Been ordering here for years. Pizza is good and a little pricy, but they are also notorious for closing early or not being open on time.

This place is the best on the island. The cheese was perfect the crust was great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Best pizza in town! We quickly learned that it is worth the extra $ to be satisfied every single time. It is not conveyor belt baked… it is old fashioned pizza oven that makes the pizza exceptional.

The BEST pizza on the island, hands down! If you’re looking for that authentic mom & pop pizza joint quality look no further. Delivery was lightning fast and it tasted delicious. 10/10 would order this again next time we visit.

Staff were super friendly and fast. Unfortunately the pasta/lasagna dish we had tasted and looked like it was straight out of a can. Way too salty. Will never be ordering this again.

This place flies under the radar in Parksville but in all honesty the food and service here is always top notch. One night I phoned and ordered and the person working was planning on closing early because it was slow. He literally stayed open and waited for me to pick up my order - a truely appreciated gesture. As usual it was loaded with great quality toppings and the pasta was excellent too. Thanks guys!

I've always really enjoyed pizza from here but the new owners/management seems a bit slack on food safety.

Pizza doesn't taste the same as it did, getting better but still feel like like it's missing something.

These folks have a great selection of pizzas and an almost thick crust.closest I've found to Chicago style in the area! Try the Perogie!

Best pizza my wife and I have had in a long time. Fantastic amount of toppings, great choices and custom creations.

Chicken with Tai chili pizza was wicked good and the wings literally fall off the bone.

Would be outstanding if they opened a location in North Vancouver

This place is AMAZING and the staff are polite and really good looking, I order on average 3x per week, YUMMY, and I've yet to be disappointed. BEST pizza on Vancouver Island no doubt about it, but don't take my word for it, try for yourself. You'll be wishing there was another slice in that empty box of yours after your done.

0 star review. I have ordered from here a few times and never issues until tonight! Tried to order the Monday pasta night special 2 baked pastas (spaghetti or lasagna) 2 salads 2 garlic toast and 2 pop. Add 2 more pizzas and bam $96! I asked why and they are charging me for an additional 2 extra Cesar salads! I ask why and he says cause you want Cesar salad, so I said why am I being charged for the salads when I get them with the special, and then he starts going over repetitively that either I take it or don’t order that EVERYONE knows it means only garden salads! Well obviously not and your menu doesn’t state that it’s only garden salads like your pasta states spaghetti or lasagna! Never ordering from this place again even though they did have good pasta. Horrible service and to justify it by saying everyone knows what it means is poor business managing. Fix your menu!

The perogies pizza is top notch and tastes like you would imagine. Very good tasting crust and sauce too.

This pizzeria is one of the best pizzerias I've ever experienced and certainly one of Van islands best kept secrets.
Ask for it well done and its darker on top and the best crunch ever.lots of toppings and cheese. PERFECT everytime. Very friendly and accommodating owners and staff.

I ordered 50$ worth of pizza and they got the order wrong. I would had sucked it up but my kids weren't going to eat a green pepper mushroom pizza. When I called to ask for my pizza they said they we will give u a 10$ credit because we are too busy. Lost my business

Bought a large bacon cheese burger recommended by the cook and swaped the tomatoes for banana peppers. AMAZING! Such great taste and quality! Cant wait to come back and order again

Delicious pizza and great staff! They really saved our bacon when we had to find a good dinner fast on a late night. The crust is thick and doesn't get soggy, the toppings were good, and they don't skimp on cheese. You pay a bit more than at a chain store but you get much better quality pizza. Give it a shot!

This is my go to pizza place! I don't eat pizza very often, but I love the service and pizza. SPOT ON FOR SERVICE AND THE PIZZA IS DELICIOUS!

The Pizza Connection is a little hole in the wall gem. Nestled in the Parksville fowntown core, they have of the best munchies around.

While thier pizza's are good I, always order the donairs when I'm in town.

You can eat in, order take out and I'm sure they do delivery.

The service was fine, very friendly. It is extremely overpriced for very underwhelming pizza. The meat lovers was greasy and had no flavour. This place is fine if you have no where else to go.

Julian was awesome taking care of us. Delivery was on time. They changed my order last minute due to my forgetting to order gluten free. They changed it no problems and both pizzas were delicious!

Wow! I have made their Vege pizza part of my weekly budget. I just got my pizza 10 mins ago and I literally had to call them to compliment their work, from call reception to cooking to delivery was done with excellence! I love pizza when pizza is well prepared and with Pizza connection I love my pizza everytime!

Stumbled in the place. One of our party is vegan, they were able to accommodate without any issues.
Friendly, priced fair and very good.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Too bad we don't live here and takeout or delivery isn't possible.
Next time we're in Parksville, it's on the list.

Taste is there but arrived only Luke warm and under cooked. Had to warm it up in the oven. If they get it together they will be GREAT! A work in progress I guess? I hope!

If you want pizza to just slam down your throat go Dominos or Pizza Hut. But if you want gourmet pizza, pizza that will make you tap your feet in happiness with each bite, Pizza Connection is the way to go. Generous toppings - these people know what extra cheese is!

This used to be our favorite pizza place. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it. After my experience with only who I could assume to be the manager, we will not be returning. Placed an order for 3 pizzas for delivery, and immediately tried to call back to change the order to 2 pizzas. Called several times, it said the number was unavailable. After fifteen minutes of trying, I found another number (why have three numbers?) and called to straighten it out. I was called a liar by the manager, because they had apparently been answering the phones all night. I understand that changing an order 15 minutes after it was placed is normally not a good move, but seeing how expensive it is, it was worth it for us, and I had been trying since I first placed the order. I tried to calmly explain to him what had happened but he didn't want to hear it. Too bad, they had good pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas one was completely wrong toppings phoned back to say one was wrong and he said he would send another never came or phoned back and there "2 for 1" was 40 for 2 mediums. Work in parksville alot could've had alot of business but lost a customer.pizza wasnt that great anyways lots of better places

The pizza is the best. All of it is amazing but sadly I don't like mushrooms but hello Canadian with no mushrooms

The previous manager from last year is back, and it shows. The quality has returned to what it once was, and hopefully he'll be staying this time.

Asked if they sold pizza by the slice, he says "Yes it's $3.75 and you get a pretty big slice. " So I come back in a bit and order a slice, and it's a small sliver sized slice of pizza with literally one piece of pepperoni on it. Pretty mediocre pizza and not worth the money.

Waited an hour for pizza, i called them they said they made it wrong it will be there soon asked for a discount and the manager said No. Great custumer service pizza connection won't order again.

Belligerent owner/manager, when he told me I couldn’t get delivery I tried to ask for pickup and he told me not to start an argument with him and hung up on me. Tried to call back and got placed on a 7 min hold then hung up on again. Tried to call again because I really do like their pizza and he blocked our numbers lmao. Great for service.

Funny, they wouldn’t have to keep raising their prices if they kept their customers.

This place deserves no stars. I ordered an paid for 2 mediums and 1 large. I received 3 mediums with the wrong toppings. After 2 hours of trying to get a hold of them I listened at a belligerent manger tell me it's not his problem.i lost money. They lost my business.

Best pizza in town by far, great prices too. Will deliver long distances as of recent which is great!
