The perfect pizza with the greatest fresh ingredients, our favourite is the Magic Veggies, such a perfection mix of topins on a pizza. Amazing price for the quality. A must go in Vancouver.

Used to be better, now it's so thin and soggy it's hard to eat. Hope they turn it around, I used to love this place. At least they didn't burn my crust like all the other reviewers. $33 for a pizza you can't eat.
Not to mention, trying to order over the phone is probably the most difficult phone call ever. Try it. You'll see. Worth the laugh if you have the patience.

We simply love this pizza, such a perfection for its price, highly recommended. Our favourite is the Magic Veggies with Extra Cheese. Yum!

This was our third time there and the reason we went back those other two times was because we were impressed by the food the first time. Unfortunately, that was the only time that we were impressed though. The second time after 20 minutes we went back only to find out that the pizza maker and the cashier gossiping, and our pizza was not even made yet. When finally, she made the pizza and got it out of the oven, she flipped it upside down in the box resulting in a mush instead of pizza. When I mentioned the name of the owner, she said go ahead and tell me whatever you want to tell him, and I will personally deliver the message. If the owner is wondering who it was, well, it was “D” from “T”. The attitude was unappreciated, but we went ahead and went back for the third time. This time she was on the phone and resolving a matter and on the computer. I asked the cashier if “D” is going to make the pizza, and she responded, “she is the chef. ” I said I hope she washes her hand and lo and behold, she did not! The pizza was also carelessly done, but I guess if you are coming from Granville after a couple of beers you just don’t care. Cheers.

Ordered pizzas from this location. Sepideh and her team went above and beyond in making sure our food was on time and cooked to perfection! Prompt, thorough aNd very professional. Thank you ️

Can honestly say this is the worst pizza I've ever had. My husband brought it home, we took a couple bites and just threw it all away. No amount of sauces could save it. Almost had a rancid taste to it. I know people joke about other cheap chain pizza places being terrible, but I'd much rather eat one of their 5 dollar pizzas than spend 30 dollars on a pretentious place that tries to be good but utterly fails. First and last time ordering from them.

Very hit or miss though recently more miss. When made right the pizza is good but you never know if the pizza you order will be made well. Quality just varies. Also in the past once you made your order they would usually give you a call to confirm it and to let you know of the wait time. Now however, they don't and you have no idea when your pizza will arrive because there is no time estimate anywhere. Ended up waiting 1h 45min for a pizza that was honestly not good. It came burnt and a bit of it was stuck to the carboard box. Another time before that I ordered a pizza to go at the physical location. Stood there waiting for 30min even though it didn't seem busy. One nice employee saw that I was still standing there and asked if I was waiting for something. He then saw that the pizza was already made and waiting but nobody had given it to me. He apologized and reheated it for me because it got cold at that point. The service and quality is not worth the price.

They don't put out a (made) new pizza (kept it on the side) till the last slice is gone from previous one. Poor mentality, pizzas aren't bad, that's why 2 stars.

After a lovely visit to the Theatre, there is no better venue for a late evening taste than a quick trip to the glorious Pizza Garden. The wood fired pies offer a instantaneous hit of flavour combinations direct out of Italia, Grazie mille, molto delizioso!

Not always consistent but always tasty. We had hardly any tomato sauce so a bit dry. Could better systems or closer management.

They didn't ware face masks properly. I believe it was against health guidelines.
They were speaking so loudly without face masks.

Every time that I called the place, they miss something, the lady on the phone doesn’t take notes even when we repeat her several times and for delivery, they are 6 blocks away and always take more than an hour. Very bad service

Order through Doordash. I arrived on time and had to wait more than 10 minutes. The large Marguerita pizza that I order barely had any basil or cheese. Last time order here.

Poor customer service and rude staff behaviour. The pizza was ok since it was fresh out of oven, but the lady at billing was very very rude despite me giving a good tip for just a few slices of pizza. I’ll never visit this place again and wouldn’t recommend others as well. It’s just not worth it. There are better places nearby.

This place has a lot of potential. But, the pizza just wasn't up to par.

We ordered half smoked salmon and half supremo. It only comes in one size. Large. Our pizza cost $33 and they charge extra for half and half, which makes sense.sort of. What let it down was how the pizza was made. When you're paying premium prices for a pizza, and this is on the very high price range, you'd expect better quality.

The salmon half.we couldn't even taste any salmon, as you will see on the pics.barely any. It comes with an alfredo sauce, which again barely any, so it ended up tasting quite dry. Also, with some meatier pizzas if the outer part of the crust is slightly toasty.that's fine but not the top part of the pizza, which you will again see in the pics was burnt.

The supremo half of the pizza looked and tasted like an anorexic one.
Overall, both sides of the pizza and the overall taste was just.well.blahhh.
For 33 bucks I'll try a different pizza place next time!

I’ll start saying I’ve been a regular client for a few years now, probably ordering between 2-3 times a week. Usually the delivery time is 40-45 min. Today I received the WORST customer service. Not only I never received the pizza even though that I called 3 times in 1 hour and 45 min to check in. Basically they just told me the delivery driver was stuck in traffic for more than an hour and that’s it, they never gave me a solution. They just lost a great client

The pizza overall tastes ok, however, my pizza had a few slices burned. I reached out to the branch and got completely ignored. I also got indigestion the next morning for the second consecutive time after having their pizza, maybe because it is too greasy. Again no response from the branch. I used to have good experiences with Pizza Garden in the past but won't be returning anytime soon.

Took an hour for delivery and the pizza was ice cold.
The crust was also cracker thin and dry/crunchy. We’ve ordered this same pizza many times before and the crust has never been this thin and dry.

I went during black history month, great experience! Pizza was solid, guys were solid and toilet got the job done.

Kadir helped me find the bathroom after a little lactose related incident.very helpful. Also pizza is not bad (contains lactose)

I rate it the best pizza in downtown. The crust is perfect, cheese is great amount, ingredients are good quality.
Customer service is wonderful, as well.

I really don't like the flavour of the pizza I ordered. - the pizza magic. It's tastes like curry, I'm ok with curry spices if it's an Indian restaurant but it's an Italian pizza restaurant. I don't even want to eat it. It's the worst pizza I've ever had

Fulfilling pizza for late night cravings. Did not got any food from several restaurants in Yaletown at 11pm. Either their kitchens were closed or they were fully booked. Pizza Garden had a lot of options and you can customise your pizza according to your allergies. It was fast and fresh. They made our pizza from scratch in front of us.

I usually got to the UBC branch, so it was my first time trying the pizza in this branch.

My pepperoni pizza had a hair on it information: (. Not sure if it is human hair or brush hair but it was a solid black hair on my pepperoni.

I can't give it a 1 star because I love pizza garden too much. They have great toppings and their pizza dough is chewy and light!

Although you can ask for their pizza to be toasted for extra long, this branch barely toasted the pizza, so it was just mildly warm

One of the worst pizza's ever eat. Couldn't even eat. It was like cooked dough is sold with a hint of toppings. Waste of money.

Decent Pizza. Although I suggest you try other branches for better taste.
The receptionist is a rude girl. Idk overtime i go she acts like I own her money or something. It's just disappointing because the North Vancouver Branch is one of my favourite places in the town.

Great pizza. But they'll never deliver to your apt door, you'll always have to go down to the lobby, then do that sneaky Interac trick to get a decent tip. Just bring it upstairs!

If you're looking for a Slice or a Pie of NYC in Vancouver this is the place that makes it feel like back home in the Big Apple New York City. Definitely the Best Slice in all of Vancouver from a wood burning oven! LOVE IT!

I usually like this place, but I ordered a Prosciutto e fungi pizza and it had some bad ham that tasted really funky. I got sick the next day.

Pizza Garden makes a fairly good Neapolitan pizza. They have a good selection and their pizzas are quite big! They offer many options, made with yummy fresh ingredients. We recently ordered it via Uber and as expected, the thinner style pizza did not travel as well but it was still tasty. I recommend the Funghi pizza! If you want to order, best to grab it for take out so you can enjoy it while it’s hot.

This place used to be good but they're continuously gotten worse and the quality has severely dropped. My last time buying from them was this friday. I ordered a pizza with sundried tomatoes and there was a total of 2 strips of sundried tomatoes on the pizza. The Margeherita also barely had any basil on it. Shame that they're operating like this now.save your money and get pizza elsewhere.

Good pizzas but I gave two stars because they use the same utensils for picking up veg pizzas which they use for non veg. It actually looked disgusting as she was showing non veg and veg pizzas where non veg's remains were still there when picking up veg.

Their management always hire the rudest staff. Having bad manners must be a criteria on their resume for front desk job. But pizza is good.

Went in for a quick bite on a 3 day break to Vancouver. Loved it! Food was hot and fresh, and staff were kind. Will go back when I visit Vancouver again.

Hi, I have a bad experience with this pizza because pizza was very dry, burnt and tasteless. It's too expensive for this.

The pizzas are amazing. Good variety. Authentic pizzas. Neapolitan style wood fired pizzas. They are really good. Nice cosy place. Not too much seating area but great for take out. Must try if you are looking for a different place. Came across this gem so randomly while walking at Granville. Worth trying for pizza lovers.

Good a little bit too pricey I'd like to see the price went around $15 the door was a little bit doughy little bit lacking on the cheese could have been a little more crispier however not bad for $24 I expected a lot more hey maybe next time I'll be back

I liked this pizza, but I liked the lady working here more. She was very sweet and welcoming. I believe they are perhaps Turkish, and they were very kind. I will come back.

First time having the pizza and it was great! Customer service was fine nothing to rave about, but this is a pizza by the slice kind of joint. I wasn't expecting much. I highly recommend if you get it by the slice to eat it right away.

Ordered online at around 8pm for pick up later at 1140pm. Got home 5 minutes later and when we had the pizza, it seemed like it was prepared at the time that I placed the order as the pizza was in poor quality - it was hard and tasted like leftover pizza (the kind that you have in the morning from the leftover from dinner). I called the branch where I got it from (Smithe Street, Vancouver) and they insisted that it was freshly made.

Delicious pizza. Can order by the slice or a whole pizza. The pizza magic pizza is an amazing veggie pizza and they have hot sauce, garlic sauce and chili flakes to add on top.

Had to do a last minute large order for my company lunch. They weren't able to accommodate for the large order but they happily reached out to the next nearest Pizza Garden location and transferred my order to make sure we got our pizzas. Really appreciate the excellent service!

Ugh the best pizza slice place downtown! The staff is friendly, the place looks clean, and the pizzas - oh my so so delicious! Lots of vegetarian options and never plain or boring.

The nicest take out pizza in Vancouver, great quality, great ingredients. Only thing I don't like is being charged for the dips as the pizza is already expensive enough.

Looks like my pizza was dropped or slammed against a wall before it got delivered to me cold. Not what you expect when you pay over thirty dollars for a large pizza. Loved this place but this was super disapointing

A lil hole in the wall with lovely pizza. Thin, crispy crust. Ample sauce and toppings. Always a veggie option.
Friendly staff.
Fresh food.
Reasonable price.

Best pizza joint in the vacinity.

Delicious pizza. I had the two slices, one with spinach and olives and one with spicy sausage and mushrooms. The crust was crispy, chewy, light and literally perfect. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and organized. I’ll be back! Thank you:)

Fare price, better vegetarian options than any other pizza place, and in the heart of downtown.wish they had more seatings though

Pizza is ok, fresh is probably better than the reheated slices. Will have to come back and try it out straight out of the oven.

I’ve had deep dish in Chicago and elsewhere, this was still probably one of the best experiences I had with pizza! Highly recommended
