PitStop Bikes Victoria

I almost don’t want to post this review out of fear Guillermo will keep getting busier and no longer have time for me. After using quite a few bike shops in town (all good, not complaining about them!), I have finally found “my guy. ” Guillermo is kind, thorough, and goes the extra mile. His services are fair and he’ll always look for ways to repair an item rather than convincing you it needs to be replaced. He’ll find work that wasn’t done properly by others and explain why. He knows where his products come from and the companies behind them—ie where a tire company farms its rubber! This is not a huge, fancy shop with a huge selection of products (though he has a few high quality items) but an intimate, friendly space run by someone who truly loves bicycles and the joy they bring to his customers.

Attention. To. Detail.
If you need a used bike that will be your next baby this is the spot… I am amazed at the level of care that’s put into the bikes for sale this guy loves fixing bikes and is living his dream in this shop.

Guillermo is really knowledgeable and has done a great job tuning my bike. He was able to point out a problem area I was then able to address with the part manufacturer to get a replacement.

If you are in victoria this is the place to get your bike repaired. This man loves what he does. My bike felt new after he did some repairs. Highly recommend this small business owner.
