Pizza Garden Abbotsford

Best pizza I have had since coming back from Italy in the summer. Love how much care and attention to detail to the ingredients used in making their pizzas. Owner was inviting and really pleasant to deal with. Definitely the goto place for having pizza in Abbotsford.

New owners are SUPER NICE and RESPECTFUL. Came here to grab a pizza and got treated like a king, definitely coming back, these guys know how to run a business, treat their customers with maximum respect. WOW

The new owner knows his pizza! Service is top notch. Ingredients used is always fresh. Pizzas are amazing and so are the pastas. My go to is the Pancetta and caesar salad. So good!

35$ for a large pizza plus 4$ extra for each topping like seriously? They use Saputo's cheese and make 15-16 inch Pizza in a 18 inch box. This place was good but now terrible.

Use to come here all the time but their quality degraded overtime, they sell old slices. I came in the morning took 2 slices then came back at around 4 and the rest of the slices were still same.

Very bad experience in this pizza store. Their pizza was over cooked and very hot. I had ulcers in my mouth due to their pizza.

Please avoid ordering and check and confirm prices before phone order pick. Prices are Ridiculously high if you try to make it but custom. I was charged $50 for $28 pizza order. It’s my mistake I have to confirm price as I didn’t except to be ripped off. If I order same pizza online then it’s comes at $32. If you add one item then they charge you ridiculously high price per toppings (As per them it’s Custom pizza) Staff was helpful but they said they have to follow Management instructions.

I am Eritrean and our culture is similar with Italian. I moved across so many countries but first time I get the real authentic Italian taste. Theor chef is so professional and understanding.

Absolutely the best traditional style pizza in town these days. My new go to place for pizza!

Cb today. They were very busy when I arrived and the guy making pizza was giving er just hustlin! He seemed to feel bad that I had to wait a while and upsized to a medium free of extra charge without me saying a word about it (I was content waiting as real food takes time & as mentioned it was quite busy). Pizza was extra deadly also, it didn't even make it home!

Went in to get pizza, when I opened the box it was very thin, had very little sauce and toppings and looked like it was sitting out for a long time. Disgusting pizza, don't recommend going here. They will give you pizza that has been sitting on the counter for hours.

I ordered from here often. Once a month I order pizza for all of us on the night shift. I love the crust and the taste. Best pizza in Abbotsford in my opinion.

Always use to get my pizza's from here, quality from past few months went drastically downhill when you order a large pizza they literally stretch your pizza to medium missing chicken when asked no refund no replacement and yes they need to start packing pizza cutters in their boxes because clearly they cant cut it at all will never order from here again gave them so many chances to improve but no efforts been made from them.

Very lacking on toppings even for the type of pizza it is supposed to be. Does not have all the toppings on the pizza that the menu states. Pizza garden is a good place just not the abbotsford location.

Great pizza! I love that they don't add sugar or other additives to their dough, and they only use fresh ingredients. I don't feel bloated after eating this pizza like I do after eating other pizzas with a ton of grease.

Use to be my favorite pizza place. I don't know what happened to this place. There's no more same quality of pizzas (uneven toppings and slow service). Slices on the shelve were full of food flies last week.

Been trying to call the place since 7pm to put in an order for pick up, not able to put in an order online due to poor cell service, nobody answered. Made it to the place in person at 09: 01 and said they are not accepting any more orders, only by the slice. The whole placed was cleaned and packed ready go to, do not understand why the place is open until 10 pm then.

They refused to make a fresh pizza over an hour before closing. I tried calling in a few times before but there was no answer. Beware, this place might effectively be closed a lot earlier than their schedule.

Yummy pizza and kids love it. Only 3 tables inside so most people order takeout. You can mix different flavors in a pizza, we ordered 16 inch which was just enough for a family of 4. Will be back for sure.

I personally did not like the taste. It was just very bland for me. The crust was good though in comparison to other places.

This is my favourite pizza place in all of Canada. After having authentic pizza across Italy I've found that only pizza garden takes me back to where I first experience potatoes on a pizza and real gravy! I was shocked when I saw they expanded to Abbotsford. Had to stop for a slice as its been years since I lived in the city and used to have pizza garden all the time. I was so happy to see they haven't lost their touch as they expanded. This is one crust I though rally enjoy. I can't wait to order a ground beef and mushroom. Thank You for coming to Abbotsford.

We ordered 2 pizzas, one of them was wrong and unfortunately we weren’t able to eat it because of the error. We called and asked for a new pizza and they said sorry they can’t do anything. After we said we couldn’t eat it due to allergies they offered us 20% off next time. We paid $50 for 2 pizzas and they messed up and wasn’t willing to fix it. All in all it was bad service, the lady was rude and would not go back.

Overpriced for a slice of pita bread, I got a smear of sauce and two pieces of pepperoni. I reccomend ordering a drink with your pita because it's quite dry but only 2 mins.away your at J's Pizza who sell pizza. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. In order to contibute my experience/opinion to this app you have to rate the restaurant with stars, there is no option for 0 stars so had to give them 1 (but don't mean it)

Aside from canceling my transaction to add the extra fee for dipping sauces and not even providing the dipping sauces as discusses, its not worth my time to waste for credit.just pointed out how ignorant your business operates. First time I have been here. Menu looked appealing, and I am a pizza enthusiast.lets bring this up to speed for what its worth, pizza is not just bread, spaghetti sauce and cheese
. 1. If you havent paid for your bread to be designed your dough isnt right.
2. Same with the sauce.your sauces can be very specific per pie but most places have only one and use it for the spaghetti too.
Lastly
3. Not only can you defer to have dough made but real italian based foods use selected cheeses which do not come from saputo.so that all being said.pizza garden is more of a new yorker style pizza, with a thincrust based pizza flashed about with italian words on a box that is served in selected sizes of medium and 18" extra large.
As for the carb exposure, this pizza is full of it. Yes extra thin crust, laced with a great roma and oregano based marinara with very little cheese. We live in BC right? Cheese influence capital of canada.so this pizza is not only farthest from a garden but has been deprived of cheese too.so all in all it was a average in quality baked in a real hearth oven providing more of a infrared bake then just convection burn. I would say it was short of product based on price, better flavour then most, but completely void of cheese for a complete pie.so was it classico spaghetti sauce over wonder bread with blisterpacked meat and cheese? Hell no.it was a tasteful bread handcrafted and attentively spread sauce, lacking a good amount of the so called garden and dissapointing vheese found in the dairy isle of a cheap grocery store.small upgrade and this pie could be epic.

Pizza has no flavor, like eating cardboard without any seasoning. Expensive for flavorless pizza. Don't believe the hype and reviews. Didn't taste like fresh ingredients either

Hands down, one of the best pizzas I've had. I'm not a health nut, but I eat smart and this place is healthy and delicious. FYI, try "pizza magic"!

It was my first time in there today. The pizza was great. There was an indian lady she was really attentive.helped me to choose one because they were many excellent choices hard to decide. I read some other reviews and I found some of them ridiculous. I mean how you can rate a restaurant base on the owner response to negative reviews. Seriously.everyone can write what ever they want but the owner can not response them.wondering do not reply if some one misrepresenting you, or making up something because of their conflict of interest? Is that the way rate a business not for food but the owner response? Is that the way two rate a restaurants negatively to get a free stuff? Is that the way to rate a restaurants because your friends or your family has some kind of business?
So long story short.this pizzeria is the best ever in fraser valley.everyone else can go and.

Our family's favorite pizza place in Abbotsford. Great quality pizza. Lots of delicious vegetarian options. Quick, friendly service and warm atmosphere. Thomas is brilliant!

Amazing food, beats Boston pizza any time. Delicious and fresh, workers are friendly and service is wonderful! Definitely try it if you are a pizza lover. The staff are amazingly friendly! If you do order and they bring it to your door it will take a little while and be a bit cold, but that’s like every pizza service nowadays. Anyway, very nice staff and very nice pizza. I read a few of the reviews, and it disappointed me the way the owner responded to some of the negative reviews. Other then that, delicious pizza and very nice place.

The pizza shop has all best pizza qualities. The pricing is affordable for a quality pizza pie. The staff is also fabulous. Tastes really good, so that is why I give the rating of very good instead of excellent. You should definitely try Amante Spinaci. I really like this place. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. It's simple, delicious and quick and the only place in town that does a good thin crust style pizza.

By FAR the best pizza in Mission and Abbotsford perhaps even the Fraser Valley. I have yet to try something better. You can really taste the love and care and quality ingredients that go into their pizzas. If I had one critic it would be their a bit too expensive.

Due to my sensitivities to GMO's I can't eat Canadian Wheat but because all of their flour is from Italy I CAN EAT PIZZA AGAIN! Every time I've gone I always have amazing service and the food is beyond delicous

This is the best Pizza Garden in BC! I've been to the ones in Vancouver and I his one is better hands. The pizza soooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!

The customer service is rude. I went in there asked for help with the menu was in with my toddler no one else in there and she couldn't be bothered to go through things I was wanting she was pushing for me to hurry and make my order.well maybe if you actually take two seconds to answer my questions! T pizza is mediocre. I used to buy regularly from here but the toppings arnt as many as it used to be. It's gone downhill not as good as it used to be. But as you see from other people's comments they have a lash of comments back.it just shows how they don't want to correct their customer service and how they really have an additude with their customers to begin with

Absolutely disgusting service and even worse pizza. Lost our order after calling order. Offering to pay for one pizza wish I had looked at pizzas before accepting. No toppings and most of pizza was bare of toppings. WORST SERVICE AND PIZZA EVER. SORRY there is no lesser stars than one.

Best pizza I had since arriving in this country. After trying some of the local stuff I thought the authentic, rustic feel couldn't be replicated. Upon it being suggest for mentor try out I was sceptical as I tried countless other places.boy, do I regret not trying Pizza Garden earlier. Amazing European (neapolitan) style pizza with fresh ingredients and a beautifull stone oven-baked crust. If there's any pizza fanatics that haven't tried this piece of heaven, what are you waiting for?

If the franchise was any way concerned about their reputation, they would need to have a strict eye on their Abbotsford location.

We ordered the pizza at 7: 47 and gave them our details, had to give them our address multiple times and hung up the phone confident that in an hours time, we will enjoy our pizza. We're not used to ordering from here and figured that maybe an hour was worth the wait.

But then it got to be an hour and twenty minutes. So I call and ask the same lady that took my order what was going on. She tells me that the driver has my pizza and left 15 minutes ago. Odd since we live about 5 minutes away, but maybe they were doing multiple deliveries at once? Again, I let it go.

But then I get a phone call 5 minutes later. Saying that they didn't recognize our address and didn't make the order. I asked then why didn't you call me and confirm it with me again. She mumbled and started talking and I literally couldn't tell if she was talking to me or someone else on her end. I asked her again why wasn't I made aware of their confusion. She said they were busy and forgot. She kept saying it was just so busy. I'm sorry, any establishment would be able to be professional. I get one answer from her that it was my address, the next answer saying they forgot because they were busy. Not impressed. We agreed that I would get one pizza for free for the mix up. I was fine with that.

I should have left it and told them to cancel the order. After being promised that the pizza will arrive in 20 minutes, 35 minutes later the delivery driver shows up. We take the pizza, and can feel through the box that it's cold. We open up the boxes and it's the most pathetic pizza I've seen in my life. It was cardboard. It had to be. It was cold. The toppings looked pathetic and only reached half way up the large slice. The rest was just boring crust. Gross!

I will NEVER order from here again. I posted about our experience to a local rants and raves page on Facebook and the amount of negative feedback we got was atrocious. Not only publicly admitted on the site, but the PM's I recieved as well.

I seen the lady/owner drop a slice of pizza on the ground after it came out if the oven and she didnt notice that i seen and she still tried serving it to me. She refused a refund and told me to leave! Absolutely disgusting i dont plan on eating there again!

First visit was awesome. Food was fresh. Delicious and hot. 2nd visit they tild me the last peice was only 10 min old.hiwever based on the appearance of the slice i couldn't bring myself to buy it.left without pizza as they were not making another pizza. Third visit food seemd fresh however it was put in the oven to warm for what seem like 30 sec.the pizza was served Luke warm.had to microwave it.not sure if i will guve it a 4th try.

Garbage pizza, the delivery driver clearly dropped it on the way over, the pizza was tossed into a ball with all the toppings smeared across the top of the box.
When we called back to have to replaced we had to go PICK it up, after we had already paid for delivery, and were promised a free pizza with our next order.
Next time we went to order, the manager screamed at me over the phone and cut me off every time I tried to explain the situation and told me she did enough for us they wouldn’t accept the free pizza coupon they had originally proposed.
I’m literally stunned at the lack of customer service this manager has, and after everything, when I tried to ask for her managers number to inform him of the issue she refused, saying she is the manager and no one manages her. Needless to say, I’ll be in touch with her district manager, and us and our friends/family will never be ordering from this place ever again.
