and clean your hands

I love pita pit. I love the healthier options. Always fill me up and their smoothies are great too and so excited for the upcoming rice bowls

Very patient and kind. Food is very delicious and the frozen yogurt tastes like exactly that, cold yogurt and fruit. She gave great advice to not have strawberries as a topping for the frozen yogurt. Very much recommend eating here. Pleasant servers and great food.

I ordered a pita with extra meat which they did but then I swear they cut the veggies and cheese in half. I only had 5 pineapple for example in the whole thing. When I go to the South Fraser way location they are so loaded I can’t even finish it normally and this left me and my partner still hungry. He also found a MAJOR lack of veggies and cheese in his and they both also had barely any sauce. This is the second time this has happened when ordering from this location. Very disappointing for us both and we feel ripped off.

Staff is very polite, and food prep area was very clean with all of the food looking very fresh.

Fix ur store hours, arrived at 9: 10 but was told stores closed an hour before closing time on door.

Ordered a wrap platter for my staff, it was really good & the cookies were amazing! They were also very quick in preparing the order and friendly.

I always get good service, great food, staff is friendly, always fresh veggies, and very clean store.

I ordered 2 pitas from this store from skip the dishes. The first photo is of a charcoal I found from regular 9" chicken pita and you can guess the second one (not vegitable). 2nd one is a beef pita and the funny part is that there was no beef. The beef (2-3 pieces) in it was tasting awful. Also correct me if I am wrong, is this pitas served cold. Because when I get it it was cold like ice.

Ok I love the company pita pit. But the one near highestreet is unbearable from the customer service. I am ok if they don't smile and such but this is a place where you can customize your food. She had not listened to any detail I said even though it was very simple. "less mushrooms" she didn't do that and so forth. I'm not exactly picky but what I'm most upset about is that when I said one line of mustard. She did three. I was very loud because I understood that there was glass infront of me but they did not care. Again I'm not picky but I didn't want my 11$ pita to taste just mustard. Very upset. I will recommend the pita pit near Staples though. I had great experience there since childhood till now.

Yumm! Healthy & Tasty! Lots of choices and flavors. I'm not a vegetarian but I love their falafel pita with feta cheese, banana peppers, and pineapple bites. With 3 diff types of lettuce, with Chipotle and house sauses to top it all with flavor.

Super healthy and the Gluten Free wraps are great! The staff is so lovely and friendly. All ingredients are always fresh and delicious!

I love this place. I tired few kinds of wraps so far. They are all good. And last time I had bowl and it was good. If you want no carb, I strongly recommend this place. The staffs are friendly too.

Great location. Always clean. Veggies are always fresh and taste great. Cant say the same for other nearby locations.
