Not a walk in clinic, you can wait outside so you'll be taken in just for them to turn you away or only have phone calls, none of this information is posted on the door so you don't waste your time, or have the opportunity to go to another clinic before they're all booked up

Dr Zuri is the least compassionate doctor I have ever had. She is condescending and on multiple occasions LAUGHED at my concerns. I don’t feel comfortable or heard and that prevents me from getting the treatments I require. My health has declined since being her patient.

Dr Zuri is a natural healer. I have always felt listened to and truly appreciate her holistic nature. Always suggesting healthy remedies through diet and exercise and doesn't push medications as the only answer. She's wise and proffessional and I am so fortunate to have her as my doctor!

I am a patient of the clinic, so I can't say what it's like as a walk-in, but Dr. Salam is very kind and easy to talk to. He is readily available and listens to what I need. When i need to see him, i usually get in that day, or the next. He completes all requisitions quickly and follows up to make sure it is taken care of. The front staff are friendly and on top of things. I am very pleased with my care at this clinic!

I lost my job because they refused to fill out worksafe forms.
After my first visit, they put a note on my file that they wanted my family doctor to fill out my worksafe forms in the future but I didn’t have a family doctor and waiting lists are long to get one. It took over 4 months to get a family doctor after this incident which was too long. Reception has a filipino woman who doesn’t seem to understand or speak english well. She asked me the same question 6 times in a row like she thought I was lying or something. When I had the first appointment, she said she would call me in the next hour to confirm if they would even do my worksafe forms. No call.i show up 45 after the hour is up she goes “oh yeah where have you been? We’ve been waiting for you”. WHAT? !? I WAS WAITING FOR YOU! I call her out for not calling me back and she doesn’t care. They offer to have me sign up for a family doctor at their location but advise me that it’s a long wait. Never thought in my life a walk in clinic would refuse to help someone. It’s not like i’m asking for drugs just fill out some forms so I can continue to work is that so hard?

I booked an appointment online with this clinic through veribook and it was confirmed via email. I completely understand having to wait a bit after my appointment time if the doctor gets behind, but 2.5 hours later I still hadn't received a phone call. I called to ask to reschedule and left a message. Still haven't heard anything back four days later. Bad first impression and won't be going in even if they do ever get back to me.

I’ve been seeing Dr N. Zuri now for 2 years. I have found her to be one of the kindest, thoughtful, caring Docs I’ve seen in a very long time. She is frank and honest and cares deeply about my health and well being. My gratitude for her time and care is immeasurable!

I transferred to Dr. Zuri's care when my previous Dr retired. I'de only the one doctor my whole life before Dr. Zuri. When I started seeing her I was blown away at the improvment in care I was receiving now. Everytime I have a concern she will listen to me and act accordingly right way, not just brushing me off with some prescription I didn't need like I was used to before. I get calls for any results within a week which is great! She is very thorough as well. I have not had any problems with the booking process, and find I can get appointments quickly. Full confidence with my treatment in care of Dr. Zuri, and thank you for that!

They refuse to see you in person I just needed an perscription shot administered from a nurse they said sorry we don't do that anymore. I don't get it. If you are so worried about the common cold (covid) why are you doctors

Booked an appointment through their online system Veribook (very dated system btw). The day before my appointment I got a call from their receptionist that my information on the system was missing and not correct. I then went online again and confirmed everything was inputed correct. However there was no option to update or edit the user information. I tried using both Chrome and IE to make sure it wasn't a browsers limitation. I work in IT, so it definitely was not my issue. Their admin settings on Veribook did not allow for end users to update information once it was inputed. I tried to call back but had no option to talk to anyone.

Next day my telehealth appointment time came and went, nobody called me.
Don't waste your time going here if you are a potential new patient.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are accepting patients for a reason (People are leaving). So so so disappointed with this place. Firstly, I am a patient of Dr. Zuri’s and I was pregnant last year with my first and had one appointment with her when I found out and that was the only appointment that I could get with her throughout my entire pregnancy. I ended up getting a midwife because everytime I tried to make an appt, it was months away because she’s only in office 2 DAYS A WEEK. How am I supposed to get help for me or my daughter if I can make an appt for months because you’re only in office 2 days a week? She lacks compassion and concern for her patients and brushes everything off like it’s nothing. My daughter had an ear infection and a lip tie and tongue tie and I wasn’t able to see her for a month, so I went to a walk in.

Secondly, her current receptionist is awful. Takes 3 full business days to call you back (sometimes I have to call back a full week later) and she never picks up the phone. Her old receptionist Cindy was AMAZING. She got to know everyone and took really good care of you and really cared about your concerns. Dr Zuri is in it for the quick in and out patients and phone calls (3 days a week) because she doesn’t have to leave her home and it’s quicker cash. So disappointing and will be going elsewhere.

I really love my doctor, but it's so hard to get anyone on the phone. They close for an hour during lunch (12-1), so no one answers the phone. If you call at 1pm, no one answers the phone because I assume they are playing catch up with all the messages they receive. Been trying to talk to someone for about 2 hours now. Not fun.

Also, it seems my referral got "lost" when my doctor moved to her new office. So now I have to make a new appointment just to hear what the heck happened to the appointment I've already been waiting 4 months for! The receptionist for Dr. Zuri is not the nicest (apparently she is new). She just said "well we had to move over 1000s of records. " She was not at all sympathetic or apologetic about something that was not my fault.

There was a dog hanging out in the back office is quite disgusting in my opinion. I feel a doctors office is much like a professional kitchen where you want things to be as clean as possible.

Was told by staff that the dog is always there.

Doctors desk is falling apart and overall look of the place looks dirty and unkempt.

Expect more from a Health Care facility.

Although the doctor appeared to competent I am looking for another Medical Centre with higher standards.

Absolutely unintelligent people working here.my sons family doctor moved here, so we had to book his next vac shots at this clinic, and so we booked it over the phone a month ahead, the lady was nice and everything was fine. Only for them to call us one business day before the appointment, to ask us "What are shots? " And then proceding to say "Oh we don't do that here".

Can't speak to the walk in clinic but the rest of my experience at this offic was very good.

Dr Mathews was exceptionally professional and personable. The front desk staff was super helpful despite how swamped they were. The waiting room was a little lacking but I got into the exam room right on time so I wasn't worried.

It was busy and a little noisy but reception was much more professional and helpful than at any other medical center I've been.

Was told 3 persons before us
But an hour later.checked and walk in receptionist can't seemed to find my husband's name
Realized placed him under another doctor?

Now still waiting for another doctor.

All just to remove a surgical bandage.

That walk in receptionist should be FIRED - she made a mistake and just make excised.

NB.doctors are generally good here.the receptionist is another consideration not to come here

This is a terrible Clinic - totally disorganized. You can never connect with anyone in the front office to make an appointment - all you get is a recorded message. And after 4 attempts, they never called back. The recorded message says Dr. Zuri is 106, but when you enter 106, you are told that is incorrect? Things were so much better organized at Westgate Medical.

Does anyone ever answer the phone here? Apparently not. I feel bad for the doctors who are going to lose patients because front end staff arnt booking appointments
